This role would suit someone who has had experience in a similar finance role. You will be responsible for processing a variety of transactions including purchase and sales invoices, staff expenses, gift aid and finance queries. Overall Purpose of Job
To support the provision of an accurate, professional and efficient finance administration service.
Main Responsibilities
· To input and process finance data on a daily basis, using the finance system (currently Xledger), Excel, and CRM and other relevant systems, to maintain accurate and up to date financial records for the Trust and Folly Farm Centre.
· To support the Financial Controller and Accountant in the provision of accurate and up to date financial information.
· To provide cover if required for general administration, including telephone, reception and general enquiries.
· Attend regular team meetings and make a positive contribution to delivering an excellent finance service.
· To undertake specific ad hoc tasks as required.

The Finance Officer is responsible for working within the core Wheels for All team to provide finance team support to the wider programme delivery and national staff team. By working with colleagues to maintain financial systems, accurate record keeping and undertake financial administration they will provide the support required to implement and improve the processes needed to maintain the accurate financial management systems which are crucial to supporting the charity’s mission. This role would suit someone with at least 2 years’ experience in a charity finance role, who has experience or knowledge of all the core accounts department processes and some understanding of different charity income streams. You might be studying for an accounting qualification (e.g. AAT or ACCA) or be qualified by experience. A training package may be available for an applicable accounting qualification.
Salary £25,000- £28,000 FTE, dependent on experience

As a Community Shop Manager for St Giles Hospice you will lead a team of paid staff and volunteers. You’ll be empowered to make decisions locally whilst working within a supportive framework. English for Action provides free, participatory, and empowering English language classes (ESOL) for migrants in London. Our classes are spaces to build community and support students to organise collectively around issues like employment and housing rights. Our work currently supports around 500 adult migrants across London. About the role
You will be expected to lead and deliver a proportion of day opportunity activities as part of the planned programme and as an opportunity to provide practice leadership to the wider team. This role also includes building effective working relationships with local authorities, be great at developing new partnerships and liaising on behalf of Hft as appropriate ensuring the reputation of the organisation is maintained. About the role
You will be expected to lead and deliver a proportion of day opportunity activities as part of the planned programme and as an opportunity to provide practice leadership to the wider team. This role also includes building effective working relationships with local authorities, be great at developing new partnerships and liaising on behalf of Hft as appropriate ensuring the reputation of the organisation is maintained. The postholder will collaborate closely with families and carers to ensure supported individuals have access to meaningful activities, and are able to develop social and life skills that will enable them to make choices and take control of their lives. The postholder will be accountable for the wellbeing of supported individuals, giving adequate support to maximise their dignity, independence, and privacy.
About you
As a minimum you will be required to have a Level 4 Lead Practitioner Diploma in Adult Care or hold a Level 3 diploma and be willing to undertake this apprenticeship qualification within an agreed reasonable timescale as part of a development plan (at no cost to you)
- Experience and knowledge of outcome focussed of day service delivery provision
- Recent experience in a front-line team leader role within the field of learning disabilities in either regulated services or day service provision.
- Ability to think operationally
- Ability to lead and manage people and be a role model in all aspects of people leadership especially performance
- Ability to communicate effectively with a supported person and their family/carer and other professionals.
- Ability to be innovative whilst complying with the law and Hft policies and procedures

Our Helpline runs from 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, warm and experienced individual to support our dedicated Helpline Volunteers and Befriending Volunteers within the Helpline team.
This role requires working flexible hours, including 9am–5pm, 10am–6pm or 11am–7pm between Monday to Friday to meet services and volunteer needs (3 days a week).
If you’re passionate about offering high quality information and emotional support and have relevant Helpline experience, we’d love to hear from you.
You will be providing continuous support to all our volunteers at the Helpline team, directly contributing in providing information and support to our Helpline enquirers, with both proactive and reactive content and information on prevalent topics or trends affecting the MS community.

- Secure the care and support they need
