Supporting Victims of Sexual Violence has been supporting victims and survivors of sexual abuse since 1994, and today provides a range of services to anyone in Derbyshire or Derby City who has experienced sexual abuse, assault or violence, including friends and family members. We're looking for A highly motivated Ch-ISVA to work across Derbyshire. The role will support people aged 13+ and over including adults who have experienced sexual abuse or rape at any point. WWT Martin Mere offers a unique introduction to wetland wildlife and an amazing day out where visitors can experience the spectacle of tens of thousands of ducks, geese and swans during the winter months, and in summer immerse themselves in wetlands teaming with life. Family visitors can enjoy wetland adventure play areas and Europe’s longest stretch of stepping stones.
We are looking for an inspiring leader to deliver ambitious financial, conservation and visitor engagement strategies. You will be required to develop a diverse team of staff and volunteers, attract a growing number of visitors and members, and provide them with an unforgettable experience on each and every visit.
The role includes management of the trading areas, incorporating retail and catering; oversight of the living collection, which includes birds and otters, and the nature reserve which as a Ramsar Wetland Site is of international importance; a thriving learning programme, and a growing events and engagement programme. About You

The Learning Programmes Manager fulfils a key role in the busy Education and Training team at SPAB. They have responsibility to coordinate and deliver our two annual learning programmes: the SPAB Scholarship and the SPAB Fellowship. Using their high-level administrative or project management experience and excellent interpersonal skills, the Learning Programmes Manager leads in development, delivery and review of these flagship programmes.
The Learning Programmes Manager works in consultation with the Senior Education and Training Manager and Director of Engagement, and closely with SPAB colleagues, to promote the learning programmes, maximise their outcomes, collaborate on funding opportunities and reporting, and deliver core strategic objectives.
The Learning Programmes Manager is self-motivated to work independently to establish and maintain vital professional relationships within the sector to ensure SPAB Scholars and Fellows experience a fulfilling learning experience. The Learning Programmes Manager has responsibility for onboarding Scholars and Fellows, including recruitment and induction, designing and planning the programmes, managing programme budgets and strategic planning for future programmes.
The Learning Programmes Manager contributes regular updates for our charity Guardians and has responsibility for coordinating the Scholarship and Fellowship Liaison Group, programme mentors and their associated meetings.
