The Role
As a Assistant Retail Area Manager, you will play a key support role within the retail team in South and West Yorkshire, ensuring continuity of shop operations, reducing unplanned shop closure dates, and strengthening recruitment and induction processes.

An understanding of retail key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, Gift Aid, average transaction value (ATV), and stock rotation.
Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and development of employees and/or volunteers.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support diverse teams, including volunteers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt style to different audiences.

DreamArts fuses arts and therapeutic practice to support wellbeing. Our acclaimed EXPERIMENT Juniors programme engages 6-12 year olds to explore and unleash their talents, try things out, express themselves and grow their skills.
Participants take control and create their own original work, from musicals to collaborating with companies such as Les Enfants Terribles.
EXPERIMENT takes place on a Saturday in South Westminster and on Sundays in Church Street plus some special projects during school holidays. The majority of participants are eligible for free school meals and live in some of London’s most deprived areas.
We are looking for a Wellbeing Practitioner for our Sunday group who is able to inspire and support young people, in particular those who may struggle in group settings. You must be passionate about engaging participants from marginalised communities and committed to support wellbeing through the arts. You will help young people participate in creative sessions that provide opportunities to explore their challenges, build a sense of belonging with peers and strengthen their emotional wellbeing.
Working alongside creative facilitators, the Wellbeing Practitioner will focus on identifying and removing barriers to participation, identifying appropriate support that responds to emerging needs and creates a sense of community.

We believe young people benefit from seeing a diverse range of positive adult role models. Job Title: Complex Needs Recovery Worker
Location: This role is based in Balham. The service is a short walk from Clapham South Station (Northern Line Underground). Unfortunately, this service does not have step free access.
Salary: £28,800
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rota between 08:00 - 21:30. You may be required to work bank holidays and evenings as required. You may be required to work additional hours outside of the hours to meet service and resident needs.
About the Role
We're hiring a Complex Needs Recovery Worker to join our team based in Penrose Focus. In this role, you will support residents who have a history of forensic mental health issues with co morbidity, often alongside co-occurring substance misuse disorders. The residents range from high risk to low support and our aim is to provide tailored support to help them reintegrate into the community.
As a Complex Needs Recovery Worker, you will identify individual resident needs, and provide person centred, tailored support to residents to help them overcome their personal challenges and achieve their goals. We're looking for a genuine passion for supporting people who may have complex needs which includes forensic mental health. You will be a self motivated individual who is able to be proactive in managing your own time during busy or quiet periods to ensure productivity. Experience in mental health or support work is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. You will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and will have alignment with our SIG values. You will be keen to support our residents to achieve their individual goals and support them to be the best versions of themselves.
