We are looking for a Senior Philanthropy Executive to help drive our ambitious fundraising target of over £3 million. Based in our Philanthropy Team, you will support engagement and income generation from more than 300 individual philanthropists, helping fund St Mungo’s vital services for people experiencing homelessness.
You will manage a portfolio of major donors, build high-value relationships, and work with colleagues across the organisation to grow philanthropic income. You will also play a key role in developing projects and strategies that strengthen our fundraising programme and support future growth.

Breaking Barriers is a national charity dedicated to helping refugees and asylum seekers build new lives through employment. We work with individuals facing complex barriers to the labour market, providing tailored employment support and partnering with statutory, voluntary, and community organisations across the UK.
This role has been created to support the delivery of multiple employment projects in London. The postholder will work directly with asylum seekers and refugees across a range of community settings, including asylum contingency accommodation, and in Breaking Barriers offices, helping them access employment & integration support and connect with our services.
Overall Purpose
The Employment Coordinator will support the delivery of a Breaking Barriers employment projects in London by conducting outreach across community locations, co-delivering employability workshops, enrolling eligible participants into the programmes, providing information and guidance to the programme participants, and contributing to monitoring and reporting requirements.

Contract - 1 year (Maternity Cover)
Hours - 21 hours per week
Salary - £19,500 per annum (£32,500 FTE)

Coram Parenting and Creative Therapies comprise of a multidisciplinary team of art, music, drama, family therapist and clinical psychology and they are an established service (over 15 years) and operate from the dedicated therapeutic centre Pears Pavilion at Coram that is warm and welcoming to children and families. The team work with local schools in Camden and provide therapies to children and their parents many of who are special guardians or adoptive families.
The Business Support role is a dynamic and exciting role at the heart of the service and supports the referral processes, links with schools and stakeholders and build on the excellent systems in place for front door services and producing committee and outcome reports on the benefits of the services, working closely with the therapeutic team.

ABOUT YOU
You are a proactive and solutions-focused professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex challenges and delivering practical improvements. You have experience managing projects, including the implementation of AI tools and technical systems such as ERP, CRM, or ticketing platforms, and supporting organisational change. You work confidently with stakeholders at all levels to achieve successful outcomes. You can balance competing priorities, adapt to changing demands, and use evidence to make informed recommendations that enhance services. A good understanding of project management principles is essential for this role.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This full-time post is offered on a fixed term basis for 12 months. The annual salary is £57,000 plus excellent benefits, including flexible working and family friendly policies.

We are looking for an experienced Bereavement Counsellor, with an interest in spirituality, to provide high-quality clinical assessments and individual bereavement support for adults needing to access our Bereavement Service.
This key role will play a significant part in enabling us to deliver our commitment to holistic, person-centered care and develop our Bereavement Service.
About You:
You will be a qualified counsellor, with a strong understanding of the theories of bereavement and significant loss, insight into human development and at least two years’ post-qualification experience.
