Role Purpose
The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic, operational and values-led leadership for Home-Start Norfolk, ensuring the charity delivers its mission, supports its families effectively and remains financially sustainable. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience working with young people aged 14-25 and a track record of building trusted relationships with them. You will understand the issues facing care and social work experienced young people, along with the policy landscape shaping children’s social care. You will have practical experience running engagement and facilitation activities, and ideally some familiarity with co-production and youth-led approaches. Background in the social care or youth sector is important, along with solid safeguarding knowledge, and any experience reporting to funders would be a plus.

Do you want to play a crucial part in organising and facilitating our creative arts programmes? We are looking for a Creative Arts Lead Tutor to line manage our Creative Arts team and support the delivery of programmes including arts and crafts and textiles.
Share is a registered charity and a centre for training and wellbeing. We provide a range of programmes empowering adults with a learning disability, autistic adults, and adults with other support needs to live happier, healthier, and more independent lives. Your work will support our students to learn and express themselves using a variety of creative opportunities, from participating in Wandsworth Arts Fringe to working with artists or other creatives to broaden their knowledge and awareness of creative approaches to being well.
Main responsibilities
You'll lead our creative arts programmes across our various locations, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards
You’ll deliver textiles session to adults with a learning disability and autistic adults ensuring all sessions are inclusive
You'll develop a plan of activities for our creative arts programmes, working with your team, our Wellbeing team and the management team to determine activities that support our students' goals
You will line manage the Creative Arts staff, supporting the development of project objectives, conducting one-to-one and appraisal meetings, and reviewing and agreeing project resourcing
Who we’re looking for
You'll ideally have experience of working with adults with a learning disability and/or autistic adults in a learning or community environment
You’ll have experience of coordinating and planning for a range of activities, facilitating inclusive and adapted sessions to meet a variety of needs
You’ll have experience of leading, organising and contributing to the success of a small team

We are seeking an experienced philanthropy leader with a strong understanding of US giving to grow major donor income and lead an international Development Team.
Position: Global Head of Philanthropy
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Home-based, with frequent travel to London and the United States
Hours: Full-time

About the role
This is an influential, hands-on fundraising role within an international charity protecting cultural heritage and supporting artisan communities.
Reporting to the COO and working closely with the President, you will develop and deliver a multi-year philanthropy strategy, with a particular focus on generating major donor income in the United States. You will also steward relationships across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and other emerging markets.
