About the role

As Marketing Manager (Telemarketing & Regular Giving Growth), you will develop and deliver effective telemarketing and cross-channel campaigns to grow the value of our Regular Giving base. By understanding donor motivations, you will deliver campaigns that prompt action and drive income through upgrade, conversion, cross-sell, winback, reactivation, and stewardship activity.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary squad, collaborate closely with colleagues across Public Impact, and manage relationships with external agencies to deliver engaging, data-driven campaigns that keep our supporters at the heart of everything we do.

In this role, you will:

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary squad to engage supporters and grow the lifetime value of our Regular Giving base, using data and insight to understand audience needs and motivations.
• Plan and deliver telemarketing campaigns with a multi-channel approach to achieve ambitious regular giving growth income and donor conversion targets.
• Drive upgrade, cross-sell, reactivation, winback and conversion telemarketing campaigns utilising Email, Direct Mail, and SMS, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment.
• Develop inspiring, audience-focused creative and calling guides, working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality supporter experiences.
• Collaborate with data and insight teams to develop robust campaign selections, embedding test-and-learn principles to improve results.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, sharing insights and learnings to inform future activity.

About you

To be successful, it is important that you have:

• Significant experience delivering telemarketing campaigns that grow existing customer or supporter value.
• Experience planning and delivering multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns, including Telemarketing, Direct Mail, Email, and SMS.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex campaigns on time and to budget.
• Experience managing external partners, including telemarketing and creative agencies, to deliver high-quality work.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

Schools’ Project Officer (4-5 days per week; 10 months contract with opportunity for renewal)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join this fast-growing charity at a pivotal time, and make significant impact as our grass-roots Schools’ Project Officer. You will be visiting schools, explaining about what we do at assemblies and going for follow up sessions, and then giving email feedback to applications.

We are a small lively charity promoting the personal development of year 12s in partner schools, through challenging activities that they design, plan and finally undertake adult-free. We invite students (individually or in groups) to develop their own challenges well outside their ‘comfort zones’, and to be responsible for every stage of the process. We help them plan and manage risk, and give them expenses funding. Our award winners have climbed the highest UK peaks, cycled to Paris, performed plays at school, harnessed green power via a bike, among many other imaginative and ambitious projects.   

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an energetic, talented and reliable candidate for our schools’ outreach team, inspiring high-quality applications for funding from Year 12s in our 85 partner London state schools (20% of the total).  There is scope to help shape our strategy. We are looking for competent project officer, ideally with experience of physical challenge, strong administrative skills and with strong writing skills: they will be comfortable working with students, and value personal challenge and development. He/she will be keen to work with a growing charity, and to support young people usually with a poverty of experience and opportunity.

The 10-month post is up to 4-5 days per week, based in Southwark, with frequent travel to schools across London. The salary is £26,600–£35,000 pa pro rata. Flexible working is considered.

As Grants and Bids Manager, you will manage statutory funding applications of five, six and seven figure multi-year income compliant with commissioner/funder requirements and oversee the project management of applications – managing timelines, activities, delegating tasks and ensuring stakeholders meet them, support decision-making through providing relevant and informed advice and producing high quality funding proposals and applications.

About the role

In the role of Duty Worker, you will be the first point of contact at reception for St Mungo’s clients and visitors and have the opportunity to create a welcoming and supportive environment within the project. Other responsibilities will include:

• Jointly running the project day to day with other members of the team.
• Working on reception to answer phones, oversee entry to the building, and provide basic advice and support to clients.
• Keeping communal areas and office space clean and tidy.
• Coordinating important Health and Safety checks and other administrative duties.
• Work alongside the team to provide a person-centred support to residents and clients.

Shift pattern: 3 week rolling rota, mix of early and late shifts. 1 weekend worked every 3 weeks (both Saturday and Sunday are 12.5hrs shifts).

Look Ahead's Hammersmith & Fulham Mental Health Service is a Mental Health supported accommodation which is a pathway service for people to work towards their independence. There are 3 buildings in the cluster, all of them are lone-working.

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting our residents to help them to enhance life skills and increase independence and manage their health. This also includes tenancy management and other life skills.

Support Workers in the service work across all 3 projects in Hammersmith and Fulham; working with customers with varying levels of support needs. Many of the customers have complex needs including dual diagnosis and Support Workers are expected to liaise with other agencies within the borough to best support customers. Support Workers are expected to support customers on their journey to independence in a person-centred, non-judgemental way, whilst adhering to the Look Ahead core values.

The shift schedule covers Monday to Sunday, working five days each week on a rolling rota that combines weekdays and weekends. Over a five-week period, there are two complete weekends off.

About the Role
