Job description

The Head of Influencing and Engagement will lead Beat’s organisation-wide influencing and engagement strategy: building influence, shaping external agendas and using lived experience, research, clinical insight and partnerships to drive systemic change. They will position Beat as the trusted expert voice on eating disorders, build powerful relationships across Government, the NHS, research and partner organisations, and ensure that people with lived experience meaningfully shape Beat’s strategy, services and external activity. They will lead a high-performing team and work collaboratively across the charity to drive policy and practice change, strengthen external positioning and support Beat’s mission.
