This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery and ongoing evolution of our ambitious Trusts and Foundations fundraising strategy, securing transformational five- and six-figure grants that will drive our long-term impact and growth.
We're looking for an exceptional relationship-builder and communicator with a proven track record of securing five- and six-figure grants from Trusts and Foundations. You'll be confident translating complex data into compelling funding propositions and using your outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills to inspire support for our mission.

The Youth Employability Service
CXK delivers the Youth Employability Service (YES) across East Sussex, commissioned by East Sussex County Council. We offer information, advice, support and guidance to young people in academic years 12 and 13 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET), helping them to explore their options, plan and then take their next steps. We also work with schools supporting young people in year 11 who are at risk of becoming NEET. Liaising with a range of other services, YES is focussed on supporting young people to achieve their potential.
The Team
The YES team support young people from across the county, seeing them at CXK bases, partner venues or in community settings. The team assess and action plan with young people referred to the service, supporting them to understand their options and take steps toward achieving their goals around education, training and /or employment. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated YES Team Leader to support the delivery of a high-performing Youth Employability Service across East Sussex. You will provide line management and case management support to a team of advisers, ensuring young people achieve positive outcomes in employment, education and training while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Working closely with the Area Manager, you will use performance data and service metrics to monitor delivery, identify areas for improvement and contribute to service planning. You will support quality assurance activities including audits, observations and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will oversee referral allocation and caseload management, ensuring service standards and contractual requirements are met. A key part of the role involves managing the service database to support the tracking of young people across East Sussex, working closely with the East Sussex County Council Data Team to ensure data accuracy, compliance and effective reporting
The role also requires effective partnership working, representing YES and CXK at stakeholder meetings, developing positive relationships with external agencies and promoting the needs of young people who are NEET or at risk of becoming NEET. You will support staff with safeguarding, risk management and professional development, while championing youth participation and ensuring young people's voices are heard within the organisation.

SarcoidosisUK is a small charity with big ambitions! We want to make a difference to the lives of those affected by sarcoidosis in the UK by providing information and support, raising awareness and undertaking research into treatments and a cure. We currently support over 9,000 people online and have strong relationships with both clinicians and patients.
The charity receives no government funding, generating its income only from personal and corporate donations, grants, legacies and merchandise sales.
Funds raised are used to provide support services, grow awareness, operate the Nurse Helpline, and fund research activities. The need for support is growing, and we must raise £250,000 each year, part of this will be the Fundraising Executive’s responsibility.

Exeter Students’ Guild is the University of Exeter’s students’ union, led by students for students. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with service users to deliver person-centred, strengths-based support that promotes recovery, independence, and wellbeing. You will engage individuals in comprehensive assessments, support planning, and safety planning, ensuring that all plans are user-led and tailored to their unique needs, aspirations, and goals. Working collaboratively with the Service Manager/Team Manager, you will assess referrals and develop, review, and monitor support, safety, and move-on plans. You will build strong partnerships with external agencies, families, carers, and other key supporters to ensure coordinated and effective support. The role also involves helping service users access healthcare, education, training, employment, and other opportunities that support their recovery journey, while encouraging participation in social and skills-development activities that promote inclusion and confidence. As part of a flexible and supportive team, you will contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment, oversee health and safety requirements, support tenancy sustainment including occupancy agreements and rent payments, and provide information and signposting to carers so they can access the support available to them.

Purpose of Role
This position entails offering advice and support on an individual basis through email, phone, or in-person meetings. You will maintain thorough records of all student interactions by effectively utilizing the case management system.
