Specifically, it will derive insight from UUK data sets and build data pipelines and data products to support better decision making. This role will champion an evidence-based decision-making culture and operate in a consultancy style approach.
Skills
- Strong dashboarding and visualisation skills including Power BI.
- Cloud-based warehouse/data lake infrastructure and tools (AWS, Snowflake, etc.).
- Knowledge of SQL and Python or R.
- Operational knowledge of dbt Cloud.
- Knowledge of predictive models and data for decision making.
Experience
- Experience with combining, transforming, analysing and presenting complex data sets into actionable insights.

About the Role
Citizens Advice, in partnership with The Trussell Trust, have been running the Help through Hardship Helpline (formerly the Trussell Trust Foodbank helpline) for just over a year. The helpline has been highly successful in reaching those clients most in need. To date Citizens Advice has answered nearly 57,000 calls, helped feed over 70,000 people and recorded £13 million in expected financial gains for clients.
The Helpline has been extended to local Citizens Advice offices and we're looking for new advisers to join our team in Liverpool who will provide information and advice on the issues clients are facing, and help them access foodbank vouchers.
The successful candidate will provide generalist advice in a wide range of enquiry areas such as benefits, housing and employment. You will provide telephone advice within the working hours of the service and work with the on-site supervisor to support Clients most in need.
You will have excellent communication skills, be confident, motivated and willing to try new things. We’re not looking for the finished article, if you have the right attitude then we can help to develop your skills.

About the role:
Becoming a Homicide Caseworker is a unique opportunity to support families and individuals bereaved by and, eyewitness to murder and manslaughter. The National Homicide Service is a fast paced, specialist team funded directly by the Ministry of Justice to provide exceptional trauma informed practical and emotional support every day.
As a Family Caseworker you will:
- Work closely with the Major Crime Police Units, Senior Investigators and Family Liaison Officers, providing a pivotal role to support clients through the Criminal Justice System.
- Support clients by phone and Zoom as well as meeting families in their own homes or community, therefore you will be required to travel throughout the area.
- Complete needs assessments, and will coordinate and deliver a tailored package of support alongside our commissioned providers and other key stakeholders.
The role of Homicide Caseworker is varied, demanding and rewarding; no one day is the same and you will thrive on this challenge. About the role:
This role is home working based with travel in the West Midlands area of England. As a Homicide Service Children and Young Person caseworker you will be:
- Delivering a specialist service to children and young people (CYP) bereaved by homicide, and for those CYP who have witnessed a homicide
- Working collaboratively and jointly within the Homicide Service and other relevant organisations that can help to progress identified needs and ensure that young people are central to all processes that involve them.
- Acting as the designated caseworker and manage a caseload
- Implementing the CYP Homicide Service Delivery Model
- Working closely and supporting colleagues to provide a trauma informed service to children and young people.
You will be responsible for providing a high-quality, front-line service to bereaved young people following murder or manslaughter. Working with colleagues in the National Homicide Service, as well as partner agencies including education, police, courts, social services and many other statutory and third sector organisations.
You will need to be able to travel to face to face sessions within, and occasionally outside of region, and therefore a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Social Challenges Manager, the role will support day-to-day paid social delivery on Meta, using data, insight and testing to continuously improve results.
Responsibilities
Paid Social for Social Challenges (c.50% of role)

Build, manage and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta to recruit participants into CALM’s Social Challenges.

Translate campaign objectives into effective audience targeting, creative testing plans and budget allocation.

Monitor performance daily, adjusting ads, audiences and spend to maximise lead volume, quality and cost-efficiency.

Analyse campaign results, using platform data and internal insight to understand what’s driving high-value participants.

Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support digital marketing activity across the organisation, including paid and organic social.

Provide practical cover for the Social Media Manager when needed, supporting scheduling, publishing and basic community management to maintain a consistent social presence.

The role
The Events and Operations Manager is responsible for delivering operational and logistical excellence in the delivery of internal Rhodes Trust Programmes and external commercial Rhodes House Ltd events.
The successful candidate will encourage cooperation across departments at Rhodes House who will work collaboratively to ensure the successful delivery of events. The post holder will also support the development and acquisition of clients for the Rhodes House Ltd events, ensuring achievement of revenue targets to contribute to the Rhodes Trust.
The Events and Operations Manager will operate predominantly on-site at Rhodes House.
Essential skills, experience and qualifications:
- Experience in event planning and operational delivery
- An in depth understanding of what is required for a successful event and experience in guiding the client to their perfect event.
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude whiles also being able to act independently.
- Ability to build strong working relationship with immediate colleagues.

We are recruiting sessional assessing social workers to undertake Form F assessments . Our assessments are undertaken face to face. Applicants should be able to travel across Nottinghamshire and Derby for assessment visits to prospective foster carers.
Key Duties for Form F Assessors include:
- To undertake and complete Form F assessments in the timescale set out in our policy and guidance.
- To visit personal referees as identified on application form for prospective foster carers.
- To ensure that all checks and references are undertaken and completed.
- To provide to the supervisor, regular written updates of the draft assessment.
- To liaise with our administrative team concerning the progress of administrative checks and completion of the Form F.
- To be available for supervision, consultation or liaison as required.
- To be available to present completed Form Fs to the virtual fostering panel and provide support to the applicants through this process.
- To be aware of our child protection procedures and immediately report any child protection matter or concerns to a TACT manager and any relevant placing authority and the area authority.
- To carry out the duties in line with our Foster Carer and Supervising Social Worker Standards and Practice Guidance.
Rates of Pay for Form F Assessors
- We will pay £2250 (inclusive of VAT) + up to £500 bonus payments (if criteria are met) upon submission of a successfully completed Form F Assessment.
- £37.50 per hour for assessments which are not completed, and any other piece of work.

Brief role description:
The Finance Assistant will provide accountancy and bookkeeping support. This involves inputting purchase and sales ledger transactions, together with cash book and journal entries for three UK entities, using Access financials software.
The role also includes producing weekly payment reports and monthly bank reconciliations for the UK entities, while also processing volunteer and staff expenses.
Other responsibilities include managing accounts queries via our Zendesk ticketing system.
