As Southwark Cathedral’s Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for executing digital marketing activity that build awareness and deepens connection to our mission and values.

You’ll support the development of marketing plans and campaigns that increase awareness and drive sales through an integrated, multi-channel approach. 

You’ll develop and work toward KPIs that contribute to increasing visitor numbers, donations and the Cathedral’s enterprises, including shop revenue, room hire, location shoots and events. 

This is a multi-faceted role with ample opportunity to make impact across our Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned (PESO) framework, website optimisation, SEO, social media channels, reporting and email campaigns.

• Increasing visitor numbers and engagement within a visitor attraction sector or similar

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a proactive and engaging social media presence, including gathering content from across the Cathedral teams, and creating in-house filmed, photographic and graphic content. 
• Maintain the website, including updating webpages and event listings, to drive conversions, increase accessibility and SERP (search engine results page) results. 
• Community manage social media accounts to drive engagement with our online audience. 
• Create email campaigns that increase open and conversion rates. 
• Support and deliver creative and innovative marketing plans, collaborating with all departments across the Cathedral. 
• Administer paid for advertising campaigns to increase website traffic and sales conversions. 
• Play a key role in managing the Cathedral’s digital profile, to help us reach the largest possible audiences. 
• Report on the effectiveness of marketing activities. 
• Develop effective relationships with Cathedral volunteers and staff.  
• Basic graphic design and copywriting, as required.

In this 8 placement supported accommodation service, you’ll deliver focused, strengths based support, complete SMART outcome driven plans, and lead risk and needs assessments—helping clients progress with purpose while maintaining a safe and positive environment.

As Young People Support Worker at our service in Islington, you’ll run one to one and group sessions, support new residents to settle in, and work collaboratively with statutory partners to provide joined up, personalised support. With creativity, empathy and strong safeguarding awareness, you’ll motivate clients to engage in education, training, employment and community activities, all under Depaul’s assets based, psychologically informed approach.

As the Women’s Centre Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Key Workers to achieve the positive engagement of service users which leads to positive outcomes.  Your responsibilities will include:

· manage a team of Key Workers: monitoring performance and progress to ensure KPIs and goals are met

· contribute to identifying, training and supporting service user representatives and peer mentors

· act as the first point of contact for women referred to our service and conduct structured assessments to understand needs

· regularly meet with women to provide dedicated emotional and practical support

As the Key Worker Team Leader, you’ll bring highly demonstrable people management skills to encourage, motivate, support and develop a team and monitor and manage performance, along with an in-depth knowledge of issues facing justice involved women and those at risk of entering the justice system.

Hope into Action is a national Christian charity that enables local churches to house people experiencing homelessness.

We are launching a new Hope into Action project in Milton Keynes, and are looking for a Church & Tenant Empowerment Worker to support tenants and church volunteers as the project begins.

About the role

At launch the project will involve one house with up to three tenants, supported by church volunteers and the Hope into Action network.

As Church & Tenant Empowerment Worker you will:

We are looking to appoint a Family Support Worker to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our Thames Valley Care Team.

Reporting to the Family Support Manager of the Thames Valley Care Team and working in partnership with health, education and social care professionals, you will take responsibility for providing needs-led emotional, social and practical support to families where a child/young person has a life threatening or terminal illness.

Having worked in a stressful and emotional environment you have a genuine interest in building supportive relationships and helping people; and having provided bereavement support to families, you understand processes of grief, loss and change - and how best to help others deal with its impact.

Role purpose
The Operations Support Officer is a central support role responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of Music24. The role combines administrative coordination, bookkeeping support, and operational assistance, alongside light communications and event support. You will be a key point of contact for enquiries and referral process, maintaining accurate systems and records; you'll assist with bookkeeping activities, processing invoices and payments; and contribute to our internal and external communications through our social media platforms and website. You will provide appropriate emotional and practical 1-to-1 support to (those who identify as) women and non-binary people involved in sex work and those who are sexually exploited, who often experience stigma and face barriers to accessing services. You will be enabling people to access support and navigate services,  You will be working in partnership with other agencies and making appropriate referrals for people to access other services to support their wider needs. You will contribute to wider team responsibilities including outreach, drop in and duty. 

To provide appropriate emotional and practical support to women in the sex industry and/or those who are being sexually exploited with a specific focus on those who are homeless and experiencing domestic violence and abuse. The women we support require intensive practical and emotional support as well as support navigating health and other social care or criminal justice systems. The women will have poor mental or physical health, experience with homelessness and of the criminal justice system, are often victims of sexual and/or domestic abuse and many are homeless. This post specifically will include a focus on domestic violence, sexual exploitation, sexual violence and housing. Working within a harm reduction ethos prioritising women’s safety and wellbeing, the intensive personalized supported will help women to access other services making appropriate referrals for women who wish to make changes, including exiting/transitioning out of sex work. You will be responsible for ensuring that women with varying needs are supported effectively throughout their pathway of support with Basis and partners, advocating for and with the women you are working with including where necessary challenging stigma and judgement women face.

Senior Young People Support Worker – Wallsend

We’re looking for a proactive Senior Young People Support Worker to lead high‑quality, psychologically informed support at our nine‑bed supported accommodation service in Maritime Court. You’ll combine hands‑on client work with day‑to‑day leadership, ensuring a safe, well‑run environment where people build confidence, resilience and the skills to move on positively.

You’ll manage a small team, hold a focused caseload and lead on strengths‑based support planning, safeguarding and risk management. Key Deliverables

• You will ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients in the service at all times including ensuring that Safeguarding and emergency alert procedures are followed as laid out in Depaul’s Policy and Procedures.

• You will support all clients to participate in Education, Training, Employment and Volunteering opportunities as appropriate to the development of their skills, assets and aspirations, through facilitating the work of Depaul’s Community Programs Team.

• You will hold line management responsibility for Progression Coach, Concierge and any other staff as deemed appropriate by your line manager, including undertaking supervision and appraisals including all other aspects of staff management and participate in an on-call Rota.

In the 1980s, high unemployment and steep inflation was contributing to a shocking rise in youth homelessness across London. Thousands of young people were sleeping rough every night, with many areas notoriously dubbed “cardboard cities” due to the visible rise in street homelessness. Appalled by the scenes playing out across the capital, a group of people came together to tackle the challenge head on. Led by Cardinal Basil Hume and Mark McGreevy OBE, in 1989 Depaul UK was born.

Established in 1999 SeeSaw Grief Support is an award-winning charity supporting children and young people in Oxfordshire who are bereaved or about to be bereaved. The work supporting children, young people and their families is delivered by a team of clinical staff and volunteers, who work with families in their own homes. Because of this regular travel is involved, often at the end of the school day. We regularly provide support for between 400-500 children and young people each year. 

Our clinical team of 5 practitioners, and 12 volunteers, is supported by our Clinical Data and Volunteer Manager. Due to increasing demand for our service, we are expanding our team and looking for a 6th practitioner to join us, focusing on direct work with bereaved children and young people, and those facing the death of a close family member. We are looking for candidates who have gained experience of working with children and young people in a range of settings. You are a good communicator and skilled at making and sustaining supportive relationships with children and young people to effect change.Our practitioners have a caseload of individual children and their families, and liaise with professionals from schools, health, social care and children and young people’s mental health services, as well as with our team of Volunteer Support Workers. You will be able to work collaboratively and on your own initiative, ideally have a qualification in health care, social work, counselling, psychological services or education; knowledge of therapeutic interventions in grief work would be helpful but not essential as training will be given.
