Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist

Salary: £60,000 to £65,000
Contract: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week
Location: Mostly remote, with attendance at our client’s central London office for key meetings and business needs

Our client, a purpose-led professional body and registered charity, is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 as its core CRM platform. They are seeking a hands-on specialist to take technical ownership of the solution, initially supporting implementation and go-live, followed by its ongoing development and maintenance.

The role

• Review the CRM build and configuration against requirements and best practice.
• Work with business stakeholders, the Business Analyst and implementation partners.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Lead knowledge transfer and establish strong in-house ownership.
• Build and maintain integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Support testing, go-live and early-life support.
• Oversee ongoing configuration, customisation and development.

What our client is looking for

• Significant experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and technical ownership experience.
• Experience delivering change requests with stakeholders and third-party partners.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Business Central, Microsoft Fabric or Power BI would be beneficial.
