MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES
BENEFICIARIES:
· Be the first point of reference for beneficiary enquires and queries regarding the charity application process.
· Support the beneficiary manager in all aspects of the application process for the charity, to ensure a consistent high level of service delivery and administration.
· Ensure accurately maintained beneficiary records in accordance with GDPR and data protection guidelines.
FUNDRAISING:
· Provide administrative support to the events and fundraising manager as required
· Take ownership of the charity supporter / donor thank you process, in conjunction with the events and fundraising manager.
· Support on the wider charity events, such as the Bright Star Ball, Boparan Golf and Football Tournament.
SOCIAL MEDIA / WEBSITE UPDATES:
· In conjunction with the Charity Director, develop a social media / website calendar. Ensuring consistent year-round messaging for the charity supporters.
ADMINISTRATION:
· Oversee the charity office space, ensuring everything is kept in a tidy and good order for the wider team.
OTHER DUTIES:
· Undertake other reasonably requested duties under the direction of the Charity Director.

We are seeking a collaborative and creative Director who is rigorous, centres care and supports people to flourish, to lead our brand new Playhouse Ensembles strand within Playhouse Connect's exciting new chapter.

We run three main programmes: Propel, which is employment support for neurodivergent young people aged 14 to 25; Community Mile, locally led physical activity run by trained Champions; and wider community programmes. About the role
You would be the person delivering our programmes on the ground across the South East. You would deliver all three programmes, Propel, Community Mile and our community programmes, by running training and sessions, building relationships, and championing neuroinclusion, which means helping everyday settings work better for neurodivergent people. You would also meet the wider team in person a few times a year.

About the role
The Senior Individual Giving Executive (Digital Acquisition) will play a key part in the delivery of the Individual Giving programme, producing sector-leading comms and campaigns to recruit and retain supporters. About you

About the role
The Cloud Systems Engineer is responsible for leading the management, optimisation and security of CARE International UK’s cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems. About you
You will be an experienced cloud infrastructure or lead systems administrator with strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server and hybrid environments. We are looking for someone with excellent troubleshooting, automation and security skills, including experience with Entra ID, Intune, networking, backup and disaster recovery, and PowerShell scripting.
