Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Community Fundraising Administrator to join our Community Fundraising Team at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association.

Working closely with the team and other colleagues across the Association to deliver high quality, efficient and timely completion of administrative tasks as required.

Within this role, you will support the team with a wide range of administrative tasks including:

  • Produce accurate and tailored thank you letters, emails and acknowledgements to our supporters.
  • Fulfil fundraising materials requests from fundraisers.
  • Assist with the purchase order system.
  • Support to collect personal stories from fundraisers.
  • Support with logistics for a range of team events and meetings.
  • Record actions and minutes from Team meetings if needed.
  • Manage community events e-mail and help action supporter enquiries.
  • To work with the team to research community groups, local businesses, schools etc.
  • Record all correspondence and actions on the CRM database.
  • Attend and support delivery of fundraising events if required, including at weekends.

Strong administrative IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office.

Ability to organise, manage and prioritise own workload.

High standard of communication skills as will be interacting with internal and external customers.
