About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Service Manager to join our service based in Southwark. The service is a short-term (up to two years) supported living service for people who have an enduring mental health diagnosis and who require and can benefit from, the help and support offered. It consists of 14 self-contained flats and one crisis room for adult men with medium to high-level support needs who require 24-hour supported accommodation, helping them to continue to live in the community and to reduce the risk of admission to hospital.
In this role, you will support in leading the team by providing overall leadership to the service and line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to our residents. You will also support with some day to day responsibilities of the team such as providing tailored support to our residents directly. As a Manager, you will support in driving service outcomes in line with contractual requirements, ensuring quality and consistency within a trauma and psychologically informed environment. You will ensure the service runs smoothly in collaboration with the team, wider teams, and external partners. We're looking for someone who is solution focused, has experience within a similar service environment, and can create a safe space for individuals to learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities Include:

We're looking for someone who can build rapport, trust, and create an environment which allows individuals to grow their skills and experience and develop as individuals.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in supporting those who struggle with their mental health, ideally in a similar environment
- Ability to provide high quality support and line management to staff
- Ability to motivate and empower a team to achieve KPI's
- Ability to support the Service Manager and help manage staff with daily tasks, caseloads and overall day to day running of the service
- Ability to provide advice, guidance, and support to the team on all aspects of service delivery including resident related queries
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the demands and needs of the service. For example, Provide an emergency on call service as and when required in case of emergency
- IT proficiency - we use various systems so look for someone who can learn and navigate new systems including case management, Microsoft, ATS, HR systems, and other types of organisational software

Our Southampton rehoming centre plays a vital role in supporting animals and their people, with on-site kennels and a cattery providing direct care and rehoming services. As Assistant Manager – Client Services, you’ll be at the forefront of this work. You’ll:
· Lead and line manage the client services team to deliver exceptional care from first enquiry through to adoption or other support
· Work closely with the team to assess and admit pets, match them with the right adopters, and guide clients through every step of their journey
· Use data and insights to shape services and continuously improve client experience
· Collaborate with the local leadership team to meet targets and drive pet welfare outcomes
· Be hands-on with day-to-day operations including managing enquiries, prioritising admissions and promoting pets in our care
This is an 8-month maternity cover position until 30th September, working full time at 37.5 hours per week on a rota that includes 1 in 3 weekends and bank holidays. The working day is from 8.30am to 5.00pm.
At our Southampton rehoming centre, we provide onsite accommodation for pets in our care 24/7. Overnight shifts are usually undertaken by team members who live on site. Occasionally you will be expected to carry out night checks when the resident team members are either not working or away for a period of time.
About you

As the IDVA Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational delivery, quality, and strategic oversight of a specialist team supporting victims of domestic abuse across Dorset. This role is 37.5 hrs offered as hybrid working with two days from our Boscombe office, however travel across Dorset will also be required.

About the role
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with immediate operational responsibility and strategic outreach portfolio leadership.
As the Senior Manager: Specialist & Outreach Services, you will provide strong, visible leadership to Catalyst Support’s specialist and outreach provision, with an initial core focus on the Cuckooing Assertive Outreach Service. Managing the cuckooing team, you will provide direct operational oversight while developing and leading the service, ensuring safe, trauma-informed, high quality delivery and effective partnership working across Surrey.
You’ll support and guide a team of staff, helping them stay motivated, work well together, and deliver meaningful support, while holding accountability for performance and practice. Building a positive team culture will be key, encouraging collaboration, learning, and shared responsibility. You’ll also manage key relationships with commissioners, partners, and stakeholders, and work closely with the Director of Services to help shape and deliver strategic priorities.
You will work closely with, and be based regularly within, Catalyst’s Women’s Support Centre, supporting services working with women affected by domestic abuse, on their journey of recovery and living with complex trauma.
Alongside this, the role is designed to grow into the strategic and operational leadership of Catalyst’s wider Specialist & Outreach portfolio, bringing coherence, quality and sustainability across services working with people experiencing multiple disadvantage.
The role is line managed by the Director of Services and you will play a key role in shaping the future operating model for specialist and outreach services.
About you
We are looking for candidates with:
- A relevant professional qualification in mental health, substance use, criminal justice, social care or a related field and/or substantial equivalent professional experience, with a strong applied understanding of trauma-informed and outreach-based practice.
- Significant experience working in specialist, outreach or community-based services, supporting people experiencing multiple disadvantage, including exploitation, domestic abuse, substance use, mental ill-health and criminal justice involvement.
- Proven experience of managing staff and services in complex environments, including line management, supervision, and leading programmes or projects within operational settings.
- Strong Safeguarding knowledge and sound professional judgment with experience of holding safeguarding decisions in multi-agency contexts.
- Demonstrable ability to combine hands-on operational leadership with strategic thinking, including service development, performance improvement and change.
- High level of emotional intelligence, resilience and integrity, with the ability to hold complexity, lead others through change, and work in partnership with a range of stakeholders and partners.

Facilities Manager (Hard Services)

As the Facilities Manager, you will ensure the University’s buildings and working environment remain compliant, functional, efficient, and safe at all times from a hard services FM perspective. You will focus mainly on the Horizons site however you will also deputise for and support the Head of Facilities, in the wider work of the team.
You will champion sustainability, concentrating on elements relating to carbon management, energy, and water management. You will uphold building compliance and energy-related requirements, for example L8, ESOS and SECR, and provide advice and guidance to others as necessary. In addition, you will have full responsibility for contract management of FM service providers and proactively manage PPM at all University properties.
You must have extensive knowledge and experience of hard FM services and be a confident and experienced engineer. Other essentials include familiarity with a BMS, experience of ISO140001, BREEAM, and contractor management.
Your accountabilities and responsibilities include:
- Ensure all building statutory testing takes place and act as the responsible person and duty holder across multiple systems, including but not limited to L8, Fgas, PAT testing, low voltage electrical systems and lifting equipment (LOLER)
- Proactively manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) at all University properties, including fire alarm and emergency lighting
- Assume full responsibility for contract management of FM service providers including utilities, air conditioning, the Building Management System, fire prevention, lift servicing, drainage and plumbing, and water hygiene testing (L8)
- Ensure that internal systems, procedures, and processes relevant to the role, support the delivery of the University’s sustainability aspirations
Our main requirements:
- Technical FM qualifications or extensive knowledge of Hard FM services with supporting experience
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Experience in a similar role and knowledge of FM building operations
- Familiarity with Building Energy Management Systems, monitoring and targeting software

As Drug Strategy Manager at HMP Millsike, you will lead the development and delivery of a truly recovery-orientated, whole-prison approach to supply reduction, demand reduction, and harm reduction, driving long-term, transformational change and meaningful recovery outcomes for prisoners.
