Our Analytics and Insight Team plays a key role in making that happen.

We're a small, friendly and ambitious team that enjoys solving complex problems and finding better ways of working. We partner with colleagues across fundraising, marketing, digital and technology to turn data into practical insight that improves supporter experience and helps shape strategic decisions.

This is an exciting time to join us. Over the past few years, we've transformed how we use data across fundraising. We've developed award-winning supporter journeys, introduced predictive modelling and automation, built new dashboards and reporting, and continue to explore new ways of using insight to improve performance and supporter engagement.

This role offers the opportunity to work with one of the largest supporter datasets in the charity sector, using tools including FastStats, SQL and Power BI to solve real business challenges. You'll work on projects that influence campaign strategy, improve supporter journeys and help colleagues make confident, evidence-based decisions.

We're looking for someone who's naturally curious, enjoys asking questions and loves turning data into meaningful insight. Whether you've identified a new audience, built a predictive model or uncovered an opportunity that changed the direction of a campaign, you'll enjoy seeing your work make a real difference.

Key duties and responsibilities

As our Supporter Strategy and Insight Analyst, you'll:

-Deliver high-quality analysis and audience insight that supports fundraising strategy and improves supporter experience.

-Build supporter segmentations, profiles and predictive models to help teams target the right audiences more effectively.

-Use FastStats, SQL, Power BI and other analytical tools to analyse large datasets and identify trends, opportunities and actionable insight.

-Work closely with colleagues across fundraising, marketing, digital and technology to understand business challenges and recommend data-led solutions.

-Design and maintain dashboards and reports that help stakeholders monitor performance and make informed decisions.

-Identify opportunities to improve supporter journeys through behavioural analysis, profiling and modelling.

-Present complex analysis in a clear and engaging way for both technical and non-technical audiences.

-Maintain high standards of data quality, governance and GDPR compliance.

-Keep up to date with new analytical techniques and technologies, sharing ideas that help the team continue to innovate.

As part of our friendly and collaborative Finance team, you will help ensure the smooth and accurate processing of financial transactions across both the charity and its wholly owned subsidiary. Your responsibilities will include processing and recording income, maintaining sales and purchase ledgers, and providing essential support with a range of day-to-day finance activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes pride in accuracy, and wants their work to contribute to a meaningful cause.

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar administrative role. You will have a proven ability to process financial transactions accurately, maintain reliable records, and use finance systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and Excel with confidence. A sound understanding of basic accounting processes is essential, and a relevant qualification would be advantageous. Alongside strong numerical and organisational skills, you will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

As the role involves working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will be a proactive team player with excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be comfortable building positive working relationships, solving routine finance queries using sound judgement, and managing your workload effectively both independently and as part of a team. Above all, you will bring a reliable, conscientious, and enthusiastic approach, helping to ensure the Finance function delivers an excellent service that supports World Land Trust's mission to protect and restore threatened natural habitats around the world.

But we are losing wetlands at a staggering rate. These wildlife-teeming, flood-buffering, water-purifying, mood-lifting, carbon-sinking habitats need our help.

To realise this vision, we are seeking a Director of Wetland Conservation who can grow our impact, inspire our people, collaborate with partners and work with communities to deliver wetland restoration at a scale not seen before.

Reporting to the Chief Executive and part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead a team of wetland and species experts and an ambitious directorate, with c.70 FTE, 4 direct reports and an expenditure budget of c. £5 million.

You will be a great communicator and collaborator, someone who is able to prioritise for impact, provide assurance on risk and quality whilst creating innovation for change. You will bring a strong business head to improve our effectiveness and be bold in partnerships, resourcing and funding for this work.

About The Role
Behind every moment of support we give someone living with dementia, there's infrastructure that has to work.
What does it take to keep a charity like ours running? What sits behind every support call answered, every research database accessed, every fundraising campaign delivered? Infrastructure. And the people who build, protect and evolve it.
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a central role in shaping, operating and maintaining our predominantly Microsoft cloud environment — keeping it strong, secure and ready for what comes next. Reporting to the Infrastructure Services Manager, you'll support, maintain and enhance our enterprise infrastructure across Azure cloud, Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, network and core platform services.
You'll lead on complex incidents, drive root-cause analysis, and bring the kind of calm, expert thinking that keeps services running and colleagues confident. This is a hands-on, cloud-first role with real scope to influence how we design, govern and optimise cloud services and our infrastructure for the long term.
This role would particularly suit someone who has moved beyond traditional, on-prem infrastructure into operational Azure and Microsoft 365 engineering and is confident owning cloud platforms end to end.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
About you:
You're an experienced infrastructure professional who brings both depth of technical knowledge and the mindset of a trusted colleague. You understand that the work you do has real consequences for real people, and that motivates you to get things right. You're equally comfortable managing complex incidents and stepping back to think about how we build more resilient, secure and cost-effective cloud services over time.
You take security seriously, communicate with clarity across technical and non-technical audiences, and you thrive in environments where collaboration and accountability go hand in hand. You're someone who keeps learning, shares what you know, and makes the team around you better.
You'll have:

- Proven, demonstrable experience in Microsoft cloud technologies essential, including in-depth hands-on Azure experience (cloud platforms, virtual compute, storage, networking and the governance principles that keep it all accountable).
- Experience administering and optimising Microsoft 365 services, including identity, security and collaboration tooling.
- A grounding in enterprise infrastructure — servers, directory services, hybrid identity — and the hands-on experience to back it up.
- Experience managing and supporting Disaster Recovery services to address continuity of vital business functions.
- A security-first mindset, with practical knowledge of MFA, conditional access, privileged access management and vulnerability remediation.
- Proven networking foundations across WAN, VPN, firewalling and secure remote access.
- The discipline to work within ITSM frameworks and the rigour to maintain accurate configuration and asset data.
- Experience working alongside a Managed Service Provider as part of an augmented team, including managing service quality and accountability.
- A track record of producing documentation that works for diverse audiences — runbooks, procedures, service improvement write-ups.
- Genuine curiosity about the infrastructure landscape and a commitment to staying sharp as it evolves.

What you'll focus on:

- Owning, evolving and maintaining our hybrid (predominantly Microsoft cloud platform) infrastructure — secure, stable and performing, day in, day out, and under pressure when it counts.
- Owning complex incidents from first response through to root-cause analysis and lasting fixes.
- Working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Security team to embed good practice across everything we build and run.
- Helping us get more from what we have — through cost optimisation, service rationalisation and smarter configuration.
- Being a dependable partner to suppliers and managed service providers, holding them to the standard our users deserve.
- Championing modern identity protection across the organisation.
- Bringing energy and expertise to a team that genuinely wants to do good work together.
