Working arrangements
This is fixed term contract until December 2027, covering family leave.
This is a field-based role covering Lancashire & Greater Manchester which includes, Greater Manchester, Salford and Lancashire.
This role requires regular travel within the area, and occasionally to other parts of the UK. You must live in the Lancashire & Greater Manchester region or be willing to relocate.

We are recruiting an Investment Manager – Portfolio to take a leading role in the delivery of our existing portfolio including on special situations and exits.
You will take ownership of performance and manager relationships across a broad portfolio of social impact investments. You'll work closely with our Charity Director to develop new ideas, strengthen employer engagement and ensure every graduate receives high-quality, person-centred support.
This role would suit someone with experience in employability, employment support or career progression who enjoys leading people, building partnerships and making a tangible difference. You'll be values-driven, collaborative and committed to helping people realise their potential.
