About the role
The role of Programme and Recruitment Coordinator sits at the heart of delivering our flagship Associate Programme. You’ll accompany individuals through the journey from candidates to Associates, support their onboarding and matching to placements, hold the logistics for their regular afternoon training sessions and project manage key milestones in the Programme such as the residential.
This role will work with our London and international core team and current Associates. You will be managed by the Co-Lead of On Purpose London, Head of Programme & Organisational Development, and work closely with the Programme Delivery Manager and Co-Lead, Head of Business Development & Community on specific workstreams.

What is the overall purpose of the role?

Job responsibilities

This is a senior role working across the whole Charity, tasked with growing public awareness and support for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity. Join the Anglican Communion Office to provide professional leadership, oversight and delivery of safeguarding practice across the Anglican Consultative Council (ACC) and the Anglican Alliance, and to support the Anglican Communion Safe Church Commission. Working within a trauma-informed and survivor-centred framework, the Safeguarding Manager will ensure that survivors’ experiences meaningfully inform safeguarding governance, strategy and practice, including when their voices are expressed in challenging or uncomfortable ways. The postholder will bring significant experience of delivering safeguarding work internationally, including training, capacity development or policy implementation across more than one country. This is an exciting new role in our Public Fundraising team. This agile role supports all aspects of Public Fundraising, from operations through to stewardship. You will spend up to 50% of your time supporting our events portfolio under the leadership of the Events Manager, and for at least 50% of your time you will have a dotted line into managers within the Public Fundraising team — helping with stewardship, administration and general team support across digital products, Individual Giving, Legacies and Community Fundraising.

Main Role & Responsibilities
The post holder will be an active member of Ygam’s Programmes Team, with a primary focus on gaming, esports and new and emerging digital harms affecting children and young people.
They will lead on the delivery and development of gaming‑focused and wider digital harms education, including alumni activity, stakeholder engagement and programme growth. The role will support professionals, parents, carers and young people to understand and prevent harm related to gaming, online environments and related digital behaviours.
The post holder will be responsible for recruiting, engaging and supporting stakeholders into Ygam’s gaming and digital harms programmes, promoting Ygam training, and maintaining strong long‑term relationships. This includes recruiting suitable delegates from education, youth services and other frontline sectors.
They will deliver high‑quality training and assured workshops (online and face‑to‑face) focused on gaming, esports and digital harms, and represent Ygam at conferences, events and sector forums.
The role involves ongoing support to organisations, schools and youth settings to embed Ygam’s resources in their practice. Regular visits to schools and organisations are a core requirement. The post holder will also gather and record data to help Ygam evidence the impact of our gaming and digital harms prevention work.
