We're a hybrid working employer, meaning you're required to come into the office at least 2 days per week currently Tuesday, and Wednesday or Thursday.
The role is being advertised as full-time, but we would consider someone working 4 or 4.5 days per week pro rata.

An exciting opportunity for an Events Fundraising Assistant has arisen at World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF).
WCRF is the UK's leading cancer prevention charity, focusing on the link between cancer and risk factors such as diet, body weight and physical activity. Through world-leading research, trusted health information and public engagement, we empower people to make informed lifestyle choices to reduce their cancer risk.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Events Fundraising Assistant to help deliver our growing programme of challenge events and community fundraising activities on a fixed-term contract to May 2027. Supporting the Events, Community and Digital Fundraising Manager, you will play an important role in delivering an excellent experience for our supporters from the moment they register through to event day and beyond. You'll help with participant communications, event administration, fundraising stewardship, supporter enquiries, logistics and event delivery, ensuring every supporter feels valued and inspired throughout their fundraising journey.

With our London Marathon team continuing to grow alongside an expanding portfolio of overseas marathons, virtual challenges and community fundraising initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of fundraising activities while helping to generate vital income to support our mission of preventing cancer. We're looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who enjoys building relationships and providing outstanding supporter care. You may already have experience in fundraising, events, customer service, administration or another people-focused role, or you may be looking to take your first step into the charity sector. Above all, you'll be proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work accurately and collaborate effectively as part of a small, ambitious team. Experience of using Microsoft Office packages and CRM systems would be an advantage, while an interest in social media, digital marketing or challenge events would be welcomed.
As our team of supporters is rapidly expanding, we’re particularly keen to hear from candidates who are immediately available for an August 2026 start date.

To help us achieve that, we're looking for an experienced CRM, Data & Impact Manager to lead the development of our Salesforce CRM, strengthen how we use data across the organisation and help us demonstrate the impact of our work.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys improving systems, solving problems and turning data into meaningful insight. As the organisation's lead for Salesforce, you'll play a central role in ensuring our CRM supports colleagues across delivery, partnerships, and engagement.
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day administration, development and continuous improvement of Salesforce, helping colleagues get the very best from the system while identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual administration and strengthen organisational reporting. Whilst specialist external support is available for larger developments, you'll be confident leading routine system improvements, troubleshooting issues and implementing practical CRM solutions independently.
Alongside leading our CRM, you'll champion high-quality data and reporting. You'll work with colleagues across the organisation to improve data quality, develop meaningful dashboards and reports, and ensure information is used to support better decisions, stronger programmes and greater organisational learning.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, building relationships and helping others embrace better ways of working. You'll be equally comfortable discussing system improvements with colleagues, analysing data to identify trends and opportunities, and translating technical information into practical solutions that make a real difference.

What you'll bring
You'll have experience leading and improving a CRM system (Salesforce), fixing bugs and issues, developing reporting and dashboards, improving data quality and supporting colleagues to make better use of systems and information. Most importantly, you'll enjoy solving problems, working collaboratively and continuously improving how an organisation uses CRM and data to achieve its mission.

The Coalfields Regeneration Trust (CRT) is the only community wealth building charity dedicated to supporting Britain’s former coalfield communities. We are seeking a Development Manager to lead the strategic and operational delivery of CRT Support in Wales, helping voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations to build capacity, resilience and long-term sustainability.
The Role
You will manage a Welsh Government funded programme of investment and support, ensuring resources are allocated effectively, funder requirements are met, and impact is clearly evidenced. The role includes leading a small team, overseeing budgets, outputs and outcomes, strengthening partnerships, and driving continuous improvement across programme delivery.
A key priority will be leading CRT’s work on community asset transfer, community ownership and asset development across Wales, supporting community organisations to protect and develop valued local assets.
About You
You will bring experience of leading complex programmes involving partners, projects and funding streams, alongside strong knowledge of funder compliance, monitoring and reporting. You will have proven line management skills, a track record of partnership working, and experience supporting community organisations or social enterprises with governance, sustainability and organisational development.
