As Youth Music’s Insights Officer, you’ll help us generate evidence, learning and insight that demonstrates our impact, improves our work and strengthens our influence across sectors.
Working as part of the Insights team, you'll play a key role in helping Youth Music understand the experiences of children and young people, the impact of our work, and the barriers that prevent equitable access to music. Your work will help achieve our charity’s outcomes:

· Emerging creatives progress into a safer, fairer industry
You'll collect, analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data from across our funding programmes, partnerships, research projects and organisational activity. You'll transform evidence into meaningful insights.
Working closely with colleagues across the Grants & Learning and Partnerships teams, you'll help to maintain a culture of evidence-informed decision making by ensuring data and learning is accessible and actionable. And you’ll work hand in hand with Communications team colleagues to demonstrate our social impact through compelling storytelling. You'll also support funded partners and the wider sector to strengthen their evaluation, learning and youth voice practice.
Whether producing dashboards and reports, designing surveys, analysing funded partner data, conducting interviews or investigating emerging trends, you'll help ensure we continue to learn and use evidence to drive positive change for young people. You’ll contribute to thought leadership and research like Born Into Music, Locked Out of Power, Excluded by Design and Sound of the Next Generation.
You’ll also brief young researchers and analysts in our Youth Music NextGen community, helping amplify youth voice and lived experience through participatory and inclusive research approaches.

Role specifics
We’re looking for an experienced campaign leader who can confidently matrix manage a complex, cross-organisational project team and keep delivery progressing against agreed timelines, budgets and objectives.
You will oversee campaign governance, coordinate activity across multiple workstreams and ensure that marketing plans, media activity and creative content are fully aligned with the campaign’s audiences and objectives.
You will identify opportunities, anticipate challenges and ensure risks or barriers are understood, escalated and resolved at the earliest opportunity. You will also own key project documentation, including campaign plans, governance arrangements, risk registers and stakeholder reports.
As part of the role, you will line manage a Senior Project Management Executive, supporting their work across content development, creative delivery and performance reporting. About the role
The Portfolio Management Analyst is a new role at the Foundation which will support effective planning, monitoring, and governance across the Foundation’s project and programme portfolio.
The role sits as part of the new Planning and Portfolio Management team within Corporate Services, which ensures the Foundation is investing in the right work, delivering it well, and understanding the difference it makes to building a healthier UK. The team works with others across the Foundation to:
· Provide structure, support and guidance to ensure we plan and deliver work well
· Generate insight and analysis on projects, programmes and the Foundation as a whole to support delivery, maximise impact and strengthen accountability
· Learn together and continuously improve our planning and portfolio management practices
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys data analysis and visualisation, improving systems, and working with a broad range of internal stakeholders in a complex, delivery-focused environment. The successful candidate will provide high-quality analysis, visualisation, reporting, and insight to help leaders understand portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, and resource use. In addition, they will:
· Support portfolio governance processes, including reporting cycles, reviews, and decision forums
· Support assurance activity by checking data quality, consistency, and completeness, working closely with project/programme teams to gather accurate and timely information
· Maintain and develop our Power BI portfolio dashboards
· Assist with preparation of papers for senior leadership, Boards, or committees. Liaising with finance and delivery teams to ensure alignment of data and reporting
· Provide responsive support and guidance on Project Management Framework requirements and processes, alongside contributing to the continuous improvement of the framework

The Role
As Wellbeing Services Manager, you will provide day-to-day support to a growing team of independent, contracted counsellors. Working closely with the Wellbeing Director, you will contribute to governance, protocol development, administrative coordination, and quality assurance across the service.
This is a role for someone who combines experience in therapeutic pathways and counselling governance and processes, with the leadership skills and technological confidence needed to thrive in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Counselling practice
Act as the primary internal escalation point for risk and safeguarding.
Triage high-risk and complex cases and refer them to the counsellor best placed to support the client.
Apply trauma-informed, gender-affirming approaches across all areas of practice.
Team support & development
Provide day-to-day management and operational oversight of the counselling team, ensuring consistent standards of service delivery across the caseload.
Coordinate admin support for counsellors.
Coordinate scheduling and mentoring support for counsellors.
Contribute to the onboarding and initial suitability review of new counsellors joining the Anne Health register.
Support the Wellbeing Director in building a high-performing, resilient service culture.
Governance & quality
Contribute to counselling governance processes, policy development, and quality assurance activity.
Assist in refining, maintaining and improving standards across the wellbeing service.
Platform & technology
Develop and maintain expert-level proficiency with Anne Health's internal platforms.
Contribute to platform training and onboarding for other team members where needed.
Use digital tools confidently to manage records, communications, and counselling workflows.
Person Specification
Qualifications & professional membership
Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (completed); higher qualifications welcomed.
Full BACP membership, or the UK equivalent professional body registration.
Experience
Experience managing a team of counsellors, including providing internal oversight of service delivery, distinct from the formal clinical supervision counsellors hold independently as a condition of their professional registration.
Significant, demonstrable experience in transgender and gender-affirming healthcare at a senior level.
Proven ability to manage risk, safeguarding, and ethically complex presentations.
Experience in a mentoring or counselling lead capacity.
Familiarity with the unique needs of trans+ and gender-diverse people across a range of presentations.
