Salary: £26,854 per annum pro rata (increasing to £29,838 pro rata in 18 months) + £450 per annum homeworking allowance

Hours & Contract: 21 Hours per week - Permanent Contract

Location: Homebased within Central Scotland, Fife and West area

The Fostering Recruitment Officer will drive recruitment of Foster Carers across the area, innovating engagement and participation alongside the Fostering Recruitment Manager, with a varying balance of independent working and collaboration with the other members of the Scotland Team. Overall Duties of the Fostering Recruitment Officer will include:

• Working collaboratively with the team to progress enquiry management
• Support community recruitment activity to create a consistent pipeline of carer applicants
• Facilitating a smooth application and assessment process for potential carers
• Undertaking essential administrative tasks relating to record keeping, creation of data for analysis, evidence for measuring objectives
• Creatively contribute to innovation and improvement of strategies and local activities

The Fostering Recruitment Officer will be based within Central Scotland, Fife and West. Travel across these areas will be essential for meeting potential new, and existing, foster carers, attendance at face-to-face team meetings at least once a month, and on other occasions for training and wellbeing events.

A PVG clearance is required for this role and will be processed by TACT on your behalf.

Victim Support is recruiting for a Community Engagement and Training Officer. The role is on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2027 and is homebased. This is a pivotal role within the Bedfordshire team. We are looking for someone who will be resilient, confident & able to engage others, happy to work as part of a team, and willing to constantly learn and adapt to new legislation. You must have good communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. You will need good IT skills and the ability to develop and deliver training, presentations and reports. Knowledge of domestic abuse and stalking would be advantageous.

Temporary Database & Insight Officer

We're supporting a national charity to recruit a Temporary Database & Insight Officer to join their Fundraising and Supporter Engagement team during a period of development and change.

This role is ideal for someone with strong CRM and data processing experience who enjoys improving systems, ensuring data integrity, and enabling colleagues to use data effectively.

The role

Reporting to the Database and Insight Manager, you'll oversee the administration of financial and supporter data from multiple internal and external sources. You'll manage data imports, maintain compliance, improve processes, and provide user support across the organisation.

A key focus will be maximising the benefits of a recent Donorflex V12 upgrade and supporting ongoing work towards a more integrated organisational CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Managing regular giving within Donorflex, including BACS set-up, amendments, cancellations and reconciliation

• Processing and auditing Gift Aid claims

• Executing and developing data imports from multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation and correct income coding

• Liaising with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders on data specifications and transfer routines

• Running data integrity reports, audits and investigations, making recommendations to improve data quality

• Undertaking data cleansing and deduplication (in-house and externally supported)

• Developing and improving database and financial data processes

• Onboarding new Donorflex users, managing permissions, delivering training and producing guidance materials

• Managing a shared inbox and acting as first point of contact for database queries

We are seeking a Finance Officer with excellent numerical skills and attention to detail, and good inter-personal skills to join our friendly Finance Team at Yeldall Manor. As Finance Officer, you will support and deputise for the Finance Manager in all aspects of the finance role including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, bank and cash reconciliation and the processing of donations (please see the Job Description for more details). You will also support our residents in the management of their money and benefits and accompany them to relevant appointments. A driver’s licence is essential for this role.

You will have relevant accounting/bookkeeping qualifications e.g. AAT Technician Level and have experience of financial management, ideally in the not-for-profit sector. You will be a quick learner, able to manage multiple priorities and enjoy working as part of a small team that has a real impact upon people’s lives.

Yeldall Manor is a Christian organisation, and this role requires a committed Christian faith to meet the occupational requirements (in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010). This is a senior communications and public affairs role at The British Institute of Human Rights (BIHR) at a pivotal moment for human rights in the UK. You will help shape public and political narratives about the Human Rights Act, amplify lived experience, and ensure BIHR’s expertise cuts through in national debates.

Communications Officer

Location: Home-based in the UK, within 90 minutes travel of Central London, with occasional national and international travel

Contract: 2 years with the possibility of extension dependent on continuation of funding.

Overall purpose of role

As the WeProtect Global Alliance Communications Officer, you will:

Support the development and delivery of WeProtect Global Alliance’s communications and marketing activity, ensuring clear, consistent and engaging messaging that strengthens the Alliance’s visibility, credibility and impact globally.

Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will deliver high-quality digital, editorial and marketing outputs across multiple channels, including through our website, social media, newsletters, campaigns and events. · Support the Head of Communications to implement the Alliance’s communications strategy.

About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.

The Role

CoppaFeel! is looking for a Policy and Public Affairs Officer to help grow our influence in the policy and public affairs space, and ultimately improve outcomes for younger people with breast cancer. 

The Policy and Public Affairs Officer will sit within the CoppaFeel! Policy and Influencing team within the Education department and will work closely with the Senior Policy and Public Affairs Manager. They will support the implementation of our policy and influencing strategy that aims to build our policy expertise, influence the debate, grow our networks and drive system change. 

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week (though we are open to flexible arrangements). You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes. 

This is a fixed term contract for 18 months.

Duties and Responsibilities

Advance our policy expertise

• Research policy areas to support CoppaFeel!’s evidence-based policy work
• Monitor key policy developments in breast cancer and younger people
• Stay on top of new external research and data releases

Influence the debate

• Draft policy briefings on key policy issues for younger people with breast cancer
• Contribute to policy debates, e.g. by drafting consultation responses, briefings and statements
• Support the smooth running of policy events, including event organisation, stakeholder mapping and engagement

Reach the right people

• Engage a variety of stakeholders with CoppaFeel!’s work - from policymakers to journalists and other charities
• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders, and maintain CoppaFeel!’s stakeholder database

Drive impact

• Support the implementation of CoppaFeel!’s policy and influencing strategy
