They are now seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to take full accountability for delivering strategic financial insights and support across the organisation. This pivotal leadership role will enable the Financial Controller to focus on broader strategic priorities, while ensuring robust financial management, insightful analysis, and effective governance throughout the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with budget holders across the organisation to develop budgets, forecasts, and reports that inform strategic decision-making.
- Enhancing the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of financial data to create a more forward-looking, insight-driven finance function.
- Lead on the production of end-to-end management accounting.
- Leading ongoing improvements in financial systems, processes, and reporting to drive efficiencies and foster better collaboration.
- Providing financial leadership during key projects, including refining forecasting accuracy and streamlining year-end procedures.
- Acting as a trusted adviser to the senior leadership team, clearly communicating financial risks, opportunities, and insights.
The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate:
- Proven experience working directly with budget holders and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis
- The ability to manage and develop a finance team, with a focus on process improvements.
- Experience in the social housing sector
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- A collaborative, proactive approach with the resilience to work effectively under pressure.
The role offers a generous 33 days on annual leave, highly competitive pension and a flexible hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of three days per week at the head office located at 3 Resolution Plaza, London E1 6PS.

MSF UK is looking for a creative and collaborative Multimedia Producer to join the new (and growing!) Brand and Content team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with passionate and talented colleagues in a fast-paced environment, producing social media and digital content that builds awareness, raises money, inspires action and sounds the alarm for the world's biggest medical crises. As the ideal candidate, you'll have stellar video production skills with motion graphics experience, backed up by strong digital design capabilities. You'll bring energy and a bucket load of creative ideas and you'll help coordinate cross-channel teams to deliver outstanding communications.

Job Purpose:
Creative ideation and production of high performing, short form native social media content (paid and organic, with a focus on video) in collaboration with the social media team; translating and evolving the brand into a strong social media identity; project management support for cross channel content projects. This role is ideal for someone who has a background in design, video production and motion graphics with an instinct for good storytelling and experience in applying both to short form social media and digital advertising content production.
Content creation will predominantly focus on adapting content sent by international teams for the UK social media environment and UK brand, working with content from our database and shooting with teams in the UK office. There will also be opportunities for feeding into briefs for UK driven story collection and working with the materials collected to develop brand focused impact content.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Essential
- Strong design and visual identity background, with proficiency in motion graphics and basic illustration and animation,
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (After effects, Animate, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proven experience of developing ideas for, and producing native social media content that both holds attention and reinforces a consistent, professional brand personality identity
- Strong digital marketing and communications understanding
- Ability to translate and evolve brand guidelines in a social media context
- Experience creating engaging title sequences, idents, transitions, basic illustrated animations, kinetic typography, moving infographics and basic visual effects for digital and video content
- Lives and breathes social media, keeping up to date with trends and experience developing content that allows brands to capitalise on them in an authentic way
- Strong understanding of audiovisual storytelling
- Strong and versatile portfolio showcasing design and video production skills and creativity, particularly in short form, vertical video channels
- Proven ability to adapt visual style and tone to suit a wide range of audiences, formats and disciplines
- Strong creative skills including comms and content idea generation, problem solving, storytelling – be an ideas factory!
- A source of inspiration and creative education for others, particularly around social media creative
- Flexibility and ability to work under very tight deadlines

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, whose mission is to build confidence, companionship and connection for people with hearing loss, is seeking a Major Gifts Manager to drive growth in income from high-net-worth individuals.
Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. As well as acting as an ear to their partners and alerting them to sounds, the charity’s clever and expertly trained dogs help deaf people to live life with confidence and independence, whilst providing love and emotional support.
Following on from a strategic review, the charity is now building a new Income Generation Directorate, to enable them to transform many more lives across the UK. This role will be critical to help Hearing Dogs reach their goals to significantly grow and diversify income.
The Major Gifts Manager will be part of the charity’s high-performing Philanthropy team, personally managing a portfolio of high-value donors and projects, and cultivating long-term relationships that lead to increased giving. Reporting to the Major Gifts Team Manager, the postholder will oversee major donor stewardship journeys and the strategic delivery of the charity’s successful VIP Name a Puppy scheme, as well as developing compelling cases for support.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience securing major gifts and managing high‑value relationships in a similar field, including five‑ and six‑figure contributions, as well as a strong track record in cultivating and stewarding donors. They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and confidence engaging high‑net‑worth individuals and senior stakeholders.
Candidates will bring strategic project‑management ability, strong writing skills for producing compelling proposals and reports, and a data‑informed approach using CRM systems to guide activity. A professional, proactive and collaborative working style will be essential.

The organisation has grown significantly, from a c.£600–700k income charity 10 years ago, to one now approaching £5m annual income. This newly established Director of Income Generation & Business Development role is designed to bring together income generation, marketing and communications, and retail under one strategic umbrella to shape the next chapter of LWA’s development and impact.
As Director of Income Generation & Business Development you will set the strategic direction for all income related activity across the charity, ensuring LWA develops a sustainable, diversified income portfolio that is aligned with the charity’s purpose and values. You’ll play a key role in the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to collective leadership, organisational governance and the long-term resilience and strategic direction of the charity.
As Director of Income Generation & Business Development you will:
- Strategically lead a multi-year income generation and business development strategy, setting key objectives and enabling diversification that aligns with LWA’s values and new organisational strategy.
- Provide strategic leadership for marketing and communications, ensuring organisational-wide narrative building that reflects the values and impact of LWA, while championing the voices of women and children.
- Ensure strategic leadership for LWA’s retail function, developing growth strategies that balance community impact alongside financial performance.
- Develop compelling, adaptable cases for support that reflect LWA’s impact and ambitions, ethically and meaningfully embedding survivors’ voices.
- Strengthen organisational resilience through income diversification beyond statutory funding, establishing strong communities of support and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Services & Engagement and Director of Strategy, Partnerships & Influence to identify and develop new commissioning and business development opportunities, ensuring viability and strategic alignment.
- Represent LWA with authenticity, integrity and sensitivity to ensure the values of the organisation are upheld and that organisational decision making reflects women-centred principles.
The role would best suit:
- A senior income generation leader, with broad multi-stream experience and a proven track record of strategically driving growth and diversification of fundraised income.
- A strategic leader with the ability to develop a team across income generation, marketing and communications and retail.
- An individual with experience of developing income generation strategies that intersect with organisational strategies and ambitions.
- Someone with the ability to balance income generation with ethical storytelling/responsibility, public accountability and regulatory considerations.
- An individual who demonstrates commitment to LWA’s values and the Nolan Principles: selflessness, integrity, objectivity, accountability, openness, honesty and leadership.
- Someone with demonstrated commitment to, and understanding of, women-led and women-centred support services, including the importance of trauma-informed, inclusive, and empowering practice for women and girls.
