About the role

As a digital content designer, you’ll be a key part of our digital product team, working at the forefront of managing and enhancing the content on our website and microsites. You’ll support the charity by providing expert advice, producing impactful web content, and ensuring our digital presence aligns with our users’ needs and strategic objectives.

Taking an insight-led approach, you’ll design content that is optimised for both user needs and organisational goals. Reporting to the digital content design manager, you’ll help establish and maintain the full content lifecycle, ensuring our digital presence is accessible, clear, and focused on helping people affected by breast cancer.

About you

You’re a user-focused content professional with experience in designing insight-led web content that meets both user needs and organisational strategy. You have a strong understanding of UX principles and know how to apply SEO strategies to enhance content visibility and performance.

You’re a proactive and enthusiastic team player who is comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. You can work methodically to solve user problems, create and follow processes, and uphold governance standards, while also using your creative skills to design content, edit personal stories, and craft compelling copy.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience designing and editing content for landing pages, case studies, webforms and other digital formats
• Proficiency using a content management system (CMS)
• Proficiency using tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and MOZ to inform content decisions
• A solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and plain English best practices
• Understanding of GDS content design standards
• Exceptional editing, proofreading, and copywriting skills
• The ability to interpret data and user research to craft engaging, impactful content
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and the confidence to advocate for the user during discussions

The role

This maternity cover role offers a meaningful opportunity to help secure the funding that makes our work possible at a pivotal point in Hatch’s journey.

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising & Engagement, you will lead the delivery of Trusts & Foundations, Statutory and Major Donor fundraising, while managing our inspiring partners, you will build new income pipelines aligned to Hatch’s pioneering programmes. You will also support the launch and early delivery of our three-year fundraising campaign.

Alongside hands-on fundraising, you will line manage, mentor and develop the Fundraising Manager, helping to build confidence, capability and strong, future-focused fundraising practice.

About you

You are someone who believes deeply in fair access to opportunity and understands the power of funding to unlock long-term change.

You’ll bring experience securing six figure gifts within the charity or not-for-profit sector, alongside strong proposal writing and relationship-building skills. The Role
We are looking for an Advice & Guidance Officer who can make a meaningful difference in the lives of deaf children, young people, and their families.

A key focus of this role will be delivering the service remotely using technology. About The Role

Do you have experience of working in a high-value fundraising team with a track record of meeting and exceeding financial and KPI targets? Would you like to partner with senior stakeholders to help deliver meaningful impact on the lives of people affected by dementia?

 We are recruiting for a Fundraising Development Manager to join on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week. This is a fixed-term, maternity cover contract for 12 months with an ideal start date in April 2026. This is a home-based role, though you will be required to occasionally travel into London (once a month maximum).

As Fundraising Development Manager, your role will be vital to the success of Alzheimer’s Society’s fundraising and engagement activities which are led and supported by our Development boards. You will play an important part in the delivery of our Insurance United Against Dementia (IUAD) campaign, a movement in partnership with senior level supporters from the insurance industry. This award-winning campaign has raise £12million to date and set a target to reach £20million by 2030 to fund projects that will accelerate progress towards beating dementia - while helping raise awareness of Alzheimer’s Society and increase understanding of the UK’s biggest killer.

You will be responsible for securing and maximising income from multiple channels, including our annual flagship industry fundraising event – Insurance Day for Dementia. You will support individual and team high value fundraising challenges, and lead communications activity with these influential supporters and their sector, utilising relationships with industry media and tools including LinkedIn.

To achieve success, you will manage relationships with insurance industry professionals at the highest levels. You will also support (where required) on activities through Sport United Against Dementia (SUAD), our comparable campaign led by some of the most senior figures in the world of sport. This may include developing tools for industry supporters and activities or supporting activation opportunities at exciting sporting events. Ultimately, this role will give you the chance to use your skills to deliver meaningful impact on the lives of people affected by dementia.

Interviews for this role have been provisionally scheduled to take place via MS Teams on Friday 13th and Monday 16th February.

About you

Joining us, you will have experience of working in a high-value fundraising team or equivalent environment, with a track record of meeting and exceeding financial and KPI targets. You’ll have experience of successfully overseeing projects or managing events from start to finish.
Crucially, you’ll have proven experience of managing and forming trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. You’ll be able to use your communication skills and your experience of writing external communications to gain support through written proposals and in face-to-face meetings.

What you’ll focus on:

- Leading on relationships with key IUAD Board members – senior leaders from the Insurance industry - to maximise events and communications opportunities, to maintain and maximise supporter motivation and engagement.
- Leading IUAD events and communications working groups / workstreams, successfully influencing, negotiating with, and aiding board members to achieve success.
- Building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with staff and volunteers at all levels, to maximise opportunities and income for the Society.
- Playing a key role in the strategy, planning, delivery and growth of our annual industry fundraising day, the Insurance Day for Dementia - from marketing to stewardship, helping the event to continue growth toward a £500,000 annual target.
- Project managing our involvement in industry awards and conferences, or other third-party fundraising events.
- Providing first class stewardship and recognition to all supporters.
- Working closely with Development Boards Lead and Senior Philanthropy Manager, developing and delivering compelling campaign messages and case for support for IUAD and other Development Boards as required.

The Museum is now seeking an exceptional Director of Development to lead a transformative capital campaign ahead of the 2030 opening. Based at the JW3 office and reporting to the CEO, the role will shape and deliver a multi-year fundraising strategy to meet a campaign target of just under £20 million, including £15 million capital costs. As a key member of the Leadership Team, the Director will represent the Museum publicly, build high-value donor relationships, lead major gift and capital fundraising activity, and work closely with Trustees and senior staff to drive philanthropic engagement across trusts, foundations, corporates and individuals.

Candidates will bring significant experience of developing and delivering successful fundraising strategies for large-scale or capital projects, with a strong personal track record of securing high level gifts. You will be a confident relationship-builder, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders and donors. Financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire trust quickly are essential, alongside experience managing budgets, donor events and compelling campaign materials. Networks within the arts, heritage or philanthropic sectors would be an advantage.

What does this role do?

As Public Affairs Officer, you’ll:

• contribute to the delivery of our ambitious public affairs programme across Westminster and Whitehall, the devolved administrations and in the EU,
• support and occasionally lead on the organisation and coordination of political events, meetings, and project visits, as part of our programme of engagement with policy makers,

As a Senior Fundraiser you will:

Project manage mass participation fundraising activities, ensuring financial, participation and engagement targets are met

Lead on the acquisition and stewardship of DIY fundraisers using mass communication channels

Manage a Schools Fundraising product through its full lifecycle, from planning to evaluation

Use data and insight to understand supporter behaviour and campaign performance, turning analysis into practical improvements

Deliver engaging, supporter focused communications across pre event, event and post event journeys

Ensure an exceptional supporter experience that exceeds expectations

Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies, ensuring contracts and delivery meet agreed standards

Evaluate activity performance and provide accurate financial reporting

To be successful, you must have experience:

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience delivering campaigns or events to mass audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting ideas and performance updates
• Experience building and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
• A customer focused approach, delivering high levels of supporter service
