This role sits at the heart of audience engagement and income generation, ensuring supporters have meaningful and effective ways to contribute to our mission. You'll combine strategic thinking, commercial awareness and customer insight to identify opportunities, strengthen performance and help shape future fundraising propositions that deliver long-term value.
Internally you’ll be known as Product Manager (Fundraising).

You'll also contribute to business planning and budgeting activities, oversee product-related income performance and ensure activity is delivered in line with relevant regulations, legislation and data requirements.
You can view the full role profile for this role in the document attached. You don't need to have all of the knowledge, skills and experience listed in the role profile; this is just to provide a full picture of what’s possible in this role.

You will undertake holistic assessments, and hold a caseload providing outcome focussed interventions that support resilience and emotional wellbeing. In addition you will be knowledgeable about the wider health determinants which impact on ACH communities and barriers for children, young people and young adults achieving positive outcomes. We want to hear your authentic voice arising out of your experience, and we will be looking for answers that use examples and experiences that are specific to you.
