We are seeking a Reserves Officer (Hook) to join our cause.  

Reporting to the Senior Nature Recovery Manager (North Hampshire) and functioning as a key member of the North Hampshire Area Team, this post is responsible for the habitat management of Hook Commons, Bassetts Mead and North Warnborough Greens. This portfolio of sites includes a diverse mixture of heathland, acid grassland, woodland, woodpasture and wet meadow habitats; all of which are being managed or restored to favourable condition with support from the team and in partnership with organisations such as Natural England, our inhouse grazing team, local landowners and Hook Parish Council. You will lead on wood pasture creation, heathland restoration, as well as wet meadow management on the Whitewater catchment. 

The Reserves Officer (Hook) will deliver Countryside Stewardship Scheme and other work plan objectives, working with fellow staff, volunteers, contractors, project partners and the grazing team to implement habitat management activities. Estate management will also include the maintenance of reserve infrastructure and gathering ecological data through working with partners and carrying out surveying when required. This role will also involve working closely with colleagues in the north reserves team to support the team objectives across our sites including large areas of MOD estate and Pamber Forest; while also maintaining a close and supportive relationship with our grazing team.

We are now expanding our work to deliver (in partnership with the British Council) an English Language and Employment Support Programme for up to 4,000 Ukrainians and Hong Kong BNO status/visa holder (50% of each community) over the next 12 months.

We are recruiting Senior Employment Advisors to join the STEP team delivering this new programme, working directly with participants who have specialist careers. The Senior Employment Advisors will have expertise in one or more of the following areas of recruitment: education, accounting and finance, health, and IT.

You will prepare participants for competitive employment and help them to achieve their chosen training and employment objectives in line with their previous career. You will provide an exemplary level of support to STEP participants working towards a variety of performance targets based on the progression outcomes of participants including successful completion of training courses, voluntary and work placements, and achieving and sustaining paid employment. 

The Senior Employment Advisors will work remotely and can be based anywhere in the UK.

About you

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Proven experience or knowledge within the employment sector
• Experience of support and recruitment into one or more of the following sectors: education, accounting and finance, health, and IT.
• Understanding of the issues and challenges faced by unemployed people to finding work, including those whose first language is not English
• Knowledge of adult learning/vocational training

You will also contribute to reporting, analysis, and quality assurance activities across the programme, working closely with Employment Advisors and Programme Managers to ensure referrals are processed effectively, data is maintained accurately, and enquiries are handled professionally and sensitively.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the friendly, dynamic, multi-disciplinary team at the Centre of expertise on child sexual abuse (CSA Centre) as our new Policy and Communications Assistant. This is an important role within the CSA Centre, central to our ambition to raise awareness of the true scale and nature of sexual abuse and to drive evidence-informed improvements in policy and practice.

About the role:The CSA Centre aims to reduce the impact of child sexual abuse through improved prevention and better response, and our work in influencing and shaping policy and communications at local, regional and national level is key to that mission.

As our Policy and Communications Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the CSA Centre's policy and communications activity over the immediate and longer term, helping our evidence, learning and resources to have the widest possible reach and impact at both local and national level.

We are looking for a motivated person keen to learn and to build their skills and experience in a policy and communication role. This is an extremely diverse job, supporting all aspects of the CSA Centre's busy and impactful policy and communications functions, from assisting in the production and design of digital content for our website, social media channels and newsletter, to helping us respond to emerging trends in policy and practice. It would be a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and expertise across a wide range of different workstreams - no two days are the same in this role!

As Policy and Communications Assistant at the CSA Centre you will play a key role in tackling child sexual abuse, alongside the work of our colleagues across practice, research, policy, communications and training. This is important work - the CSA Centre conservatively estimates that one in ten children will experience some form of child sexual abuse before age of 16, and our ambitious programme seeks to improve the knowledge, skills and confidence of professionals (social workers, teachers, social workers, nurses etc.) in identifying and responding to child sexual abuse. We have already made great progress, but there is much more to be done – and we need your help to do it!

This role is currently funded until 31 March 2026, in line with the current grant funding arrangements for the CSA Centre. This will be reviewed in late 2025, as future funding for the CSA Centre from 2026/27 onwards is clarified.

Although this contract has a permanent status, please be aware that this post is subject to funding currently until March 2026 and therefore should this funding not be extended further, you may be subject to a redundancy consultation or a TUPE arrangement. This contract is due to expire on 31.03.26.

We are the Centre of expertise on child sexual abuse (CSA Centre). Our aim is to reduce the impact of child sexual abuse through improved prevention and better response. To tackle child sexual abuse we must better understand its causes, scope, scale and impact.

First established in 2017, we are a multi-disciplinary team that is funded by the Home Office, hosted by Barnardo's and we work closely with key partners from academic institutions, local authorities, health, education, police and the voluntary sector. We're proudly independent and our team will challenge any barriers, assumptions, taboos and ways of working that prevent us from increasing our understanding and improving our approach to child sexual abuse.

We bring about change by:

• Collating and analysing existing research, policy, practice and the real experiences of those affected, and filling the gaps we identify with new research, insights and analysis;
• Using that evidence and insight to challenge and improve existing policy and practice, develop new approaches and increase everyone's knowledge and confidence to more effectively tackle the issue.

This role is home-based with regular travel required, usually to London.

Richmond AID have 3 main advice teams: Information Navigation, Benefits Advice and Money Advice. We also administer a number of grants on behalf of local grant giving charities and the local authority. Our teams are busier than ever and this role will play a vital part in supporting the team with administration tasks including; taking client enquiries from the phone, website and email and uploading them to our database, scanning and photocopying.

You will spend your time working directly with clients with a range of physical, sensory and mental health impairments to help them to fill in grant allocation forms and other forms and helping people to know their rights. You will also support our advice teams administratively; arranging appointments, sending emails and letters and uploading information to our database.

You will receive training in a range of advice areas (housing, health and social care, benefits, transport and travel) as well as other relevant topics such as various mental health conditions, managing challenging behaviour, professional boundaries, and case management. You will be supported by a friendly team of experienced advisers who will have the opportunity to shadow and you will also have access to a range of external training and development opportunities.

You will need to have clear written and oral communication skills as you will need to make phone calls and write emails and letters to clients as well as providing progress updates to the team.

You will work closely with our experienced advice team and we can offer opportunities for training and development in a range of areas including social care, housing and benefits to support you on your journey to becoming and advisor.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have solid administration and organisational skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have strong communication skills across all levels and will be a real team player with a genuine interest in supporting disabled people.

An interest in developing advice skills in essential and experience or a background in advice and information will be an advantage.

About the Role

Inclusion Coordinator will design and deliver creative arts activities for young people, overseeing the programmes for the Sensory Room and Duty Management of the Sunday Beyond Session. About You

With a relevant qualification in SEND or Youth Work Essential Evidence of ongoing professional development (for example Safeguarding, health & Safety, Management), you will have experience of delivering SEND activities to young people in-line with relevant guidance and good practice.

You will have essential, proven experience of working with young people aged 8 to 19 (up to 25 for those with additional needs) in a range of settings and experience of engaging vulnerable, disengaged or hard to reach young people in activities. We are also looking for someone with experience of managing a staff team, ideally including volunteers and with a strong commitment to safeguarding children.

The Health and Wellbeing Manager will have the opportunity to lead innovative programme developments and make decisions on the future landscape of our Health and Wellbeing work. The role will also require a flexible approach to working during the evenings and weekends when required to support the Foundation and oversee Health and Wellbeing programme delivery. 

The Health and Wellbeing Manager must:

· Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in community programme development (health sector desirable)

· Have experience of overseeing funded programmes

· Have experience of creating and managing project budgets

· Have experience of managing people

· Have experience of monitoring and evaluating community programmes

Ideally, the Health and Wellbeing Manager will:

· Have experience delivering community programmes with adults and young people

· Have experience building stakeholder relationships with organisations such as the NHS and Local Authorities

· Have knowledge of the NHS landscape and future plans, particularly across South West London

· Have experience building and developing new health and wellbeing initiatives from scratch

· Have an understanding of the non-for-profit and charity sector

· Have a background in a community health environment

· Have knowledge of Football Club Community Organisations (CCOs)

About You

You will have a relevant qualification in Youth Work or Sports Development (or substantial demonstrable experience across multiple sports disciplines and evidence of ongoing professional development, for example Safeguarding, Health & Safety, Management) and the ability to officiate and lead a range of Sports activities/projects.

With proven experience of working with young people aged 8 to 19 (up to 25 for those with additional needs) in a range of settings, you will have experience of engaging vulnerable, disengaged or hard to reach young people in activities in-line with relevant guidance and good practice. We are also looking for someone with experience of managing a staff team, ideally including volunteers.

You will need to have a willingness to work evenings and 4 of the sessions across the 7 day a week provision and to cover events, holidays and staff absence.

You will manage proposal submissions to Cord's key donors such as the EU, US State Department, GIZ, SDC, UN Peacebuilding Fund etc. You will be working closely with country teams to design and write proposals based on strong project designs developed in partnership with our local partners.

The role will also operate at a strategic level by managing Cord’s relationships with key donors and shaping how Cord communicates about its programmes and the added-value that Cord brings.

The Senior Finance Officer role is key to coordinating the day-to-day financial functions of Watts Gallery Trust and supporting the Head of Finance and Resources in the effective and efficient management of Watts Gallery Trusts finances. We are looking for someone with experience of working in a finance function delivering comprehensive financial management, ideally within a charitable organisation. Experience in the arts, gallery and museum sector would be an advantage but is not essential. You should have thorough working knowledge of VAT and Payroll and have experience of using Sage. Duties include:

Financial management

·Deliver an effective and comprehensive financial management service to watts Gallery Limited to include:

o Assisting the Head of Finance in preparing financial forecasts to support financial planning

o Assisting Head of Finance in implementing financial policies and procedures as appropriate

o Ensuring the efficient maintenance of the financial records of Watts Gallery and Watts Gallery Trading Ltd.

Financial and Administrative operational duties:

· Ensure that day to day banking and finance administration duties are carried out:

o Monthly Payroll processing including submission to HMRC and NEST Pension

o Administering the NEST pension scheme

o Responsible for preparing quarterly VAT returns

o Coordinate Gift Aid reclaims

We are scaling rapidly — building our membership base, global reach, and digital fundraising channels — and we’re investing in the infrastructure to support that growth.

As part of this journey, we are launching a major CRM transformation project to unify our supporter data, power our fundraising, and deepen relationships with our global supporter community.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing & Communications (MarrComm) team to deliver clean, actionable data for emergency appeals, regular giving campaigns, petitions, and legacy fundraising. Your work will directly help fund frontline rescue operations around the world.

About The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated part-time Data & CRM Officer to lead the implementation and ongoing development of our new Salesforce CRM and to integrate it with our full digital stack using tools like Zapier.

You will play a crucial role in enabling our small Marketing & Communications (MarrComm) team to access accurate, actionable data for our emergency appeals, recurring giving campaigns, petitions, and legacy engagement.

This is a rare opportunity to build systems from the ground up that will directly support real-world rescues, investigations, and sustainable income generation for animals in need.
