We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our operations team, someone with a strong financial background with excellent attention to detail, a flexible attitude, an ability to work effectively under their own initiative and as part of a small team, together with excellent organisation and administrative skills.
Effective financial control is central to our strategy and operating model. The finance officer plays an essential role in maintaining control over our finances and operations. You will process and monitor financial transactions, liaise with our payroll bureau regarding staff payroll and pensions and support the Head of finance. You will be experienced in using Dynamics 365 Business Central as an accounting system.
This is a part-time role for two days a week (0.4FTE), with flexibility about when the hours are worked. It's a hybrid role, working from home and from our office. You will report to our Head of finance. You will also work with all staff on financial matters including personal and credit card expenses, central and project income and expenditure, and processing of payroll by liaising with our external bureau.

The role
This is a full-time role that works across all Unlimit Health’s key audiences for funding and communications. The Digital Marketing & Donor Engagement Advisor plays a crucial role in executing the delivery of a digital strategy for the charity which will underpin our strategic objectives and our income generation and awareness raising goals.
The role sits in the Funding and Communications team.
You’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional online experiences, excited by what’s possible in the digital and social media space and be driven to use analytics to shape what you do across a wide range of marketing channels including social media, websites, email marketing.
With a flair for crafting the right message for the right audience, you will help us build stronger connections with existing supporters, as well as helping us to reach and inspire new donors and supporters.
You will have a keen interest in global health and be adept at explaining complex subjects in an engaging and accessible way to our target audiences.
The person
The Digital Marketing & Donor Engagement Advisor will have proven experience in marketing and fundraising at a professional level, with experience of MailChimp or other email marketing platforms. They will have strong knowledge and experience of content management systems in particular SEO, digital analytics platforms, data capture, monitoring and tracking.
The successful candidate will have experience of working across teams and managing work with short deadlines without sacrificing quality of work or attention to detail, as well as the ability to organise workload and meet competing priorities.

We are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated support worker to join our NDP Navigation Service
Working within the Outreach & Training team to provide information, advice, signposting, training and support to parents and carers of children and young people on the West Sussex Neurodevelopmental Pathway (NDP) who have been referred into the service.
Person Specification (essential):
Knowledge
• Extensive knowledge and/or experience of the challenges faced by parent-carers and children and young people on the neurodevelopmental pathway
• Extensive knowledge and/or experience of ADHD, Autism and other neurodivergent conditions
• Working knowledge of the local SEND community in West Sussex
Experience
•Experience of either advice giving preferably gained in the voluntary or statutory sector or experience of casework support preferably gained working with families of neurodivergent children
• Experience of working with parent-carers and families of neurodivergent children
• Experience of undertaking outreach to disadvantaged communities
• Experience of using MS Office including SharePoint, Excel and Microsoft Teams
