For the past five years, we’ve been using Donorfy CRM to manage supporter relationships—but now we’re ready to take things to the next level. We know that great data management isn’t just about systems; it’s about insight, innovation, and strategy. That’s where you come in.
As our Fundraising CRM Officer, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things Donorfy. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Fundraising Team to turn data into action—spotting trends, improving processes, and finding smarter ways to engage supporters. Your expertise will help us uncover opportunities, streamline workflows, and ultimately make a bigger difference.

Responsibilities include:
- Keep our data in top shape – Take ownership of day-to-day CRM housekeeping, ensuring everything is accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliant.
- Connect the dots – Manage and maintain integrations between Donorfy and key platforms like Mailchimp, Stripe, and Eventbrite, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Turn data into insight – Build dynamic lists, dashboards, and reports that empower the Fundraising Team to track performance and make informed decisions.
- Enable the team – Deliver training and ongoing support so colleagues can confidently use Donorfy for their day-to-day activities and campaigns.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience of managing fundraising data.
- Understanding of technology relevant to fundraising data management.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues whilst supporting in a hybrid context.
- Knowledge of GDPR law, including upcoming changes to soft opt-ins and how this would impact our approach to data management.

Black Thrive is looking for a Project Officer to support community-led change as we improve Black LGBTQ+ mental health and wellbeing across the Black Thrive localities through our programme Black Queer & Thriving.
Black Thrive Global evolved from the work of the Black Thrive Lambeth Partnership, which was established in 2016 to address the inequalities that negatively impact the mental health and wellbeing of Black people in Lambeth. Black people’s cumulative exposure to negative experiences and poor outcomes are not unique to Lambeth and Black Thrive Global was founded in 2020 to address the detrimental outcomes for Black people of African and Caribbean descent wherever they may be located.
We're looking for someone who is confident in supporting the design and delivery of community-led research projects, supporting community engagement activities and providing administrative support to the programme. An understanding of health inequities, systemic racism and the experiences of Black LGBTQ+ communities is essential.
This role will focus on co-production, community engagement and participatory research. It is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful community research while gaining experience in influencing health systems and supporting strategic partnerships. What the job involves
We’re looking for a Healthcare Improvement Officer to join our Improvement Programmes Team and help us deliver exciting initiatives that support healthcare professionals to improve prostate cancer services across the UK. Examples of projects supported include work around establishing better Active Surveillance so that more men can avoid unnecessary radical treatment; work to restructure and make faster the diagnostic pathway; work to coordinate with primary care and support earlier diagnosis; new surgical procedures that spare men the burden of incontinence. As Healthcare Improvement Officer, you’ll play a central role in making sure our programmes run smoothly and have maximum impact. You’ll oversee on the logistics and delivery of events across the UK and online, from our Clinical Champions Programme and Clinical Advisory Group meetings to our annual healthcare professional conference. You’ll also oversee recruitment for programmes, manage databases and monitoring systems, and handle financial processes such as invoices and purchase orders, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Your work will range from planning and scheduling programmes, to procuring resources, preparing materials and helping to facilitate sessions so that participants are fully supported in their learning. You’ll also contribute to quality improvement project development and coordination, working with teams across Prostate Cancer UK to share good practice and expand the reach of our initiatives.
Engagement will be a key part of your role, from maintaining webpages and digital channels to supporting our alumni network through newsletters, communications and opportunities for continued involvement. You’ll help manage our online Clinical Champions learning hub and, with training provided, will also have the chance to coach and mentor clinicians using Insights Discovery (a psychometric tool helping people understand their own and others' behavioural preferences and communication styles).
What we want from you
We’re looking for someone who’s highly organised, comfortable working with people and able to keep several projects moving at once. Strong communication skills are essential, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences, from clinicians to colleagues across the organisation.
You’ll bring experience in event planning and support, along with project coordination, and you’ll be comfortable managing webpages and creating online content. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, colleagues and senior leaders, so collaboration will be second nature to you.
An understanding of the healthcare and/or charity sectors will be valuable, as will experience in presenting and facilitating discussions. You’ll also need excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively when things get busy.

How and where we work
Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. You can choose where to work the rest of the time. Travel to the office is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs.
Additional in-person attendance will be required during your first few months for induction and training, to support you to learn the role and get to know colleagues.

Purpose
The Living Wage Foundation has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Communications Officer. We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-profile communications environment.
The role will support the objectives of the Living Wage Foundation and Citizens UK by communicating our work to a wide range of audiences, including senior business leaders and politicians, through a mix of communications methods: social media, newsletters, media outlets, website and internal communications channels. The role will be predominantly focused on work and wages activity through the Living Wage Foundation, but there will be opportunities to support cross-Citizens UK communications activity including for example: campaigns on housing, refugees and more.
This post will be joining a Communications team that spans media, digital communications, research and events, with colleagues based across the UK with monthly in-person team meetings.
The post holder will support the delivery of our media and press office activity, including monitoring media coverage, supporting with journalist enquiries, and helping to develop proactive press campaigns to build awareness of the Living Wage Foundation’s work. Main Responsibilities
Working as a Communications Officer for the Living Wage Foundation, reporting to the Media Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Media

Contribute to media strategies and plans that help to win public, business and political support for the Living Wage Foundation and its work

About the role
This vacancy is for a University Access Officer to work in three of our schools in Birmingham and The Black Country. The University Access Officer works with school staff at all levels, volunteer tutors and coaches, and with the rest of The Access Project’s team to ensure that the delivery of our programmes is optimised. The role is based in Moseley School, Wood Green Academy and Ormiston Forge Academy.As this job is based in three schools Monday to Thursday each week and regular travel is required, a full UK driver's license is advantageous. The role can be based from home on Fridays when online team meetings and training takes place.
Role responsibilities
- Work directly with students, mentoring in an impactful, professional and safe manner.
- Engage with school staff, your Programme Manager, and students in school to ensure that you have fully enrolled cohorts across all programmes.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose:
- Responsible for the servicing and stewardship of Butterfly Conservation members to ensure we deliver the best possible member experience.

Specific Tasks:
