We are seeking a cleaner to clean our offices, toilets, kitchen/break rooms, residential and all general areas in our premises at Clapham Junction.
The hours of work are 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 1.00pm to 5.00pm.
As well as having proven experience of cleaning in an office or industrial environment, you will be familiar with Health and Safety procedures relating to cleaning, including COSHH regulations and manual handling. Basic literacy and computer skills are essential in this cleaner role, to complete timesheets, report maintenance and similar communications.
Successful applicants for the Cleaner post will be required to wear personal protective equipment as supplied and to undertake a DBS check.
Salary and Location
- Band CLG, London Spine points 46-44
- Starting salary: £31,639 p.a. rising to £33,334 p.a. pro rata in annual increments (equivalent to £17.95 per hour)

About you
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive person. You will have good knowledge of homelessness policy and practice, strong written and spoken communication skills, including report writing, and the ability to collate and present quantitative and qualitative information. You will have excellent digital and IT skills, including Microsoft 365, Excel and Word, with the ability to adopt and apply AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot or equivalent) to improve ways of working.

About the role
The successful candidate will provide essential operational, administrative and coordination support to the Faith and Community Development Team, working closely with the London Partnerships and Development Lead. The Service Desk Analyst is a key role within the Technology function, acting as the first and second line of support for end users across the organisation. About you and the role
This role comes at a pivotal time for Chefs in School and will be key to supporting our vision and ambitions for the next four year strategic period.
You will have significant experience in monitoring and evaluating programmes in a charity, non-profit, or social enterprise setting. As this is a standalone role with no direct reports, we are looking for a unique professional who is highly strategic but equally happy to roll up their sleeves and be hands-on. Main Role & Responsibilities

Planning

Brief role description
The role of the Employment Consultant is to maintain effective relationships with employers and partner organisations to secure employment, training and vocational opportunities for service leavers and veterans. The role provides tailored support, advice and guidance to individuals with young needs who are in resettlement, helping them achieve sustainable vocational outcomes and successful transitions into civilian employment.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who enjoys building relationships and making positive impact. You'll be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with a wide range of people, including employers, stakeholders and individuals seeking support. You'll be comfortable managing a varied workload, working independently when needed, while also contributing as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Ideally you'll have experience in employer engagement, recruitment, account management or employment support, along with an understanding of labour markets and employment opportunities. You'll be passionate about helping people overcome barriers to employment and confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM or case management systems. A full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and a willingness to travel are essential.
