You will play a critical role in supporting colleagues across the organisation to understand the financial position of the charity and its activities, providing financial insights and act as a critical friend in assessing opportunities and challenges.

- The ideal candidate will need to collaborate and communicate effectively to help us deliver our mission and vision. You will be used to working effectively with non-finance stakeholders and varying your communication style to suit the audience you’re addressing.
- Have financial qualifications (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) (can be part-qualified).
- Excellent organisational, and time management skills, including the ability to work to deadlines and reprioritise tasks when necessary.

Scope of role
The Head of Programme & Organisational Development is also one of two Co-Leads of On Purpose London. As such, they are jointly responsible for the London Associate Programme in partnership with the Co-Lead of On Purpose London who focuses on Business Development & Community. We find this co-leadership model offers a useful balance of mutual support and challenge, role-modelling how we believe leadership should operate.
You would be part of our cross-organisational leadership team of six city leads and the CEO. This group is a source of valuable peer support and a forum in which to collaborate, coordinate and learn together, through which you will contribute to strategy and organisational development and lead and support specific cross-city improvement initiatives.
Whilst this role focuses on the On Purpose London programme delivery and organisational development, it is a collaborative role with shared responsibility for all of the London team and operations.

Support the development of Associates into impactful systems change leaders - Responsible for the overall quality of the Associate journey, envisioning and improving the Associate experience, and managing key moments including matching, induction and residential. Support Programme Delivery Manager in designing, planning and facilitating the training syllabus.

Build engagement with our wider ecosystem of trainers, mentors & coaches - Ensure the recruitment, onboarding, matching and ongoing management of coaches and mentors throughout the year to support Associates’ growth and development.

Lead the recruitment of high-calibre Associates from a diverse range of backgrounds - Oversee a rigorous assessment and selection process including scoring applications, training interviewers, interviewing candidates and managing the pipeline of potential candidates before and after offers.

Senior Programme Manager - International Partnerships
This newly established role will help deliver a new WFD workplan on International Partnerships.
WFD’s strategic 2.1 goal focuses on consolidating a summit process to follow up the three Summits for Democracy that were initiated by the US administration. Funding for this work is confirmed for the 2024/25 financial year but, with a strong possibility this role, could continue.
The Senior Programme Manager - International Partnerships will be the dedicated person assigned to this workplan and will therefore play a vital coordinating role. The CEO will be the accountable officer and will line manager the Senior Programme Manager - International Partnerships.
The Senior Programme Manager - International Partnerships will have lead responsibility for managing various relationships and activities. A range of key relationships, which will vary in line with the key activities, inside WFD, with the FCDO sponsor team, and with some of the other partners in relevant international organisations. The central activity is the Democracy Action Partnership to be held in the margins of the Bali Democracy Forum in December 2024.
About You
Essentially you should have specific experience and skills in the following areas.

About Us
Advocacy Support Cymru (ASC) is a registered charity with offices in Cardiff and Swansea. We provide Independent Mental Health and Mental Capacity Advocacy Services across most of South Wales, employing 44 employees.
About the role
The post holder will provide support to clients who lack capacity and to implement the safeguards of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 or the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. They will provide non-instructed advocacy (NIA) support to people who lack capacity to make specific decisions and who have no-one else to support them. The successful candidate will travel efficiently and effectively within the Advocacy Support Cymru area of operation.
There are multiple posts available covering the Swansea Bay and / or Hywel Dda Health Board Areas.
About you
You will have significant experience working with vulnerable adults and/or children, either within health or social care setting, or indirectly, for example as a carer. You will understand and have experience of working effectively in an intra-agency context with Health and Social Care Professionals. Knowledge of the role of the Independent Mental Capacity Advocate as defined in the Mental Capacity Act 2005 is essential.
Previous direct experience in the role would be preferred but training will be provided.

The role
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our regional programme staff and a global network of over 35 partners, providing technical design and digital product support and developing projects in line with partner and donor requirements.
In this interim role, you will support KTI’s Digital and Design team in implementing the core programme design strategy, including our digital products, working alongside the Director of Delivery and Impact and with the Senior Leadership Team. You will work closely with regional functions within the programmes team, supporting the delivery of high-quality programmes and digital platforms for our young people across 20 countries via a network of in-country delivery partners.
In this fixed-term maternity cover position, you will lead and manage a team of technical programme design, content and digital product experts, ensuring that KTI’s strategic goals and objectives are met and that regional programmes are effectively and efficiently supported.
The Digital and Design team is a central function within KTI, working closely alongside Impact and Safeguarding teams to support the delivery of global and regional frameworks and tools for our programmes. Your work will ensure the short- and long-term sustainability of ANT, enabling us to keep delivering impact for decades to come. You will secure ANT financially and drive forward innovative new commercial opportunities, helping to deliver on our goals to plant hundreds of thousands of trees and complementary habitats. Immediate commercial opportunities include natural capital sales, ethical investing, business model development for Landscape Recovery in the Lower Chew and development of ANT’s ecotourism trading arm.

Main responsibilities
● Lead on ANT’s overall commercial development strategy to ensure long term financial viability and sustainability of the charity
● Pioneer the development and implementation of a new Commercial Trading Arm for ANT to support and accelerate ANT’s charitable impact
● Champion and drive forward new sources of income for ANT including natural capital development, ethical investments and ecotourism development
● Direct the development of business models and natural capital finance models and plans to support Landscape Recovery across thousands of acres of land in the Lower Chew
● Identify, seize and support new income, funding and fundraising opportunities, and help guide ANT through a period of business and transformation and growth

About Women in Prison
Women in Prison is a national, women-led, feminist organisation. We deliver front line support to women harmed by the criminal justice system, through our work in prisons, in the community and ‘through the prison gate’ as they resettle back into their communities. We also campaign for systems change that addresses the root causes of offending, reduces the harmful impact of prison, and creates workable, community-based alternatives to imprisonment.
Job Purpose:
You will be joining Women in Prison’s new fundraising team which secures funding from a range of sources including individual donors, corporate supporters, and charitable trusts and foundations. This role will set the foundations for Women in Prison’s ambitious fundraising plans leading on securing gifts from trusts and foundations and ensuring that all secured grants are well managed and effectively reported on. The post holder will identify new funding opportunities and ensure these are assessed and responded to in collaboration with staff across the organisation.

- Develop a trusts and foundations strategy for Women in Prison and ensure its implementation
- Fundraising research, proposal writing and income generation

About the role
Sense has a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Engagement team as our Campaigns Manager. This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week. This role will a hybrid position working between home and our office in King's Cross, London, with a minimum of 2 office days a week.
Sense campaigns to create a fairer society for disabled people and their families. Sense campaigns focus on the issues that matter most to the people we support, from the cost-of-living to social care. They are aimed at driving public awareness, engagement and positive change in people’s lives. We are looking for an experienced campaigner who is passionate about driving change, and able to lead organisational projects. You will play a leading role in campaign strategy for the organisation and help Sense really make an impact for disabled people and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on the development and delivery of Sense campaigns, working alongside the Head of Media & Campaigns and Head of Policy, Public Affairs and Research.
- Decide on campaign priorities and make recommendations on the most appropriate course of actions to achieve Sense’s campaigning and influencing strategy.
- Ensure Sense has a consistent narrative and that disabled people and their families remain at the heart of our campaigns, that Sense is a sector leader in terms of campaigning, and that we are compliant with new charity regulations.
- Lead on the evaluation and reporting back of campaigns to the team and wider organisation.
- Provide leadership and expertise around campaigning strategy and management to senior management and trustees.
- Be an active member of the Media & Campaigns management team, ensuring team and project plans and budgets are developed, managed and reported against.
Key skills and experience
- A passion and commitment to Sense’s purpose and values, with a genuine interest in and understanding of the issues and policies affecting our work and the individuals we support.
- Significant experience of campaigning work, designed to achieve change, that generates support and mobilises supporters.
- Demonstrable ability to develop, maintain and negotiate effective working relationships with groups and individuals with differing perspectives and agendas, and of working with other organisations on joint campaigns and coalitions.
- Detailed understanding of online and offline campaigning techniques, and knowledge of using campaign planning tools to ensure the success of campaigns.
- Understanding of the value of involving disabled people and their families at all stages of campaigning.
- Ability to project manage, including personal time management, planning, implementing, devising and prioritising multiple projects to meet agreed deadlines and targets, overseeing work across teams and monitoring and evaluating quality and impact.

The role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager to leverage your experience in this dual role. You will provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and liaise with the Board of Trustees. You will also manage and ensure the efficient operation of our office, currently located at the Dorfman Centre near Regent’s Park, London.
Supporting the CEO, you will be responsible for the daily management of the CEO’s diary, ensuring meetings, itineraries, and reservations are coordinated and managed promptly, ensuring timely updates and details are provided to the CEO, in addition to administrative support and minute-taking at meetings. As the Office Manager, you will work collaboratively with the wider team, championing a culture of administrative support as the lead of office operations, including health and safety and office equipment as well as being the first point of contact for general queries. You will manage and maintain supplier contracts and relationships as the primary liaison lead with the office building management, cleaners and security.
About you
You will have extensive experience supporting CEOs, senior staff and Boards, with the ability to maintain and develop systems and processes that enable effective and timely workflows. As a self-starter, you will possess excellent organisational skills developed within a fast-paced environment and significant experience in diary management, meeting organisation and managing multiple travel itineraries. You will be a strong oral and written communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt your communication style to diverse audiences both in the UK and internationally, in addition to maintaining high levels of confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy at all times. Being conversant in Microsoft Office at an intermediate or advanced level is essential, as is the ability to manage budgets. A team player, you will work well across teams with a proactive and solutions focused attitude.
Please note that the postholder will be required to work onsite for three days per week (specific days to be agreed with the postholder but most likely Tuesday to Thursday), so ideally, applicants must live within London or the surrounding commuter counties.
