Job description

Are you an experienced UX/UI Designer with a passion for great design and a heart for justice?

We are looking for a UX/UI Manager to join our Digital Experience Team. You will oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring Tearfund's digital experiences meet user needs and busines goals. You'll be line managing a UX/UI and graphic designer and working to create seamless digital experiences for our key audiences.

The successful candidate will have experience of:

  • Leading a team in creating high-quality digital designs for web and mobile platforms.
  • The full design lifecycle: research, wireframing, and prototyping to final UI implementation.
  • Overseeing user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand and strategy.

Our ideal candidate is someone with:

  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe.
  • A strong understanding of user-centered designand accessibility best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and manage a team.
