Greenhouse Sports is pleased to be exclusively partnering with Robertson Bell in their search for a Management Accountant to join their close-knit, dynamic team on a permanent basis, in this newly created role following an exciting period of change. Their mission is to deliver intensive sports coaching and mentoring to help develop young people from disadvantaged communities.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting the Finance Team by preparing monthly management accounts with variance analysis, budget holder reports, and statutory accounts. They will also contribute to finance projects, including the development of new budget holder reporting and process improvements.

The key duties of the Management Accountant will be as follows:

• Complete the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Play a key role in the production of the statutory accounts including notes and reconciliations.
• Own the preparation of the newly created budget holder reports ensuring that reporting is complete and accurate.
• Monitor actual spending vs budget by providing a variance analysis for monthly budget holder reports.
• Extract relevant data from Xledger and prepare reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Work with a continuous improvement mindset to identify efficiencies in existing processes.
• Support other members of the finance team when required to complete tasks.

The successful candidate will have:

• A recognised professional qualification or be part qualified studying towards becoming qualified.
• Demonstrable experience of having worked in a management accounts capacity.
• Ideally, working knowledge of Charity SORP, but candidates without this are strongly encouraged to apply.
• The ability to communicate effectively with all financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• An enthusiastic and confident personality, with a key eye for detail.

The Role 
 
As an Internal Communications Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the charity’s Internal Communications function. Working closely with the Internal Communications Manager and the wider Communications team, the successful candidate will engage employees with the work of the charity, shining a light on the impact it has on Yorkshire and beyond.  

Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, the role will support the delivery of the charity's strategy and align with the charity’s values. This will include generating content and supporting employee engagement initiatives and events.   

 
Specifically, you will: 

• Help keep the charity’s intranet up to date, making sure it always contains the most up-to-date charity news, information and resources.  

• Write and proof-read articles and other messages for use internally.  

• Support with the organisation and delivery of internal communication campaigns and events.  

• Assist in creating engaging content for internal newsletters, employee briefings, and digital channels (e.g. Intranet and Teams).  

• Represent the charity when communicating with employees, volunteers, and the public, acting as a brand ambassador and upholding the charity’s values.  

• Support and undertake target audience research to support communication activity.   

 
About You 

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Proven experience working in a communication role.  

• Evidence of continued professional development relevant to the role.  

• Knowledge and / or qualification in a vocational or communications field (degree not essential).  

• A relevant, recognised communication qualification is preferred but not essential. 

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to use active listening skills and write professionally for different audiences.  

• Strong organisational skills and ability to perform work to an extremely high level of accuracy and professionalism, paying close attention to detail.  

• Ability to present data and information in a way that is meaningful to others.

About the role

We’re looking for a Sports and Challenges Manager (DIY Sports) with strong strategic and operational experience in mass‑participation events to join our Sports and Challenge Events Team.

As part of our dynamic Sports and Challenge Events team—and the wider Mass Participation fundraising function—you’ll play a key role in growing our programme of third‑party sports events across the UK. You’ll lead on developing and delivering an exciting portfolio including Ultra Challenges, Run for Charity events, and DIY/open challenges, ensuring exceptional supporter experiences at every stage. You’ll create new multichannel stewardship journeys, oversee acquisition and marketing activity, and work with external event organisers to select and shape events that drive long‑term value for Young Lives vs Cancer.

You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Supporter Engagement, Brand and Marketing, Regional Engagement, Partnerships & Philanthropy and more, ensuring seamless supporter journeys and consistently outstanding experiences. What will I be doing?

No two days are the same at Young Lives vs Cancer. So, summarising your ‘day to day’ isn’t easy. Here are some of the main things you’ll be doing, but you’ll find more details in the job description:

• Strategically manage a portfolio of mass participation events to agreed acquisition and income targets, driving growth and long‑term supporter engagement.
• Lead on marketing and acquisition campaigns for your events, working closely with our Digital and Brand teams to create compelling assets and reach new audiences.

As part of our dedicated Domestic Abuse Service, you’ll focus on three main areas:  

Supporting male survivors at standard and medium risk  

• Provide one-to-one, trauma-informed support to men affected by domestic abuse.

• Help survivors build confidence, make safe choices and achieve long-term positive change.  

Survivor support alongside the Your Choice Project (YCP)

• Deliver specialist parallel support to male survivors, ensuring their voice, safety and wellbeing remain central.  

• Collaborate closely with YCP colleagues to provide a balanced, holistic approach to safety and recovery.  

Community outreach and awareness-raising  

• Attend and run events across Nottinghamshire to connect directly with male survivors and the professionals who may encounter them.  

• Deliver training and briefings to raise awareness of male survivors’ experiences and increase professional confidence in responding to them.

About the role

The post-holder will have experience of trust and foundation fundraising accompanied by a sound knowledge of university fundraising. They will be a creative and strategic thinker and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work proactively, both internally and externally. This role will require knowledge of trust and foundation funders, excellent written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.

The person who currently leads ADUKs education and training work is moving into an exciting new role within our team. Key Purpose: The postholder will play a key role in strengthening knowledge, understanding, and best practice both within the sector and externally with service providers and the public, helping to remove barriers for assistance dog partnerships.

Internal focus: Coordinate the learning and development of ADUK member organisations, ensuring access to high-quality resources, training, and support to maintain knowledge sharing and best practice development across the sector.

External focus: Deliver education engagements and training to stakeholders, including businesses, service providers, and the public, through ADUK’s wider education initiatives and the new Corporate Allyship Programme.

Key Responsibilities

Learning:

• Manage ADUK’s shared Learning Management System (Moodle) and training platform, supporting members to make the most of the available content and resources.

Knowledge Sharing:

• Collaborate with staff and volunteers from member organisations and candidates to identify learning needs and expertise.
• Coordinate engaging and effective knowledge-sharing programmes aligned with member needs.

Education Delivery:

• Work with ADUK colleagues to coordinate and deliver engaging education initiatives, both in-person and virtually, for service providers and public services.
• Coordinate logistics for external training events, including venues and registrations.
• Support delivery of training for the ADUK’s Corporate Allyship Programme in collaboration with relevant colleagues.

Partnerships and Collaboration:

• Identify opportunities to work with external bodies, partners, and stakeholders to deliver training and share knowledge with the wider community.

Evaluation and Impact:

• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of knowledge-sharing programmes and external training and explore how best to leverage this evidence. 
• Prepare and present impact reports to inform continuous improvement.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

• Recent and relevant experience (3 years +) in designing and delivering in-person and online training and educational workshops and programmes.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience in managing learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools, (preferably Moodle based LMS)
• Excellent organisations skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate multiple organisations and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Confident relationship building skills.
• A collaborative and adaptable approach to teamwork, with the ability to work effectively as part of a small team that sits within a large membership network.
• Be able and willing to travel extensively (across England, Wales and Scotland) to deliver in person training.

We’re looking for a passionate, driven individual to become a part of Shelter’s fundraising team and play a vital role in our mission to combat homelessness. About the role

Our London region is one of our busiest, with large numbers of warm supporters hosting fundraising activities across the year. A key relationship in this role will be the one you build with the Regional Community Fundraiser – North London, working closely together to deliver a robust stewardship plan for opportunities that lie across both regions.

You’ll be at the heart of our efforts to inspire long-term engagement with Shelter’s work and make a lasting impact. For over 50 years, Leeds Women’s Aid has been a lifeline for women and children experiencing domestic violence and abuse. The organisation has grown significantly, from a c.£600–700k income charity 10 years ago, to one now approaching £5m annual income. With this growth comes bold, renewed ambition to diversify income, strengthen influence and ensure LWA’s voice, values and impact are communicated with clarity and confidence to reach those who need them most.

This newly established Director of Income Generation & Business Development role is designed to bring together income generation, marketing and communications, and retail under one strategic umbrella to shape the next chapter of LWA’s development and impact. 

As Director of Income Generation & Business Development you will set the strategic direction for all income related activity across the charity, ensuring LWA develops a sustainable, diversified income portfolio that is aligned with the charity’s purpose and values. You’ll play a key role in the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to collective leadership, organisational governance and the long-term resilience and strategic direction of the charity. 

As Director of Income Generation & Business Development you will:

• Strategically lead a multi-year income generation and business development strategy, setting key objectives and enabling diversification that aligns with LWA’s values and new organisational strategy. 
• Provide strategic leadership for marketing and communications, ensuring organisational-wide narrative building that reflects the values and impact of LWA, while championing the voices of women and children. 
• Ensure strategic leadership for LWA’s retail function, developing growth strategies that balance community impact alongside financial performance. 
• Develop compelling, adaptable cases for support that reflect LWA’s impact and ambitions, ethically and meaningfully embedding survivors’ voices. 
• Strengthen organisational resilience through income diversification beyond statutory funding, establishing strong communities of support and identifying opportunities for growth. 
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Services & Engagement and Director of Strategy, Partnerships & Influence to identify and develop new commissioning and business development opportunities, ensuring viability and strategic alignment. 
• Represent LWA with authenticity, integrity and sensitivity to ensure the values of the organisation are upheld and that organisational decision making reflects women-centred principles. 

The role would best suit:

• A senior income generation leader, with broad multi-stream experience and a proven track record of strategically driving growth and diversification of fundraised income. 
• A strategic leader with the ability to develop a team across income generation, marketing and communications and retail. 
• An individual with experience of developing income generation strategies that intersect with organisational strategies and ambitions. 
• Someone with the ability to balance income generation with ethical storytelling/responsibility, public accountability and regulatory considerations. 
• An individual who demonstrates commitment to LWA’s values and the Nolan Principles: selflessness, integrity, objectivity, accountability, openness, honesty and leadership. 
• Someone with demonstrated commitment to, and understanding of, women-led and women-centred support services, including the importance of trauma-informed, inclusive, and empowering practice for women and girls.
