Deliverables
Provide first-class supporter care to Animal Free Research UK’s supporters
• Be the first point of contact for supporter enquiries and comments across all communications channels, including social media, and provide an exceptional supporter care service
• Ensure that all supporter communications are responded to, and gifts are thanked, within agreed internal service level agreements and according to policies and procedures
• Draft and maintain a suite of approved on-brand standard supporter care responses
• Maintain an up-to-date library of standard operating procedures for supporter care processes
Efficiently and effectively maintain the donor database
• Ensure a complete, accurate, and timely record of all donor, supporter and advocate communication and gift activity in the donor and advocacy CRM databases
• Liaise with the Finance team to ensure gifts are appropriately coded and any issues related to gifts are promptly addressed
• Process cheque, card, cash and CAF donations received through offline channels
• Ensure Gift Aid is claimed and validated against Gift Aid declarations
• Proactively ensure the integrity of the CRM is maintained to a suitably high standard
• Work with colleagues to understand their requirements and perform the selection and segmentation of data for appeals, communications and reporting
• Work with colleagues to continually improve the quality, accuracy, and usability of the donor and advocacy databases
Provide assistance to the Development team
• Assist with the production of the quarterly supporter newsletter; making data selections, writing/proofing copy, and liaising with suppliers

Role Summary
The Resources Coordinator role sits within the learning content creation team, which is responsible for the devising, commissioning and delivering of high quality, film-focused learning opportunities. These include the production of resources and online courses for teachers and their learners which are made available on our website, Into Film+ (our video-on-demand platform) and on our learning platform.
Main Responsibilities
- To produce high quality, exciting and engaging resources for educators and young people, including commercial resources for film industry clients.

About the Role
This role is central to connecting supporters of Clatterbridge Cancer Charity with the challenge of their lifetime. The Challenge Events Fundraiser will promote events such as runs, marathons, abseils, bike rides and skydives. Main Responsibilities:
• To assist in the delivery of UKIM’s events programme across the UK and be part of the team that supports the national leadership of the organisation in delivering events (including fundraising and marketing events) as per agreed strategy and plan.
• To assist in securing event funding and ensuring monitoring and evaluation of all events is conducted on a regular basis.
• To assist in developing event strategies and operational plans, building relationships and liaising with partners and local Branches.

UK Programmes Officer

Main Responsibilities:
To work within the UK Programmes by providing support to Masjid Benchmarking, organising online Seminars, Support to Icare, Masjid Benchmarking, Education (Madaris) oversee and monitor Masjid Connect and Islamophobia monitoring, Publicity, supporting other areas of work of UKIM central team that may be delegated e.g. Imam CPD, Dawah, Tarbiyah.
Essentially the role is to support the Head of UK programmes to implement a varied and diverse programme of engagement to support improvement of the different programmes, masjids, branches, and departments in UKIM that require the support from UK Programmes Team.
The post is varied and ever changing depending on the needs of the members and programmes within UKIM.
Key Duties:
• To support Masjid and Branch Improvement through enabling them to undertake the self-assessment audit and then to deliver a development day based on the self-audit.
• To organise training both face to face and online that will enable masjids and branches to develop and move forward in their work programme.
• To bring on board speakers that will enable mosques to develop.
• To engage with the Dawah programme and to develop a robust programme of support to meet the needs of the department and different stakeholders. The parameters of this are still to be agreed and may involve some of the following areas it serves including new Muslims, design new curriculum, develop resources, re-develop & update websites, Unity Iftars, teach new Muslims & train daees. The Trussell Trust are seeking a Philanthropy Executive - Trusts to join our high-performing Trusts team. The role supports the Trussell Trust by raising money from charitable trusts, focusing specifically on Tier 3 trusts (giving up to c.£10,000). Sepsis is the immune system’s overreaction to an infection or injury. There are over 245,000 cases each year in the UK with approximately 48,000 deaths. UKST aims to reduce preventable deaths from this ‘killer’ condition. We achieve this by:

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver supporter journeys i.e. fundraising resources and stewardship communications to maximise supporter numbers, retention and engagement.

About the Role
Working within a small fundraising team, the Partnerships and Event Fundraiser will make a significant contribution to securing a legacy for thousands of local young people through the generation of new income. This income generation is broken into two programmes: the Community Fundraising programme and the SME Corporate Partnerships programme, both of which you'll be involved in. As Partnerships and Event Fundraiser, you'll be working across a number of projects and events to engage with businesses about creative ways in which they can support the Hive Youth Zone.
The Community programme will encourage the local community to fundraise for the Hive through approaching schools, groups, and associations, and recruiting participants for events. The SME Corporate Partnerships programme will encourage businesses to donate up to £1000 through initiatives such as Charity of the Year applications, staff fundraising initiatives, and recruiting support from smaller local businesses. You will also support and inspire existing corporate partners as part of your role.
About You
This role is a perfect opportunity for a fundraiser, with a proven track record of securing funds via community and corporate fundraising, to set up a new Community programme at the Hive. We are also very much open to candidates from a sales, marketing, and account management background, as well as candidates with events and projects experience.
