To make this happen, we're dedicated to being an inclusive, proactive organisation, as we strive to be Allies to Black communities. We’ll achieve this by advocating and working alongside those communities to promote change. We're also working to be Allies to each other, not only protected groups. Help young people with an affinity for mathematics discover where it can take them.
We're looking for a Careers + Employer Partnerships Manager to help University Maths Schools prepare young people with an affinity for mathematics for ambitious futures.
This is an opportunity to join a small, ambitious charity at an exciting stage of its development. You'll do this by building employer partnerships, developing national careers intelligence and creating a national centre of expertise that every University Maths School can draw upon.
If you enjoy connecting people, spotting opportunities and helping young people make informed choices about their futures, we'd love to hear from you.

PURPOSE OF ROLE
Major donors and philanthropists are currently responsible for over a quarter of Caudwell Youth’s annual income – due in part to the generosity of the networks of our founder, John Caudwell.
As Caudwell Youth enters its fourth year, we are seeking a Senior Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships manager to help us expand beyond our strong founder-led base into a sustainable major donor and corporate supporter portfolio.
Proactive and commercially-minded, you will be confident driving and developing all stages of the major donor and corporate supporter stewardship process. Confidence in engaging in new business research, prospecting, initial meetings and pitches is a must, as you will be responsible for growing our small pipeline of supporters and warm prospects into a long-term income stream.
This is essential to Caudwell Youth’s future sustainability, with corporate partnerships and major donor income currently making up 30% of Caudwell Youth’s annual fundraising income (forecast to be around £450,000 this year).
Our ambition is to increase this revenue stream by around 50% to over £800,000 by 2030, in order to support more at-risk young people from across the UK, as set out in our recently launched strategy, Going National.
This is a role for a self-starter who is excited to drive high value growth and be a key part of Caudwell Youth’s upward trajectory, working within a small but dynamic fundraising team. It offers significant opportunity to shape and lead this area of fundraising as it grows.
You will be an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record of securing major gifts of four, five and six figure gifts, familiarity with managing corporate partnerships and evidence of growing and developing new pipelines and revenue streams.
You will own a significant portion of this income stream, with responsibility for securing new high-value relationships and growing existing supporters.

About Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance
Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. But in Scotland there are places where urgent medical help cannot reach people. Or help gets there too late. And when lives are at risk every minute matters. As a charity we rely on donations from the Scottish public, companies and communities to ensure that urgent medical help gets to the patient when it is needed, wherever they are and at whatever time of day.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Data Management Officer to join the charity’s Data and Insights Function. You will be joining the charity at a time of significant opportunity as we continue to strengthen our approach to data, insight and supporter engagement.
The Data Management Officer will mainly be responsible for managing and developing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and supporter data. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM and data professional who enjoys hands-on responsibility for systems, process improvement and data management, and enabling colleagues to deliver exceptional fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement activity. Working closely with teams across the charity, you will ensure our CRM remains effective, compliant and fit for purpose while helping us better understand and engage our supporters. Your work will directly contribute to our ability to raise funds and support our life-saving mission.
This role can be offered on a fully remote basis, with the option to work from Perth Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located or our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport, if preferred. Occasional travel to our Perth base will be required for the successful candidate. SCAA supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements—our current approach typically includes two office days per week for those working on a hybrid basis. The usual hours and days of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am—5pm.
About You
Essential
Proven experience managing CRM systems in a charity or fundraising context and being comfortable working with large datasets.
Experience with data segmentation, ETL processes, transformation and import / export processes.
Strong understanding of data protection legislation (e.g. GDPR).
Understanding of Gift Aid regulations and charity fundraising compliance.
Confident using query tools and an understanding of query-based data extraction.
Strong IT skills with competency using the MS Office suite and Excel in particular.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and support non-technical colleagues.
Ability to analyse and translate data into clear findings for campaigns and reporting, including donor value analysis.
Our Benefits
Selection Process
Interviews will take place at our base at Perth Airport in Scone, or remotely, during the weeks commencing the 24th or 31st August 2026.

•Support the progression of volunteers into employment, further training and community leadership roles
5. Matching DadVocates with young dads in CSC proceedings
•Build and maintain referral pathways with social services, midwifery, Family Nurse Partnerships, Family Hubs and other local networks across target local authorities

•Work closely with NEYDL’s Senior Young Dads Workers, who hold cases, to coordinate peer advocacy support within CSC proceedings
•Maintain oversight of active advocacy arrangements, ensuring DadVocates are appropriately supported and that safeguarding obligations are met at all times
•Engage directly with young dad beneficiaries through steering committee meetings, evaluation sessions and project learning events
6. Professional training for social workers
•Co-create professional training content with social workers and young dads on the Steering Committee, drawing on national research and NEYDL’s practice experience
•Deliver half-day induction training to 15-20 social workers per local authority at the outset of each area’s involvement, co-facilitated by young dads or DadVocate volunteers
•Deliver annual refresher training in each local authority
•Facilitate quarterly case review and learning meetings with social workers in each local authority, involving DadVocate volunteers
•Co-design guidance on what father-inclusive practice looks like within children’s social care teams, with social workers and young dads (first version in year 2; updated version in year 4)
•Organise and host two information-sharing events for social care professionals in years 2 and 4 (approximately 100 professionals per event)
7. Monitoring, evaluation and learning
•Coordinate data collection with young dads, DadVocate volunteers and social workers using NEYDL’s evaluation tools and new instruments co-designed for this project
•Produce annual evaluation reports and disseminate learning through NEYDL’s wider networks, events and conferences
•Share learning through stakeholder events, professional networks and NEYDL’s regular sector-facing activity
8. Safeguarding
•Ensure robust safeguarding arrangements are in place for all project activity, particularly for DadVocate volunteers operating within CSC proceedings
•Work closely with NEYDL’s Safeguarding Lead to ensure policies and protocols relevant to the project are current, understood and followed by volunteers and partners
•Act as first point of contact for safeguarding concerns arising within the DadVocates project

•Work closely with NEYDL’s Senior Young Dads Workers as case holders, ensuring a joined-up and consistent approach to supporting young dads involved in the project
•Build and maintain relationships with academic, statutory and voluntary sector partners
•Work with the Business Development Manager to help secure longer-term Local Authority funding for DadVocates, using evidence of impact from the project to support conversations with Local Authorities and expand the project’s reach beyond the areas and targets in the original funding bid
•Represent NEYDL and the DadVocates project at external meetings, networks and conferences
•Contribute to NEYDL’s wider communications and engagement activity
