This is an exciting role in Army Cadet Headquarters responsible to lead this team of marketeers, media and communication specialists, working in partnership with all levels of the Army Cadets organisation.
We are looking for a marketing professional to:
· Actively maintain high levels of public awareness of the Army Cadets, its aims and activities, in support of the attracting more cadets and suitable adult volunteers to the organisation.
· Demonstrate the value and relevance of the Army Cadets to help retain and extend the current level of financial and other support from Defence, local communities and key stakeholders.
· Deliver effective and timely national external communications through a range of channels to promote the aims and activities of the Army Cadets.
· Drive effective internal communications to members of the Army Cadets to support the planning and delivery of cadet activity.
· Provide support and expert guidance to those delivering external and internal communications at the national, regional and local levels in the Army Cadets.
· Modernise the Army Cadets communications offerings to ensure keep up with consistent updates in the media & marketing space.
Essential Skills
· A recognised qualification or proven success in communications and / or marketing.
· Hands on digital marketing / communications experience
· Experience of PR and communicating with the media to generate positive coverage for the Army Cadets.
· The ability to work effectively as part of a broader team within a complex, multi-site organisation.
· Planning, project management and organisational ability.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Summary
We have an opportunity for a Marketing Specialist Apprentice to support the Central Quadrant of Harris secondary academies, helping to identify, attract and engage our communities.
Working with the Assistant Director and Principals from the Quadrant, you will have the opportunity to support with our Academy marketing strategies, including social media channels, newsletters, events and create graphic designs, images and videos for both organic and paid campaigns. You will also work with the Federation Talent Attraction Partner.
This is an apprentice role with a fixed-term duration of 18 months. Your learning will be supported by the completion of the Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship programme.

We are seeking a Digital Content Assistant to provide key creative and administrative support, you will bring a confident approach to producing content under brief and a methodical and systematic approach to assessing and improving existing content, to help us towards our organisational objectives.
You will be audience focused – knowing how to engage different audiences whether through our website or social media, and able to adapt your writing to a specific audience.

Operating as a blended role across the Membership and Marketing and Communications teams, this role will support the day-to-day membership and digital communication functions of the NI.

Key Responsibilities:
Membership Administration
· Support the renewals process to ensure prompt collection of membership subscriptions including conducting follow-up campaigns to minimise lapsers.
