The Gola Programme is implemented through a partnership between the Conservation Society of Sierra Leone (CSSL), the Gola Rainforest Conservation Leadership Group, the Society for the Conservation of Nature of Liberia (SCNL), the Governments of Sierra Leone and Liberia, local communities and the RSPB.

The RSPB is seeking an experienced Technical Advisor - Research and Biodiversity Monitoring to provide scientific and technical leadership across biodiversity research, ecological monitoring and conservation projects within the Greater Gola Landscape.
Working closely with the Gola Rainforest Conservation (GRC-LG) Research and Monitoring Department, RSPB teams and programme partners, you will ensure that conservation activities are underpinned by robust scientific evidence and best-practice approaches. The Role

About the role
This is a leadership role for someone who can combine strategic thinking, strong project management, commercial awareness and excellent stakeholder engagement. You will ensure our accreditation programmes continue to inspire participation, generate income and deliver measurable impact for people, places and the environment.
As Accreditation Manager, you will lead the strategy, growth and delivery of our accreditation programmes, ensuring they support accessible, high-quality places, promote wellbeing and sustainability, generate income and demonstrate measurable impact. You will oversee budgets, partnerships, quality assurance, impact reporting and programme teams, while acting as a senior contact for government, sector bodies, partners, customers and stakeholders in the UK and internationally.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership, project management and relationship-building skills, together with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and represent the organisation externally. You will bring experience of managing budgets, developing commercial or partner-funded relationships, solving complex problems and leading teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Knowledge of the green spaces sector is essential, while knowledge of the coastal and hospitality sectors would be an advantage.

We're now looking for a Membership Relations Manager to join our South East team. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining account management, member engagement, data analysis and stakeholder relationship management. You'll play a key part in ensuring our members receive an exceptional experience throughout their membership journey, helping us strengthen engagement, increase retention and demonstrate the value of CLA membership.

What you’ll bring to the role
You should be willing and able to learn, keep up to date with current issues affecting CLA members, and develop an understanding of the CLA’s purpose, ambitions, membership products and services.
Working arrangements
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our South East office in Andover, with requirement to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
The role involves regular travel across the South East region, with occasional travel elsewhere in England and Wales. Some evening work and occasional overnight stays may be required. A full UK driving licence is essential as the role requires travel to locations
