Job Title: Corporate Partnerships Manager (New Business)

Purpose of the Job:
The Corporate Partnerships Manager (New Business) drives income growth by securing high-value, multi-year corporate partnerships. With new business separated from account management, and as The Felix Project moves through its merger with FareShare to form a larger national food redistribution network, the role requires a strategic, results-driven specialist who can build a robust pipeline, develop compelling propositions and convert interest into significant private-sector income. Working within the wider Income Generation Team, the post-holder collaborates across all fundraising streams to ensure opportunities are aligned and maximised.
The role leads prospect research, pitch development, early-stage cultivation, income forecasting and CRM accuracy, and ensures a smooth transition of secured partners into account management. The role also works with senior leaders, including the CEO and Trustees, to unlock major opportunities linked to the merger and the organisation’s expanding national profile.
Additionally, the post-holder will build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation, engaging with key internal stakeholders such as the CEO and Trustees to identify and cultivate funding opportunities. The role may require evening and weekend work to attend networking or corporate partner event and to support fundraising events.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Secure High-Value, Multi-Year Partnerships – Proactively identify and secure six-figure, multi-year corporate partnerships across various industries.
- Expand Corporate Partnerships Pipeline – Develop and drive multiple income streams, including strategic partnerships, corporate foundations, grants, commercial opportunities, sponsorships, and social value initiatives.
- Develop and Pitch New Business Propositions – Create compelling fundraising initiatives and business cases to attract new corporate partners.
- Leverage Sector Knowledge & Relationship Management – Use commercial acumen to build strong relationships, secure new partnerships, and maximize corporate engagement.
- Manage Inbound Partnership Opportunities – Respond to and convert corporate interest, particularly in corporate volunteering, into long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Collaboration & Fundraising Implementation – Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement corporate fundraising strategies, ensuring alignment with KPIs and organizational goals.
- Support Strategic Partner Development – Assist the Senior Partnerships Manager and Head of Corporate Partnerships in developing key corporate relationships for sustainable income growth.
- Financial Oversight & Budgeting – Assist in forecasting budgets, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate income reporting in collaboration with the Finance Team.
- Maintain & Track Partnerships Data – Keep up-to-date records of funding partnerships, ensuring a structured cultivation cycle aligned with team processes.
- Ensure Compliance & Best Practices – Adhere to GDPR, fundraising regulations, and relevant legislation while maintaining ethical fundraising practices.
- Collaborate on Partner Onboarding – Work with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth transition for new corporate partners.
- Contribute to Corporate Income Targets – Play an active role in achieving the team’s annual corporate income goals.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Trusts Manager, the postholder will be responsible for maximizing income from Charitable Trusts and Foundations, building and nurturing elationships and inspiring long-term support and sustainable income in line with the organisational strategy.
About You
This is a great role for someone with previous experience of Trust Fundraising. You’ll have first class communication skills to enable you to quickly build solid, strong relationships both face to face and over the telephone. Excellent writing skills are essential as well as good organisational skills and CRM experience. In these challenging times you’ll need to channel your creative skills to develop exciting stewardship plans.
In this role you will need:
· Previous experience of Trust Fundraising with a strong track record of success and meeting targets
· Excellent writing skills, with the ability to take complex material and translate into visually appealing proposals.
· Experience of organising or helping to organise stewardship events.
· Experience of working with CRM databases.
· Target driven with experience of budgeting and financial management

Our Location
We are based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, so we are easily accessible by road and rail. In this role, there is plenty of scope for working from home, although there will be times when you will need to be at face-to-face meetings. There is a requirement for you to attend a minimum of 12 in person days a year, including two Directorate meetings and the charity’s mandatory ‘All Staff Together’ days which take place four times a year at our offices in Hatfield or a location in London. In addition there will be a requirement to attend team and donor meetings in person as required.

Women at the Well is a support service for women based in the King’s Cross area of central London. We provide practical support and advocacy to women facing a wide range of disadvantages, and we have a specialism in working with women whose lives have been affected by prostitution and/or sexual exploitation. We are trauma informed, holistic and woman-centred. We deliver our mission through three interconnected services:
1. A women only drop-in service
2. An advocacy service
3. An outreach service

Women at the Well has supported thousands of women over more than twenty years work in London. We see the complex ways in which women’s inequality, racism, disability and poor health, educational disadvantage, trauma in childhood, migration and the hostile immigration environment can all lead to significant social and economic disadvantages and harm. In our work we meet women who have experienced repeated and extensive abuse, and who are often homeless, living with addictions and/or mental health issues, and in poverty. We see how these women are at high risk of a range of sexually exploitative behaviours including prostitution. As well as providing tailored support, we aim to speak up for the rights of women to live lives free from abuse.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Head of Fundraising & Partnerships will lead the development and delivery of Women at The Well’s fundraising strategy, ensuring we build the sustainable and diverse income base needed to continue supporting women facing extraordinary disadvantage, exploitation and harm. As a senior, hands-on fundraiser, the postholder will take responsibility for income generation across trusts and foundations, individual philanthropy, corporate partnerships and community fundraising, while building the systems, relationships and communications that underpin long-term growth.
Working closely with the CEO—an experienced trusts fundraiser—the postholder will identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, steward supporters, craft compelling cases for support, and drive forward multi-stream fundraising with clarity and purpose. They will coordinate the CEO’s involvement in major fundraising opportunities and act as a strategic partner, ensuring the organisation’s leadership has what they need to secure transformational funding.
This role sits at the heart of a small, values-driven team committed to trauma-informed, women-centred work. The postholder must bring emotional resilience, sound judgement and a deep respect for the dignity and lived experiences of the women who use our service. Regular presence in our King’s Cross centre is important for relationship-building and grounding fundraising work in the mission, though we offer flexibility in working patterns for the right candidate.

About the role
St Giles is entering an exciting new phase with an ambitious Voluntary Fundraising Strategy for 2026–2029. We are looking for a talented and driven Fundraising Manager to play a central role in delivering this strategy and helping us:
- Diversify our income generation model
- Increase voluntary income by 15% across restricted and unrestricted funding
This role has a strong focus on Trusts & Foundations, Individual Giving and Legacy, with responsibility for managing and growing income across these streams. You will be an excellent relationship builder, confident engaging senior stakeholders and equally comfortable writing high-quality funding applications for five and six-figure grants.
You will manage a fundraising income budget of approximately £2.2m, working collaboratively across teams to maximise impact and income.
Key responsibilities
Trusts & Foundations
- Lead on Trusts & Foundations applications and relationship management, working with the Trusts & Foundations Officer and Head of Voluntary Fundraising to raise £2m per year
- Develop and deliver high-quality written applications, presentations and pitches for 5, 6 and 7-figure funding opportunities
- Provide excellent stewardship to funders, including reporting, meetings, visits and events
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to produce strong funding bids
- Work collaboratively with frontline teams to develop service delivery models and budgets
- Identify innovative ways to grow unrestricted income
Individual Giving & Legacy
- Manage and deliver the Individual Giving and Legacy strategy
- Grow income through single and regular giving appeals
- Work with the Communications team to develop and launch two national or local fundraising appeals per year
- Identify and engage Ambassadors and Patrons to increase reach and impact
Campaigns, systems & finance
- Manage appeals, campaigns and events raising £200,000 per year across Individual Giving, Appeals and Legacy
- Maintain accurate records and reporting using ETapestry, ensuring GDPR compliance
- Manage multiple fundraising platforms (e.g. Enthuse, PayPal Giving, Payroll Giving) and continuously improve systems and processes
- Work closely with Finance to set, monitor and review budgets
Organisational responsibilities
- Uphold confidentiality, data protection and IT security policies

About you
Experience & knowledge

About the role
As our Partnership Officer, you will have the exciting opportunity to make a huge difference in improving the lives of people living in hygiene poverty.
Reporting into the Head of Brand and Corporate Partnerships, the Partnership Officer plays a pivotal role in the brand and corporate team and is responsible for supporting, stewarding, renewing, and growing our brand and corporate partners to meet our income targets and to source donated product for our service users. Our partners range from emerging brands to strategic corporate partners and reflect a combination of financial support, skills-based support, brand donations and volunteering.
The role is varied and requires outstanding relationship building and communication skills, strong time management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, meticulous record keeping and relationship management.
