About the Department/Role
The Reconciling Leaders Network (RLN) has a vision for the church to be a reconciling presence in conflict and communities, with a purpose to mobilise a generation of reconcilers, pursuing a just and flourishing world. RLN works across the Anglican Communion and ecumenically, supporting a ministry of peacebuilding and reconciliation, with a small and agile team (currently six team members).
Reconciling Leaders Network (RLN) has developed Difference, growing a cohort of global champions and a network of leaders focusing on reconciliation as a mission.
Difference (difference.rln.global) aims to encourage, support and mobilise a generation to live out their calling as peacemakers and reconcilers, pursuing a just flourishing world. This role will seek to deliver significant growth and engagement of Difference.
What you'll be doing
The Head of Communications and Partnerships (for Reconciling Leaders Network) will lead RLN's communications, marketing, and digital engagement strategy, ensuring our message is clear, compelling, and consistent across all channels, extending the reach and engagement of Difference. This role is central to shaping how RLN and Difference are experienced by audiences in the UK and globally.
The successful candidate will bring understanding of the reconciliation and peacebuilding sector, as well as the geo-political and church contexts in which RLN operates. They will be a strategic thinker, a skilled marketeer, theologically astute and a relationship builder who is committed to equity, diversity, inclusion and justice, and brings cultural sensitivity to their work and leadership.
The post holder will support the bold objectives for this reconciliation ministry. They will have budgetary and line-management responsibilities and work with external agencies and freelancers to deliver outcomes.
You will work with and through Anglican systems, structures and networks as well ecumenically across different Christian denominations and other organisations - reaching a global audience. As well as working with civic, community and multinational organisations and networks.
Key role requirements
- You will need experience working with senior leadership to translate strategic goals into measurable communication plans and outcomes
- This is a 2-year fixed-term contract or secondment for internal NCI staff (extension dependant on funding)
- An enhanced DBS check (with child barring) will be required as part of our pre-employment checks

Strategy and Delivery
- Develop and deliver RLN's communications strategy in alignment with organisational goals.
- Share in Christian practice (through prayer, faith development and formation) with external stakeholders, diocese colleagues, course participants, and within the team.
- Create and implement campaigns and tactics, working with all forms of media, to grow a network of reconcilers, extending the reach and engagement with Difference and RLN initiatives.
- Strategically contribute to the sustainability of RLN & Difference through fundraising efforts and income generation.
- Oversee the user journey and experience across all channels (website, resource hub, social media, emails etc.), ensuring they are optimised and effective.
- Develop strategic external partnerships and collaborations to increase engagement with reconciliation and the Difference course.
- Shape and steward RLN's narrative within the church and reconciliation sector, in alignment with the organisations vision and purpose.
- Lead on storytelling and content creation across digital, print, and social media (including copy writing- Christian prayers, devotionals).
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, reflecting RLN's visual identity and invitational tone of voice.
Team and Project Management
- Commission and manage external suppliers and consultants, including contracts and delivery against objectives.
- Prepare and manage the communications budget.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures and with regulatory and charitable organisational requirements.
- Future line-management responsibility. Setting objectives and supporting the delivery of the communications plan.
- Oversee and implement workstreams, for example, emails, social media, and the day-to-day communications schedule of Difference.
Product Development
- Provide strategic insight and implement future developments of Difference resources and RLN initiatives.
- Manage updates, amends and edits to the Difference courses and training materials, (including translations, copywriting bible studies)
- Ensure distribution channels are integral in the development of new resources.
- Ensure all resources faithfully express the values, theology and branding of RLN and Difference.
Impact & Insights
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of the Difference course and recommend improvements.
- Optimise Difference website, social media and the Training and Resources hub
- Track and report on key indicators.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts, write impact reports for the director, governance structures and funding grants.
The team works closely and collaboratively, providing assistance across portfolio areas at times when extra capacity is needed. As such, an important part of this role will be to help out other team areas as required and as capacity allows.

About the team
The Policy team is a small, collaborative and collegiate team looking to expand. We have a unique set-up, sitting separately to but working closely alongside the Communications team as part of the wider Public Affairs team. We influence key decision makers through direct engagement with senior officials, commissioning and sharing research and insight and supporting coalitions which include our portfolio charities to take their voice to decision makers to secure policy and funding commitments.
The team also works across the organisation, presenting insight to inform our investment decisions and making a compelling case to generate new financial commitments for our work.
About this role
The Public Affairs Officer is a new and exciting role in a rapidly expanding organisation at the forefront of youth policy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support the strengthening of Impetus’ public affairs profile, as well as support colleagues to strengthen and maintain relationships with parliamentarians, decision-makers, sector stakeholders and wider civil society.
We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to getting the support young people from disadvantaged background need in education and employment. You’ll have a passion for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across government and the third sector. You will have a good understanding of the UK’s policy environment with an interest in increasing your knowledge and relationships in this area and developing and expanding links with a range of parliamentary, government and other key stakeholders.
The Public Affairs Officer will be part of the wider Public Affairs Team. Though you will report to the Head of Youth Employment Policy, you will work across both our education and employment policy work, and will be expected to regularly collaborate with the Communications Team, and will understand the role of communications in shaping the political agenda and the public debate. You will have experience of writing for a wide range of audiences, ranging from policy briefings to social media content.
This role supports the delivery of high-quality public affairs work, following agreed plans, templates and processes, and escalating risks or issues promptly.
We’re interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong organisational skills, with experience of either leading or supporting the coordination and delivery of events. We’d particularly like to hear from candidates who have managed a CRM database such as Salesforce. You will be a strong team player, with a collaborative working style.

Key responsibilities
• Work with the Heads of Policy and Communications teams to contribute to public affairs plans by providing research, coordination and administrative support from the outset of each project
• Monitor and analyse political, policy developments and parliamentary activity, keeping your knowledge up to data and accurate, ensuring information is recorded using agreed templates and systems, and flagging relevant updates promptly

The Regional Fundraising & Partnership Officer (South East) will play a key role in growing income and building long-term supporter relationships.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and working closely with colleagues across fundraising, communications and support services, you will develop relationships with regional corporates, trusts and community groups. You’ll deliver local fundraising campaigns, appeals and events, grow regional membership and supporter engagement, and share compelling stories of impact that inspire sustained support.

About you
You will bring proven experience in fundraising – whether community, corporate or trusts alongside strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills. The Charity Director is the leader of our charity and is the most senior paid role within AVPB. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the organisation’s present and future.

About the role

The Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role within HDR UK, as the key point of contact and financial support for the Institute Office teams. The charity was established in 1996 to meet the gap in specialist mental health services. Woman’s Trust is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recovery from the trauma. We are committed to a positive, inclusive and equitable environment for our staff, service users and volunteers.
Alongside delivering our existing 1-1 counselling, self-development workshops and therapeutic support groups for women who have experienced domestic abuse, we are focused on developing our innovative mental health services for young women and girls, delivering new peer-led support groups and providing therapeutic groups to children and their mothers. We are also committed to developing further awareness-raising workshops and training for professionals, building on our research and policy to improve systems nationally.
Background
The lack of recognition of domestic abuse as a mental health issue within the NHS leads to delayed and inadequate support for survivors. This gap in understanding and response often result in survivors only being able to access and receive appropriate care when their mental health deteriorates to the point of requiring secondary mental health services (Women’s Aid 2021). Meta analysis suggests that CBT, one of the NHS’s most prescribed approaches for mental ill-health, is not the best approach for domestic abuse survivors as it does not recognise and take into account the external factors and dynamics of abuse, specifically power and control, the role of the perpetrator and the resulting trauma for the survivor.
In March 2025, WT published its first major report, ‘Living Without Hope’ which consolidates existing and increasing academic, government and sector research demonstrating the significant impact of domestic abuse on women’s mental health. Outlining the current agency responses at national, regional and local levels and the gaps in provision; the report also makes recommendations for change and improvement across the VAWG and health sectors.
Building on the research highlighted in our ‘Living Without Hope’ report, WT has secured funding to work with key stakeholders in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to examine the links between domestic abuse and mental health, the specific experiences of Arab and Moroccan women and their access to safe, appropriate services that meet their needs.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced arts-based therapeutic facilitator to deliver creative workshops for mothers who have experienced domestic abuse and their children aged 5-12.
The workshops use creative and expressive activities to support emotional regulation, strengthen mother-child relationships, and aid recovery from trauma. Sessions are delivered in a group setting and designed to be flexible, inclusive, and responsive to participants’ needs.
This is a sessional role, ideal for practitioners seeking flexible work alongside other clinical, therapeutic, or creative practice.
