The role

Operating within the Finance and Performance Directorate, as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will lead the Finance Business Partner and Senior Management Accounts team. You will develop the financial planning and analysis capabilities of the team that will better support financial decision making across the organisation and effective risk management.  You will lead on The National Archives' financial planning through Spending Reviews and Fiscal Events; ensuring these are reflected and managed internally through budgets, efficiencies and multi-year business planning.

Other responsibilities include:

• Leading the Finance Business Partner and Senior Management Accounts team, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality professional finance support and advice is provided to the organisation and development of team members.
• Deputising for the Finance Director as required and help lead the Finance and Performance team through periods of change.
• Leading The National Archives' financial planning at single-year and multi-year levels Spending Reviews and other fiscal events.
• Overseeing the annual business planning process to ensure an effective process that allocates budgets and defines key business priorities, and building financial modelling capabilities to support senior managers.
• Delivering timely and accurate management accounts and re-forecasts, presenting key insights and recommendations to the Executive Team, Board, and Committees.
• Acting as a Finance Business Partner, supporting Directorates and budget holders to ensure financial responsibilities are understood, business cases are robust, and governance processes are followed.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Directors, Heads of Department, and HM Treasury, ensuring finance is trusted and influences decision-making.
• Promoting and realising the benefits of our ERP system across Directorates and the wider finance function.

About You:

As our Strategic Partnerships Manager, Asia you will work across a mix of corporate, global trusts & foundations, and institutional funders from across the Asia region, your focus will be on securing new funding partnerships as well as delivering excellent stewardship and management of existing partnerships. You’ll need to build effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders and be comfortable working in a complex and global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis focusing on the Asia region to identify high value partnership opportunities with corporates, corporate foundations, global trusts & foundations, and institutional donors to build and nurture strategic funder relationships that are aligned to the WAGGGS vision, purpose, and programme offer.
• Build and maintain a robust and qualified pipeline of potential funding partners and opportunities from the Asia region and ensure proactive cultivation through outreach, networking, and targeted communication. 
• Work cross-departmentally to develop and write high-quality and compelling funding proposals and partnership opportunities with a strong case for support, ensuring they are deliverable, measurable, accurately costed, and aligned to WAGGGS strategic priorities.
• Deliver effective stewardship and management of new partnerships (and potentially some existing partnerships). From contracting, partnership reporting, growth and renewal. Build and expand strong relationships with partner contacts at multiple levels, drawing on key WAGGGS senior staff to support when appropriate, and use WAGGGS communications platforms effectively to raise the profile of partnerships. Cymdeithas Elusennol Ynys Môn is seeking an experienced Honorary Treasurer to provide professional financial advice and guidance to its Board of Trustees. This is a paid, advisory role (non-trustee) focused on financial oversight, risk management, and supporting informed, sustainable decision-making.

Working closely with the Board and CEO, the postholder will help ensure the charity’s finances are well-managed, transparent, and compliant with charity law and accounting standards, including SORP. The role involves approximately two days per month, with hybrid working arrangements.

About the role

The Development Manager plays a central part in enabling the Royal Court Theatre’s Development team to reach and grow ambitious fundraising targets for the charity’s mission.

Kairos Women Working Together (Kairos) was founded in 1999 by a group of women in Coventry who recognised that those facing multiple disadvantages, and therefore most at risk of sexual exploitation, were falling through the cracks of existing services. Overview of Post

The Operations & Administration Support role is a vital part-time position responsible for the seamless operational flow of Kairos. Key duties encompass a broad range of administrative functions, from managing the main email inbox and creating visual content to accurate data entry and essential record-keeping. Main Responsibilities

Digital & Communications

Purpose of Role

The Portfolio Manager will play a key role in the success of the team responsible for Comic Relief’s funding programme focused on tackling the effects of poverty. This role is focused on forced migration (in a team that also works in areas such as food insecurity, homelessness in the UK, and maternal and child health internationally),

The Portfolio Manager will hold direct responsibility for new Comic Relief grant making and ongoing grant management both in the UK and internationally, ensuring excellent grant making practice.

The Portfolio Manager will collaborate with other teams in the funding department and across the wider organisation to support Comic Relief’s overall objectives, including income generation.

Key responsibilities:

Grant making and ongoing grant management

· Manage new grant making, including working with colleagues to design funding opportunities, assessing funded partners, designing appropriate ongoing support mechanisms, and working with learning colleagues in the Funding Team on appropriate data collection
