Part of a team of Outreach and Project Workers pivotal to the delivery of an exciting new project focused on reaching women identified as at risk of homelessness and exploitation. The Luna Project supports women at risk of rough sleeping, homelessness and exploitation. Working across key areas of Enfield and Haringey you will, through a combination of nighttime outreach and daytime service provision, be critical to supporting a coordinated response across multiple agencies already engaged in this work.

You will undertake at least twice weekly nighttime outreach, support additional services and existing outreach provision and develop a daytime offer that meets the needs of women engaged through outreach and identified as at high risk of harm and homelessness.   

You will have responsibility for a caseload of women identified through outreach, referral and presentation at ours and other services. You will provide advocacy, casework support and connection and referral into other agencies which can help them address their needs.

Job Purpose 

To provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service to the college, with particular responsibility for the coordination of examinations and accreditation of administration. The postholder will act as the main point of contact for the examination board(s) and will liaise closely with the Local Authority on matters relating to V10 submissions and funding arrangements for learners with additional needs, ensuring the college meets its statutory and contractual reporting obligations. 

Contract and Working Pattern 

• Term time only, plus an additional two weeks to support pre-term preparation and post-term completion of administrative and examinations work (e.g. results processing, enrolment preparation). 

• Exact working weeks to be confirmed annually in line with the college's published term dates, and the two additional weeks agreed with the line manager. 

• Some flexibility around working hours may be required during college events and open days. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. General College Administration 

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across the college, including correspondence, filing, data entry, and record-keeping. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records on the college's Management Information System (MIS). 

• Act as a point of contact for students, parents/carers, staff and visitors, responding to queries professionally and promptly. 

• Support the organisation of college events, meetings and open days, including room bookings, minute-taking and distribution of papers. 

• Order, monitor and maintain office supplies and administrative resources as required. 

• Support other college teams as required during peak periods (e.g. enrolment, induction). 

• Coordinate applications for learner bursaries and free school meals, ensuring eligible learners are identified and supported through the application process in a timely and accurate manner. 

•  Liaise with relevant staff and external agencies to maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with funding and reporting requirements 

• Oversee and provide mentorship to the Business Administrative apprentice and Office support worker 

2. Examinations and Accreditation Administration 

• Coordinate the administration of internal and external accredited courses, tests and assessments in line with awarding body regulations and the college's examinations policy. 

• Maintain accurate examination entry data, including candidate registration, entries, withdrawals and amendments within awarding body deadlines 

• Process and distribute examination results, certificates and related documentation to learners and relevant staff. 

• Support the coordination of access arrangements and reasonable adjustments for learners, in line with awarding body and Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) requirements. 

• Maintain accurate records to support internal and external quality assurance, moderation, and accreditation processes. 

• Assist with the preparation of evidence and documentation for accreditation of visits, audits, and inspections. 

3. Liaison with the Examination Board 

• Act as the college's day-to-day administrative contact with the relevant examination board(s), including submission of entries, amendments and results of queries. 

• Monitor examination board for correspondence, circulars and deadline updates, and communicate relevant changes to teaching and management staff. 

• Coordinate the submission of non-exam assessment and moderation samples in line with examination board requirements. 

• Support the resolution of any queries, discrepancies or appeals relating to examination entries or results. 

4. Liaison with the Local Authority 

• Liaise with the Local Authority regarding funding submissions and associated data returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting deadlines. 

• Support the collation and submission of information required for the funding of learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and other additional needs, including high needs/top-up funding claims. 

• Maintain accurate records of additional needs funding allocations, reviews and Local Authority correspondence for individual learners. 

• Work closely with the SENCO/Head of College to ensure funding documentation reflects learners' current needs and provision. 

• Act as an administrative point of contact for Local Authority officers on funding, placement and review queries, escalating to Head of College as appropriate. 

• Support annual reviews and audits relating to additional needs of funding, ensuring evidence files are complete and accessible. 

5. Health, Safety and Safeguarding 

1. Help maintain a safe, healthy and secure working and learning environment for staff, visitors and interns/work placement learners, in line with the college's health and safety policy.

Person Specification 

Essential 

• Good general education, including GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or above. 

• Proven administrative experience, ideally within a school, college or education setting. 

• Experience of, or willingness to quickly learn, examinations, administration processes and awarding body systems. 

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise professionally with external bodies (examination boards, Local Authority). 

• Competent user of Microsoft Office and Management Information Systems (MIS). 

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with data handling and record-keeping. 

• Understanding and commitment to, safeguarding and confidentiality in an education setting. 

Desirable 

• Experience of examinations of administration and awarding body portals (e.g. entries, results, access arrangements). 

• Knowledge of Local Authority funding processes for learners with SEND, including EHCP top-up/high needs funding. 

• Experience of working with an Examinations Officer or awarding body directly.

This role sits within the Information Governance team, in the Practice and Compliance division. It is a home based role (12 months fixed term) with occasional travel to a Society office for wider departmental meetings.

The role being advertised is a full time (35 hours per week) but applicants seeking a part-time role that can work a minimum of 21 hours per week, who have suitable data protection experience in a second line advisory role, may also apply.

 The Information Governance team are the champions of Data Protection and Information Governance within Alzheimer's Society. The team’s key objective is to enable all areas to use information appropriately whilst achieving the Society’s overall aim of creating a world without dementia. The Senior Information Governance Officer will support the wider Information Governance team in achieving this objective.

They will be the first point of contact in the Society for data protection, information governance and records management questions, providing advice and guidance as appropriate to ensure the safe and legal processing of information. These queries will be from across the Society and could be in relation to service delivery, fundraising, campaigns, IT, volunteering or employment matters.

The Senior IG and Records Management Officer will also handle personal data breaches and identify remedial actions, compile relevant management information and reports on Information Governance matters for senior management audiences, manage rights requests, review data protection elements in contracts, conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments and support the Information Governance Manager to develop, deliver and maintain learning resources and opportunities for Society colleagues to help ensure information is processed safely and legally whilst enabling the Society to operate effectively.

The Senior Information Governance and Records Management Officer will also help the IG team to continue to develop and implement a process framework, standards and procedures for the management of organisational records (hard copy and electronic) in compliance with applicable legislation and standards - helping the Information Governance team to establish a culture of effective records management and support the Society in measuring and maintaining the quality of its records.

About you

We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in a second line data protection role looking for a fresh challenge and wishing to make a real difference to the lives of people affected by dementia.
 
You must have expert knowledge of privacy legislation and regulations (including the UK General Data Protection regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA)) AND have experience of applying that expert knowledge within a data protection or information governance role to advise colleagues across an organisation on how to comply with privacy requirements across a range of situations:
 
·        experience of working in an information governance / data protection advisory role providing expert data protection advice across multiple elements including personal data breaches
·        experience of working in an information governance / data protection or privacy rights role managing GDPR rights requests including subject access requests, including review, redaction and response to requestors
·        experience of creating records management procedures and processes and how to successfully embed them into working practices.
 
Applicants who do not have experience of advising on data protection matters or managing rights requests, only experience of complying with legal and regulatory requirements on these themes, will not be selected for interview.
 
Working in a fast paced and responsive environment, you will possess good time management and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills are a must as you will be engaging with colleagues at all levels across the Society. With your strong attention to detail, pro-active nature and ability to build successful relationships, you will quickly establish yourself as a key member of our team.

We are looking for a warm, thoughtful and organised Dementia Adviser to join our supportive team in Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre working 28 hours per week on a 12 month fixed term basis.

This is a community-based role involving regular travel across the Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre area including local home visits, meetings, and direct support, with the flexibility to work from home based on business and community needs.

You will work closely with people living with dementia and those who care about them, providing ongoing support. You will listen carefully, understand what matters most to each person and offer guidance that helps them feel steadier and more confident as their situation changes.
You will organise and oversee Singing for the Brain groups and Dementia Cafes and manage the volunteers that help at them.

Your days will be varied and meaningful. You might be visiting someone at home, offering calm reassurance over the phone, or working closely with other professionals to make sure the right support is in place. We operate a triage system for new referrals and you will play your part in making sure people are responded to quickly and thoughtfully. You will manage your own caseload, keeping clear and accurate records, while always seeing the person behind the paperwork.

You will be part of a caring and dynamic local team who share ideas, reflect together and support one another. There will be time to meet as a team and opportunities to keep growing your knowledge of dementia, with your manager and colleagues alongside you. We provide training and ongoing support.

Job Purpose:

The Client Liaison Officers are the first point of contact for individuals referred into the Crisis & Resilience Service and play a vital role in ensuring people receive timely, compassionate and person-centred support. Acting as the gateway into the service, you will build trusted relationships from the very first contact, undertaking holistic assessments to understand not only an individual's financial situation but the wider circumstances affecting their wellbeing and resilience.

You will respond quickly to people experiencing financial hardship or crisis, helping to stabilise their immediate situation through income maximisation, welfare benefits advice, crisis planning and practical support. Working closely with partner organisations, you will ensure every client is connected to the right support at the right time through a coordinated 'no wrong door' approach. You will maintain regular contact with clients throughout their journey, preventing disengagement and ensuring individuals feel supported whilst awaiting ongoing casework. Through empathy, knowledge and flexibility you will remove barriers to engagement, helping clients prepare for specialist advice and supporting them to build the confidence and skills needed for long-term financial resilience.

The role combines triage, welfare benefits advice, crisis intervention, client engagement and case coordination to provide an accessible, responsive and trauma-informed service for some of the most vulnerable people in the community.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

 

Client Engagement and Triage

· Act as the first point of contact for all referrals into the Crisis & Resilience Service.

· Contact new referrals promptly, normally within one working day wherever possible.

· Build positive, trusting relationships from the first interaction.

· Complete holistic needs assessments to understand each client's circumstances, priorities and support needs.

· Identify risks relating to homelessness, utility disconnection, enforcement action, safeguarding and financial crisis.

· Assess barriers to engagement including poor mental health, disability, trauma, digital exclusion, literacy, caring responsibilities and rural isolation.

· Undertake and maintain appropriate risk assessments, including those relating to lone working, to support and safeguard the health, safety and wellbeing of clients and staff.

· Agree preferred communication methods with each client and tailor support accordingly.

 

Crisis Intervention

Provide immediate practical support to help stabilise clients experiencing financial hardship by:

· Maximising household income through welfare benefits advice and applications.

· Supporting Crisis Fund applications where appropriate.

· Completing benefit entitlement calculations.

· Assisting clients to gather supporting evidence.

· Developing emergency budgets.

· Identifying priority debts.

· Negotiating with priority creditors where appropriate.

· Supporting Breathing Space applications.

· Protecting essential services including fuel and housing.

· Arranging emergency support including food, fuel and other crisis assistance where available.

Aim to stabilise urgent situations within three working days wherever possible.

 

Welfare Benefits Advice

· Provide high-quality welfare benefits information and advice.

· Complete benefit entitlement checks.

· Support new claims and changes of circumstances.

· Assist clients with mandatory reconsiderations and appeals where appropriate.

· Identify opportunities to maximise household income.

· Keep knowledge of welfare benefits legislation up to date.

 

Client Journey and Case Coordination

· Allocate clients to the most appropriate adviser based on complexity and need.

· Maintain oversight of client journeys.

· Ensure no client disengages or is lost within the system.

· Maintain regular contact with clients awaiting specialist advice.

· Support clients to engage with "Get Advice Ready" sessions to help clients prepare documentation and understand the advice process.

· Make warm referrals to partner organisations with client consent.

· Support seamless transitions between crisis intervention and longer-term casework.

 

Outreach and Accessibility

· Deliver support flexibly through telephone, video, secure digital communication, outreach venues and home visits where appropriate.

· Remove barriers preventing individuals from accessing advice.

· Adapt communication styles to meet individual needs.

· Promote financial education opportunities and encourage participation where appropriate.

 

Partnership Working

· Develop positive working relationships with partner organisations.

· Liaise with statutory agencies including housing, adult social care, DWP and health services.

· Attend multi-agency meetings where appropriate.

· Promote the "No Wrong Door" approach to service delivery.

 

Systems, Recording and Compliance

About the team: 
The LSESU Advice Service supports students across a range of academic and housing issues, while also administering a series of increasingly sought-after hardship funds. As Advice Caseworker, you’ll be expected to become an expert in these areas, delivering the bulk of the casework and making a difference to the students who need it most. 
 
 

You’ll also work closely with our Communications team to shape our communication and engagement strategy - raising stakeholder awareness, improving service accessibility, and providing students with regular, proactive and useful information. 

The Advice Service sits within the Student Voice Department, alongside the Representation Team. You will work closely with colleagues across the Student Voice department and the wider Student Union, along with Student Support teams at LSE.

About the role 

We're looking for a skilled caseworker who is both empathetic and pragmatic. 

You'll manage a large, complex caseload while consistently meeting response-time targets, and you'll bring a positive, solution-focused attitude to the challenges that come with it. Above all, you're genuinely enthusiastic about supporting students and comfortable navigating the complexities of working with an external stakeholder organisation.

This role centres on providing 1:1 advice via email, video call, and in-person appointments, so strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are essential.

You'll also need strong diligence and the ability to digest complex regulations and translate them into clear, practical guidance — this is crucial to delivering the high level of support LSE students rely on.

In many ways, this is not a typical Advice Service, and we are not looking for a typical Advice Caseworker. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, driven, resilient, and a role model to others. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, trauma-responsive advocacy and support to women in contact with, or at risk of being in contact with the criminal justice system with a specific focus on Substance Use and Trauma.

Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for precision and people?

The position includes managing pension scheme administration—covering auto-enrolment, contributions, and opt-out processes—and collaborating closely with both the People and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee data and ensure payroll costs are correctly recorded and reported.

Additionally, you will produce monthly payroll reports, assist with financial and audit requirements, and respond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally. About You:

To be successful as the Payroll Officer you will need to demonstrate proven experience in payroll processing, ideally within a medium to large organisation, along with a strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements. You should possess excellent numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data, perform accurate calculations, and apply sound financial understanding relevant to the position. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Curation Officer (Maternity Cover)
Hours: Full-Time
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (1 Year Maternity Cover)
Salary: £30,500 per annum, plus Into Film Benefits

Into Film is the UK’s leading charity for film in education and the community. We provide screen industry careers information and advice, support young filmmakers, and bring the power of moving image storytelling into classroom teaching.

We also run the annual Into Film Festival which enables more than 400,000 pupils to visit the cinema for free, and the Into Film Awards - the UK’s leading showcase for young filmmaking talent.

Role Summary

The main function of the curation officer is to support the curation and wider team’s administrative and curatorial needs. The officer manages enquiries and runs team project management and evaluation systems whilst also contributing meaningfully to the production of curation content and associated educational resources, in line with Into Film’s Programming Policy across Into Film’s BFI-funded programme strands (Teaching With Film, Careers and Progression, and Young Creatives) plus additionally funded work and projects as they arise.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the licensing, acquisition and curation of content for Into Film’s platforms, resources and other places as required across Into Film.
• Maintain the Into Film+ pages by proofreading content, uploading film entries and associated resources, sourcing and cropping images for the Into Film website, and ensuring all records are accurate.
• Contribute to the creation and uploading of curation team editorial content including but not limited to writing film/moving image blurbs, blogs, film lists, highlights.
• Support the curation and wider team with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, taking accurate minutes, managing curation content for Into Film, and undertaking any other tasks required to support the smooth running of the team.
• Adhere to Into Film’s curatorial policy and EEDI principles across the team’s work.
• Research and select film/moving image highlights for use in educational resources and across Into Film programmes.
• Respond directly to requests for film recommendations both externally and internally.
• Assist with the development, research and writing of supporting materials and resources.
• Contribute to Into Film’s objectives by viewing films and other moving image, attending screenings and festivals as required, provide curatorial feedback to Into Film teams.
• Provide curatorial advice and guidance around key dates in the Into Film calendar including but not limited to Black History Month, Anti-bullying Week, World Book Day, Safer Internet Day, Mental Health Awareness Week, and Pride Month.

General Responsibilities

• Commitment to quality internally and in all dealings with Into Film’s stakeholders including teachers, children and young people, industry partners, funders, supporters, parents and carers, and members of the public.
• Commitment and active participation in helping Into Film live its EEDI values and ethos through everything it does.
• Contribute to long term planning to ensure growth in line with demand and resources.
• Contribute to the regular monitoring and evaluation of Into Film’s work.
• Any other reasonable duties assigned by Into Film.

Person Specification

Minimum Requirements:

• A broad knowledge of film, including British, Independent, Specialised and Heritage film.
• Experience of writing about film, ideally for 5–18-year-olds and educators.
• Awareness of the role of curation in supporting UK schools, including an understanding of why EEDI principles are essential to this work.
• An excellent eye for detail and experience of managing databases, content management systems and general administration tasks
• An understanding of the educational value of film/moving image and the ability to communicate this to educators, young people, the film industry and the Into Film team.
• A love and knowledge of film.

Desirable:

• At least one year of working in a film exhibition environment.
• Awareness of the complexities around acquisition and licencing and a willingness to learn more.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.

All Into Film staff work in a hybrid pattern, combining home working with attendance at their local and national office when required, along with some travel across the UK, as appropriate to the role.

About the role 

As our Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will manage new and existing corporate partnerships and our payroll giving scheme to foster powerful partnerships that drive sustainable change. 

In this role, you will: 

• Proactively manage new and existing corporate partners, ensuring that each partner is appropriately supported and is reaching its full potential. 
• Manage WaterAid’s Payroll Giving scheme including managing relationships with Professional Fundraising Organisations and Payroll Giving Agencies.   
• Monitor partner-funded programme KPIs and budgets and ensure high quality reporting.   
• Work with and make presentations to a range of contact types within our corporate partners. 
• Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding. 

Requirements

To be successful, you will need: 

• Education to degree level or equivalent work experience in relevant areas. 
• A track record of Partnership Management including proven experience of growing and developing partnerships with companies. 
• Experience of writing high quality and engaging proposals and reports for a corporate audience as well as experience of making presentations to senior level contacts and / or large groups of employees. 
• Able to forge effective working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside the organisation and across a range of industries and differing business cultures.  

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have: 

• Knowledge of international development and understanding of overseas development issues.  
• Experience of developing corporate accounts over £100,000.  
• Experience of Payroll Giving scheme.

Are you passionate about seeing young people come to know Jesus and grow in relationship with him? We’re looking for a Youth Pastor to support the work we’re doing and innovate in new spaces, including taking a lead on outreach and pioneering the youth ministry at a new HT congregation in northeast Cambridge

This role has been created as part of a restructure of our youth team and will sit under the current youth pastor. Under their leadership, the postholder will take point on developing a youth ministry at a new HT congregation in northeast Cambridge, which is due to be launched in 2027. They will also assist the current Youth Pastor in facilitating our growing ministry at our city centre site.

HT has a brilliant bunch of young people, many of whom are eager to get stuck into learning, growing, and following Jesus! There are currently about 100 youth connected to HT, of whom about 60 make up a committed core. The youth are a real mix from a range of schools and areas around Cambridge and beyond.

The main event of the week is on Sunday evenings during the 5.30pm service, when the youth are usually split into younger and older youth for a combination of games, worship, a talk, small group time, and prayer. Alongside Sunday evenings, there are lots of socials, weekends away, an annual trip to DTI festival, spaces to go deeper in faith, 1–1 meetups, and more.There are so many opportunities with youth throughout the year and plenty of space to add, innovate, and change things around.
