This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow St Luke's corporate partnerships programme. The Corporate Partnerships Officer will play a leading role in generating new income and developing relationships with businesses whose values align with our mission. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships, this role will identify, cultivate and secure new corporate partnerships that support St Luke's work through sponsorship, charitable giving, employee fundraising, volunteering and wider social value initiatives.
This role will focus primarily on new business development and income generation while supporting the development of long-term, mutually beneficial corporate relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Partnership Development
· Identify, research and prioritise prospective corporate partners whose values, CSR, ESG and social value objectives align with St Luke's mission
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate prospects using effective prospect research, networking and outreach activities
· Develop, cultivate and convert relationships with business decision-makers and corporate stakeholders
· Secure new corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that generate sustainable income and community impact
· Deliver agreed income targets and partnership KPIs
· Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, events and direct engagement
Proposal Development and Income Generation
· Develop compelling and tailored partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, presentations and pitches
· Create funding opportunities across St Luke's programmes and services including digital inclusion, employment and skills, health and wellbeing, food security and social isolation initiatives
· Negotiate partnership agreements and secure financial support from businesses
· Work with colleagues to develop innovative and attractive corporate engagement opportunities
Relationship Management
· Support the successful onboarding of newly secured partners
· Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure partners receive an excellent experience and achieve their partnership objectives
· Identify opportunities to increase partner engagement through employee fundraising, events and volunteering
· Support partnership renewals and the longer-term development of corporate relationships
Marketing and External Engagement
· Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of St Luke's corporate partnerships offer
· Produce engaging partnership materials, impact reports, case studies and promotional content
· Represent St Luke's at networking events, business forums, conferences and stakeholder meetings
· Act as an ambassador for St Luke's and promote the organisation's values and impact
Monitoring and Reporting
· Maintain accurate records of partnerships, prospects, meetings and income activity using CRM and reporting systems
· Monitor progress against agreed targets and KPIs
· Provide regular reports on pipeline development, income generation and partnership activity
· Gather and communicate impact data and stories that demonstrate the value of corporate support
General Responsibilities
· Promote equity, diversity and inclusion throughout all aspects of the role
· Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, GDPR and organisational policies
· Attend meetings, events and occasional evening/weekend engagements as required

Purpose of the job
This is an exciting opportunity for those with strong relationship building skills looking to generate partnerships with businesses to deliver better futures for young people. This role focuses on identifying and securing new income generation opportunities with Corporate Partners.
You’ll work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager in researching and identifying potential new supporters, building our prospect pipeline, making first contact, and helping to develop and present tailored proposals.

Key responsibilities
Support the Corporate Partnerships team to secure income from new corporate organisations and achieve new business targets, including funding for outdoor learning.
Identify new corporate opportunities to add to the new business corporate pipeline
Pro-actively engage new businesses using a range of methods: e.g. networking at events, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn
Lead on the completion of the due diligence process for new partnership opportunities.
Support the development of warm relationships with prospective funders and find opportunities to engage them in the work of UK Youth
With the support of the Corporate Partnerships Team, develop corporate bids, budgets and proposals, managing the process across different teams, cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support on the creation and presentation of high quality, persuasive funding bids to C-suite audiences and senior stakeholders
Ensure all donations are accurately recorded and recognised, working closely with the finance team
Ensure that the CRM is up to date and accurate at all times, including monthly updates of the pipeline report.
Support the Corporate team to keep up to date with trends, research and data on fundraising and corporate partnerships, helping to inform long-term strategy.
Experience we're after
Experience in a sales or corporate fundraising role.
Proven track record of corporate partnerships fundraising/ securing sales targets from new organisations
Experience of working in a busy and deadline-driven environment and achieving ambitious targets
Experience negotiating, pitching and presenting to senior (C-suite) internal and external stakeholders
Experience of using a donor database/ CRM system (eg. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)

The Role
The Corporate Partnerships Officer is a pivotal role in the Museum’s Corporate Partnerships team, and is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop from their first fundraising role or transfer skills from a sales/agency background into Museum fundraising. As a core member of this small, but impactful team, you will hone your skills in securing and delivering corporate sponsorship and memberships, contributing to the shared team financial target, and working closely with other teams and colleagues across the Museum.
Key responsibilities will include playing an active role in developing and delivering the corporate fundraising plan, contributing towards team-wide financial targets, supporting the identification and approaches to potential new corporate supporters of the Museum, and supporting the stewardship and management of corporate supporters. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative support and record management, ensuring web content is up to date, and updating key performance indicators.
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative, time management, and communication skills, including a proven ability to interact well and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and supporters alike. They will have the ability to assimilate information well and adopt written house style, have strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to share new ideas, and excellent attention to details. A working knowledge of the fundraising landscape and trends, as well as Raisers Edge, is desirable.
This is a full time, fixed term role for 2 years in Band 6, Management and Competent Specialists. Core hours of work will be 36 per week, Monday to Friday, between 9am-5pm, with an additional hour to be worked as agreed upon with management. Due to the nature of the work flexibility is required in meeting the demands of the role.
Salary: £31,400 per annum
