Working closely with and deputising for the Park Manager, you will be responsible for park maintenance, health & safety, compliance, contractor liaison, line management duties and input into long-term strategic development of the holiday park. In addition, you will have a hands-on role, ensuring the smooth operation of the site and the delivery of an exceptional guest experience at all times.

Essential Requirements

• Fluent in both English and French with cultural awareness of UK, France and Europe.
• Strong maintenance, facilities, or site management background, ideally in a similar holiday park environment
• Proven experience managing teams, contractors, and operational projects.
• Good understanding of health & safety legislation and experience of regulatory compliance.
• Strong administrative, organisational, interpersonal and budgeting skills.
• Full driving licence and right to work in France.

The successful candidate will be expected to understand, respect, and represent the Christian ethos and values that underpin the work of Spring Harvest Holidays.
