We are now recruiting a qualified counsellor to offer life-changing, talking treatments to adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health and wellbeing needs in GP practices across the Rhondda. You will need to be confident in delivering person-centred counselling /psychotherapy to adults in the medium of their choice face to face, online and telephone contract.

Role Purpose
· Face to face, online and telephone counselling
· To ensure that all face to face, online and telephone counselling appointments are ethical, and safe in line with best practice recommendations from BACP, NCS and UKCP
· To work in partnership with GP practices and Primary Care Mental Health Support Services, liaising and nurturing key relationships, e.g. GP Practice leads to ensure positive outcomes for people who use our counselling services
· To maintain accurate data and client records in line with GDPR, GP requests and the Mind Quality Mark
· Responsible to: Head of Service and Deputy CEO
Main duties and responsibilities
To uphold and promote best practice in the delivery of high-quality person-centred counselling / psychotherapy services to ensure all Cwm Taf Morgannwg Mind services are safe, ethical and client centred in line with the Mind Quality Mark.
To accurately capture data taking direction from the Counselling supervisor, and colleagues in Primary Care to ensure robust quality monitoring is undertaken and all patient notes accounted for in the delivery of counselling /psychotherapeutic services.
In collaboration with internal and external colleagues to explore how we can improve the counselling / psychotherapeutic experience for people who use our services, implementing recommendations and learning from clinical supervision, team meetings, line management meetings, and your own reflections to improve and refine your professional counselling practice. Carers Manchester Contact Point (CMCP) is the first point of contact for unpaid carers seeking information, advice and support to help them with their caring role.
The service delivers a free confidential helpline for carers weekdays (Monday – Friday, currently 10am – 4pm).
The aim of this role is to be part of a team providing a comprehensive information, advice and support service to carers in Manchester
The post holder will work alongside colleagues from Gaddum and potentially other organisations to be the first contact in a busy service providing advice via a telephone advice line and managing referrals made through digital sources. They will provide information and advice immediately where possible and refer more complex issues to the appropriate agencies delivering the Manchester Carers Pathway.

No one should feel alone when diagnosed with primary bone cancer. The Bone Cancer Research Trust strives to provide a supportive network for all primary bone cancer patients to limit their feelings of isolation and anxiety. Given the rarity of the disease, patients can often go through their entire treatment and recovery without meeting another patient, so external support is vital.
Over the last 4 years, our Support & Information Service has seen significant growth, and developed to become a leading source of support for patients, family members, siblings and friends of patients. Our aim is to increase the reach of the service further, ensuring that all patients diagnosed in the UK have the opportunity to access our Support & Information Service. They will assist in all aspects of the Bone Cancer Research Trust's Support & Information Service, including the organisation and delivery of virtual support groups, the administration of the Charity's financial grants, the distribution of information resources and the administration of our digital groups. They will also have the opportunity to lead on the delivery of our regional in-person ‘Get-Togethers’, which bring the primary bone cancer community together to gain peer to peer support.The successful candidate will also play an important role in the continuous development of the Service, ensuring that impact is measured and feedback is acted upon.

The organisation is expanding and is looking for a talented Communications Officer to work closely with the Director of Fundraising and Communications in a role that will be busy, hands on, and key to communicating the amazing and important work this organisation undertakes to its audiences.
Key responsibilities within the Communications Officer role will include:
- Writing engaging copy for a variety of mediums including both printed and digital
- Support the Director of Fundraising and Communications in creating and designing digital and print collateral for campaigns and events
- Lead on the design and publication of high-quality digital and print information about Dystonia UK, its services, projects, and about dystonia, the condition, and medical services.
- Work closely with the Director of Fundraising and Communications to identify and communicate key news items and be responsible for the production and dissemination of the e-marketing

- Engage directly with the organisations community by drafting private messages, replying to comments, and passing actions on to other members of staff where required.
- Creating and adapting content for each channel to maximise reach and engagement.
- Work with colleagues to provide event support by creating content to promote the event, liaising with speakers and partner organisations, and attending conferences and events where required
- Plan and organise activities to raise awareness of Dystonia UK, tying in with other notable calendar events such as Dystonia Awareness Month

Dystonia UK is a small charity, and this is a busy role where someone with some communications experience will have the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic Director to really develop their skills and expertise both operationally and strategically. You'll be in a position of responsibility and will be able to work autonomously whilst also working with closely with and being supported to learn.

- Previous demonstrable experience in a communications or marketing role including experience of writing website copy that is optimised for SEO, experience of design and content creation, and of copywriting for different audiences

About the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to work for Mind BLMK as part of the Fundraising & Engagement Team.
Acting as the first point of contact for all Fundraising & Comms enquiries and in line with Mind BLMK’s Fundraising and Communications Strategy, this is a busy role and will require excellent stewardship and donor care skills as well as meticulous organisation and innovative thinking. Key Duties

Start Network is an independent charity made up of more than 80 aid agency members across five continents, including international, national and local organisations.
Our aim is to deliver more effective emergency aid, harnessing the power and knowledge of the network to make faster and better decisions to help people affected by crises. We advocate for radical change in the global aid system so that the world can deal better with the humanitarian challenges of today, and of the future. Our work focuses on three areas to change the system:
- Localisation – shifting power to those closest to the front line to enable more effective and appropriate responses.
- New forms of financing – providing fast, early, and dependable funding, to help communities to become more resilient to crises.

The Start Funds MEAL Officer will work with colleagues within both SCUK and Start Network. Previously (until May 2019) Start Network and Start Funds and Programmes were hosted by Save the Children UK (SCUK) since its creation in 2012. The position sits within Save the Children UK as a Grant Custodian on behalf of the Start Network supported by a Grant Custodian Agreement (GCA) which describes the roles and commitments of each entity.

About the role
The Start Network funds have a robust monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) portfolio to strengthen evidence-based learning, performance and overall accountability towards the people affected by or at-risk of crises, donors, members, and partners.
Reporting to the Crisis Financing MEAL Lead, the Start Funds MEAL Officer will play an important role to support the ongoing MEAL activities for the Start Funds to enhance its performance, learning, and accountability.

Performance

Accountability

Knowledge
- Contribute towards continuous improvement of technical quality, processes and outputs of Start Funds MEAL including, but not limited to, the development of methodological guidelines, MEAL tools and approaches.
- Produce and support various thematic research, reviews, studies and learning products according to the MEAL work plan.
- Support capacity building activities for the Start Funds Programme team and the wider and membership for relevant themes such as data quality, evidence-based programming etc.
- Support the MEAL Advisor in business development activities including the scaling-up of the Start Funds.
About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Previous experience delivering MEAL for humanitarian or development programmes
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Proven experience of embracing new approaches, technology and ways of working
- Experience of using qualitative and quantitative analysis software
- Experience of using Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data and evidence in a user-friendly form and to stakeholders at different levels
- Demonstrable experience of strong teamwork capabilities and collaboration
- Undergraduate degree, ideally in social science, research methods, humanitarian response or related fields
- Language skills - working proficiency in Spanish

New Art Exchange (NAE) is a pioneering creative space in Hyson Green, Nottingham. We’re the UK’s largest gallery dedicated to contemporary visual arts from the Global Ethnic Majority. We set out to reshape the contemporary art narrative by championing diversity and inclusivity and by providing a platform for underrepresented voices in the art world.
Purpose of the role
The Facilities Manager will be a key member of NAE’s operations team, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of our 4-storey building (including gallery spaces, meeting rooms, performance space, workshop, artist studio, cafébar, plant room and technical storage) is fit for purpose.
Main duties of the role
Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), testing/inspections, and reactive repairs across all building services including but not limited to plumbing, electric wiring, HVAC, lifts, film alarm, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and suppression systems, intruder alarm, CCTV, access control, pest control, etc, within budget.
Ensure NAE’s building is always well-presented, clean and aesthetically in a good state of repair, ensuring all areas are maintained in a tidy and well organised.
Responsible for the management of the facilities budget, including negotiating the best possible value across utilities, contracts and service level agreements.
Ensure all maintenance and service works take place with agreed SLA’s, is delivered on time and to budget and service reports and other filing is well managed.
Responsible for Health and Safety across the building and organisation including health and safety policy, fire strategy, risk assessments covering all areas of the building and specific RAs for each event, safe systems of work, accident/incident reports and compliant filing.
Responsible for building security systems, keys and fobs, alarm monitoring and keyholding services, and alongside the General Manager oversee emergency procedures & act as a fire warden.
Responsible for premises cleaning (including line management of two part-time cleaners) and associated services such as waste management and sanitary collections.
Support the Executive Director to develop and implement an Environmental Policy to ensure that NAE considers the environment within all new and existing suppliers’ arrangements.Responsible for carbon footprint reporting.
