The Therapeutic Service Co-ordinator & Clinician is a vital member of the DreamArts Core Team. This role combines project co-ordination with direct therapeutic support through our EXPRESS PLUS service and our work with young carers.
EXPRESS PLUS is a free therapy service based in Westminster offering weekly one-to-one or parent-child creative therapeutic support to young people aged 7–18 (or up to 25 with additional needs). It is the only service of its kind in the borough and we provide a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore issues such as domestic violence, sexual abuse, and suicidal ideation.
Sessions take place at three community venues and are delivered by qualified or qualifying therapists using a wide range of creative tools—arts and crafts, sand play, puppets, games—to help young people express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. With an 80% retention rate after three sessions and two-thirds of clients from global majority backgrounds, the service has a demonstrable impact.
EXPRESS PLUS is proudly user-led. Young people are at the heart of every decision, and the service adapts to meet their needs—typically offering up to 18 weekly sessions, with flexibility depending on circumstances. We accept self-referrals from young people aged 14+, parents/carers, and statutory and voluntary services.
As part of this role, you will also deliver direct therapeutic support to young people with caring responsibilities. This includes offering weekly 1:1 sessions for three young carers and being part of a team facilitating monthly group therapy spaces.
We are looking for a team member who is passionate about the power of creative therapy to support young people. It also offers opportunities to case-manage three-to-four therapists and bring a therapeutic lens across all aspects of DreamArts’ work. We are now seeking a strong project manager with great people skills and an eye for detail to join as our Head of Operations. Join The Fore, the UK’s only venture philanthropy fund dedicated to backing the best small charities, and play a key role in achieving our goal of getting the most innovative solutions from grassroots to nationwide impact.
Reporting into the Director of Operations, you will lead the delivery of The Fore’s grant rounds, which are the core engine of our impact. You’ll oversee our Programme Team and pool of Strategic Applicant Consultants (SACs) and will make sure the strongest proposals reach our funding panels. The role is a key part in achieving our goal of getting the most innovative solutions from grassroots to nationwide impact.
You’ll drive our workshops and peer learning programme, enabling small charities to develop the skills and networks to take their solutions to the next level. You will also take forward newer strategic initiatives, including our scale-up funding rounds and the launch of high-profile charity showcases that connect our most impactful organisations with government, funders and policy influencers.
Alongside this, you’ll own our impact and learning work, ensuring we capture and communicate the difference our work makes. Key responsibilities
- Grant-making: Lead the end-to-end delivery of our core funding and scale-up programmes, from shaping programme design to ensuring the strongest applications reach our funding panels. You’ll keep the process running smoothly, support and steer our SACs, and maintain a strong focus on quality and impact. This includes oversight of our Salesforce grants system, working with specialised contractors to ensure it supports effective delivery.

- Impact and monitoring: Lead The Fore’s impact and monitoring work, including producing our annual impact report and sector insights, and commissioning external contractors for deeper analysis when needed. - Charity showcases: Spearhead our new high-profile showcase events, connecting outstanding small charities with policymakers, funders and influencers.

Candidate profile
Skills and experience:
- 7+ years of professional experience in the business, public or third sector

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager, who will be responsible for the financial management and reporting of the organisation. Able to manage the day-to-day financial analysis and reporting requirements for Money Ready, and provide input for strategic financial planning. Using a business partnering model, ensure all budget holders are fully supported in their roles. Responsible for the delivery of all management accounts, budget, forecasts and donor reporting as well as the annual statutory accounts. Key Responsibilities

- Work with auditors on preparing the audit strategy and manage annual audit process, providing all the relevant paperwork during the audit process.
- Be a positive change champion for the organisation, identifying key impact areas and priorities and supporting change programmes and strategies in both finance and across the Union as a whole.
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns with reconciliations and reporting. Line management, objective setting and performance reviews for direct report.
- Establish and maintain a robust internal controls environment that is fit for purpose but uses a risk-based approach to the establishment of processes and procedures.
Personal Specification

What will I be doing?
Leading on the delivery of campaign set up, development and launch across multiple channels (including ALT digital channels, telemarketing, direct mail, email, social)

About the team
This is an important role based in a busy Operations team which covers office management, information technology, finance and human resources. The team play a key role in supporting the organisation to achieve its mission of supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to succeed.

About this role
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Executive at Impetus plays a vital role in providing high-level administrative and project management support to the Chief Executive and ensuring the smooth operating of the Senior Management Team (SMT). The EA acts as a key liaison between the Chief Executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing sensitive information and handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer creative solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Provide sophisticated calendar management for the Chief Executive.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Chief Executive, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
- Prioritise and determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect the Chief Executive’s style and organisational policy.
- Prioritise inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Anticipate the Chief Executive’s needs (e.g. travel bookings, briefings, preparation time) in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.

Qualifications and Experience

What the job involves
This is a unique chance to play a pivotal role in driving impactful external communication strategies that support High Value, Philanthropy and Partnerships teams. As a key player in the Strategic Communications, Campaigns and Brand team, you’ll enable the integration of high value fundraising activities into wider organisational communications, inspiring action to fund life-saving initiatives that help men navigate prostate cancer.
Supporting the Head of Strategic Communications, Campaigns and Brand and our senior Business Partner in embedding and developing our business partnering model. A major part of the role will be enabling the integration of High Value Fundraising activity into the wider communications plan to enhance results from our communications.
You’ll work closely with our Philanthropy, Corporate Partnerships and Appeal teams to help plan and deliver inspiring communications that support our fundraising strategy. From pitching proposals and event promotion to major appeal campaigns, you’ll help build strong relationships with major donors and partners. We seek an individual with strong knowledge of international development and diplomacy, extensive experience in programme leadership and event management, and a demonstrated capacity to lead a high-performing team. About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IDVA to join our dynamic team in Tower Hamlets, working with people who have experienced domestic violence and abuse. You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
As an IDVA you are responsible for carrying out risk and needs assessments, safety planning and providing support and intervention to victim/survivors of domestic violence identified at Poplar jobcentre. In addition to this you will build relationships with, and provide advice, guidance and training to external professionals.
About You
You will need a passion for working with victim/survivors and a thorough understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on women and their children, as well as experience of providing emotional and practical support and strong casework management skills.
You will have the skills to provide effective crisis intervention, carry out risk assessments, safety planning, assessment of needs and individual support planning. You should have demonstrable experience of working in an IDVA or similar position with this or a similar client group.

This is a critical time for SEA. With a bold three-year strategy now in place, we’re looking for an experienced income-generation leader to oversee and diversify our income streams — across high-net-worth giving, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, and earned income through consultancy and training. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Income will play a vital role in shaping the future of the organisation and enabling us to scale our impact.

The Role
Fundraising and Impact Coordinator
o Assist in the planning and execution of a diverse range of fundraising applications, events and community initiatives
o Support the management of event logistics, including participant communication, volunteer coordination, and on-the-day activities

About the Role
Sense is recruiting for a National Events Fundraiser to join our fantastic Engagement Team in Kings Cross, London on a hybrid basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment, marketing and logistics of many exciting events within the National Events portfolio. This will include delivering an exceptional standard of administrative and logistical support for these allocated Events, delivering a fantastic supporter journey for all participants. This will include application calls and emails, managing administration of places and responding to participant enquiries.
The main duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage an allocation of core Events within the National Events portfolio including the marketing, recruitment, stewardship and logistics of said Events.
- Manage the income and expenditure budgets for allocated Events and ensure that financial reporting, reforecasting and budgeting is accurate and timely for these Events.
- Build strong relationships with event participants in order to maximise net income, encourage repeat participation and ensure the Event’s success.
- Manage the Events Team inbox, responding to all emails and recording on Raiser’s Edge.
- Maintain and develop accurate and up to date records on Raiser’s Edge of participant information, for all allocated Events.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Confidence in communicating via phone and email with a range of stakeholders, including supporters and suppliers.
- Understanding of current event trends across the sector
- Confidence in communicating via phone and email with a range of stakeholders, including supporters and suppliers
- Ability to manage and analyse data to make informed decisions
- Experience of digital marketing and other marketing channels.
