As our CRM & Insights Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us understand and engage our supporters more effectively. You'll take ownership of our CRM database (Donorfy), ensuring our data is accurate, secure and well managed, while producing the insights that shape fundraising and marketing decisions. Your work will directly support supporter acquisition, retention and engagement, helping us raise more funds to improve animal welfare across the globe.

The Opportunity:
We're recruiting an Investment Associate to support the identification, assessment and management of social impact investments that change lives, working alongside investors, social enterprises and government to help grow the UK's social impact investment market.
You'll help research and analyse the investments that deliver on BSC's 2026–2030 strategy: identifying social issues and market gaps, and supporting the partnerships, structures and solutions needed to mobilise capital at scale. You'll contribute to strategic projects that shape how BSC and the wider market tackle these challenges, building your experience as a future systems change agent.
Supporting the performance of our existing portfolio is just as central to our mission as finding new investments. You'll help build relationships with fund managers and support the monitoring of performance against expectations across financial, social impact and systems change goals.
Investment Associate and Manager Development Programme
We invest in our people as seriously as we invest our portfolio. You’ll accelerate your growth through hands-on experience across multiple asset classes, tailored training programmes and collaboration with sector-leading specialists as well as gaining direct exposure to our Investment Committee and senior leadership.
We deliberately rotate Associates and Managers across our investment team to build genuine cross-asset-class judgement, learning to manage performance, risk and relationships across very different types of investment. We are hiring up to two Associates or Managers starting in the following teams:
Lending: you will work on assessing and managing investments across blended finance, social outcomes contracts and/or climate and energy vehicles and contribute to strategic projects aligned with our 2026-30 strategy.
Impact Investment Management: you will gain a portfolio-wide perspective, working on special situations and exits to protect and recover value across financial, impact and systems change; lead our overall learning approach; and lead on elements of portfolio insight.
What you will do:
Support the origination and assessment of new investments
Help identify social issues and market gaps where impact investment can be part of the solution, contributing to creative, collaborative solutions with investors, charities and government.
Support detailed investment analysis of the market, the prospective investee, and the financial, social impact and systems change cases, working closely with senior members of the investment team and with fund managers to help build the relationships that underpin a strong investment case.
Support the structuring of prospective investments, help prepare recommendations for our Investment Committee, and support legal negotiations through to close.
Contribute to systems change
Support the development and delivery of key strategic projects in BSC's asset classes, building your experience and taking on more responsibility over time.

The Role
The Senior Programme Coordinator will support the development and delivery of SEO London’s apprenticeship programmes.

We are looking for an Advice and Wellbeing Administrator to provide high quality administrative support to the Advice & Wellbeing team. This role will play a key part in the day-to-day operation of the Students' Union UCL Advice Service, including administering enquiry and appointment management processes, supporting the administration of our financial support funds, maintaining electronic case records and supervising student staff.

Fundraising is central to CFAB's long-term sustainability, generating almost 60% of the charity's £1million annual income. Trusts and foundations will be at the heart of your role, building on our strong portfolio of funders while developing opportunities across corporate partnerships, supporter stewardship, challenge events and other emerging income streams. Working closely with the Deputy CEO, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of our fundraising strategy, develop new opportunities and help strengthen CFAB's fundraising capability.

Key responsibilities:
1. Strategy Delivery and Management
Working closely with the Deputy CEO, you will lead the delivery of CFAB's fundraising strategy, translating strategic priorities into operational plans that support sustainable income growth.
You will contribute to fundraising strategy, budgeting and income forecasting, monitor performance against agreed targets and ensure fundraising activity is effectively managed through Salesforce. You will identify opportunities to improve fundraising processes, strengthen fundraising performance and support the development and implementation of new income streams and fundraising initiatives.
2. Trusts, Foundations and Corporate Partnerships
You will lead CFAB's trust and foundation fundraising programme, developing and managing a portfolio of funders, partners and supporters to maximise long-term income. You will prepare and oversee high-quality funding applications, reports and pitches, ensuring all funder requirements and deadlines are met.
You will also develop and manage corporate fundraising opportunities, identifying prospective partners, preparing partnership proposals and supporting the growth of corporate income as a strategic priority. Working alongside the Deputy CEO, you will help shape the organisation’s corporate offer and operate a shared account management model for strategic funders and high-value funding opportunities.
3. Relationship Management and Income Growth
Working with the Deputy CEO, you will lead the development and delivery of CFAB's stewardship strategy, strengthening relationships with existing supporters and creating meaningful supporter journeys for new donors. You will oversee donor communications, the supporter newsletter, and recognition processes, ensuring supporters understand the impact of their giving and remain engaged with CFAB.
You will also grow CFAB's challenge events programme, increasing participation, enhancing the supporter experience and developing challenge events as a sustainable source of unrestricted income.
Working collaboratively with the Deputy CEO, Digital Engagement and Outreach Lead, and Policy and Communications Officer, you will develop and deliver digital fundraising campaigns, including Big Give match funding campaigns, and a programme of fundraising events to grow and engage CFAB's supporter base.
4. Team Leadership and Fundraising Operations
You will line manage the Fundraising Coordinator, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to ensure the effective delivery of fundraising operations.
You will oversee prospect research, fundraising administration, supporter stewardship, challenge events, Salesforce management and fundraising reporting, ensuring high standards of performance, accurate data management and effective collaboration across the fundraising function.
5. Governance and Representation
You will help prepare fundraising reports, pipeline updates, income forecasts and performance information for the Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees.
You will ensure fundraising activity complies with relevant legislation, the Code of Fundraising Practice, GDPR, Gift Aid requirements and organisational policies, maintaining the highest standards of fundraising governance and supporter care.
You will represent CFAB externally with funders, corporate partners, supporters and sector networks, acting as an ambassador for the organisation and helping to strengthen its profile, reputation and long-term strategic relationships.
6. Additional Responsibilities
As a member of the wider management team, you will contribute to organisational planning, continuous improvement and cross-organisational projects. The Head of Public Fundraising is a new role at Coeliac UK leading the charity’s public fundraising function. The role focusses on driving sustainable growth across individual giving, community fundraising, events, lottery, raffle, digital fundraising and merchandise. This role is responsible for delivering Coeliac UK’s 5-year fundraising strategy to maximise return-on-investment, grow long term supporter value, and contribute to the charity’s mission.

Who are we looking for?
Key to the success of this role is a strong understanding of individual giving fundraising. This role blends the strategic oversight and leadership of a Head of role across multiple income streams, with the hands-on expertise of an IG fundraiser. Experience across other income streams and areas of fundraising delivery would be a huge benefit as the role leads community fundraising and events, will take on digital fundraising - currently led by the Chief Engagement Officer, as well as manage the data and supporter care functions, but experience in individual giving is essential as Coeliac UK has defined that as an area of priority income. Job Title: Deputy Service Manager (FTC)
Location: West London (This location is hidden due to the sensitive nature of the service) Please note that this service has no step free access.
Salary: £31,000 (Annual Salary)
Shift Pattern: 10 month (Fixed Term Contract) 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 17:00. You may be required to work outside these hours dependent on service and resident requirements and you will also be expected to take part in the out of hours on call service.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and support a refuge for women and children surviving domestic abuse, many of whom are living with trauma. You'll ensure the team are empowered, with the right tools and resources to deliver a seamless service that supports residents through their healing journey, helping them overcome personal challenges and work towards independence and their goals.
The service spans over 3 buildings and you will help lead a team of support mentors and children and family workers. We’re looking for a solution focused leader who is passionate about the resident group, committed to trauma informed and inclusive practice, and driven to make lasting change.
