About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape change across PDSA at a pivotal point in our journey. As our Head of Change, you'll establish and lead a high-performing change function, ensuring our programmes, projects and transformation initiatives are aligned to our organisational strategy and deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO).
Significant (3 years minimum) senior leadership experience in a school, AP, SEND, or online setting within the last year.
Proven experience in designing and delivering whole-school staff training.
Extensive (1 year minimum) experience as a DSL (safeguarding) and SENCO (SEND provision).
Deep understanding of KCSIE, the SEND Code of Practice, and OEAS/DfE requirements.
Experience in reviewing teaching and learning to drive quality improvement.
Significant experience supporting children and young people with barriers to learning and/or emerging or complex needs, including those with SEND, SEMH needs, interrupted education, Children Looked After, and learners requiring specialist or alternative provision.
Significant experience supporting learners with EHCPs and complex needs, while coordinating multi-agency support and collaborating effectively with local authorities, schools, and external agencies.
Experience contributing to quality assurance, school improvement or inspection readiness activities.

Ability to manage complex projects in an organised manner, develop project plans with effective tracking (e.g. Project Initiation documents, gantt charts, reporting on key metrics, meeting key milestones and working to budgets).
Ability to lead projects and processes in a collaborative way, identifying and engaging key stakeholders to ensure efficiency and avoid duplication of work across a group business structure.
Demonstrates a commercial mindset, with the ability to articulate business cases, work effectively with budgets and interpret information effectively.
Excellent communication: capable of building high-trust relationships with staff, families, and local authorities.
Resilient, reflective and adaptable. A champion of inclusion: deep commitment to supporting vulnerable learners and EEA’s values.
Strong organisational skills, data-literate and improvement-focused with the abilities to support and develop colleagues.

Woman’s Trust is a leading mental health charity supporting women affected by domestic abuse. For nearly 30 years, we have provided free, trauma-informed counselling, therapeutic groups, and workshops to help women rebuild their emotional wellbeing. Led by and for women, we support over 900 women and children annually, with an income of £1.4m and a dedicated team of 40 staff.
We are seeking a Head of Fundraising and Development to lead our fundraising team and play a key role in our Senior Leadership Team. You’ll be joining Woman’s Trust at a pivotal moment, as we build on nearly 30 years of specialist expertise to meet growing demand, expand our services for women and girls, and extend our influence through training, research, partnerships and policy to create lasting change. As demand for our services grows, we aim to double the number of women we support annually, achieved in part through growing our income.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing new funder and partner relationships across trusts, foundations, statutory bodies, and corporates.
Strengthening existing relationships to secure sustainable, multi-year funding.
Leading fundraising growth, aiming for £3m by 2027/28.
Collaborating with the CEO, trustees, and Senior Leadership Team to shape fundraising strategy and operational delivery.
Leading an passionate team of fundraisers to maximise income generation opportunities.
We seek a highly motivated, ambitious fundraiser with proven experience at a senior level, securing five- and six-figure and multi-year grants. Founded in 1860, Providence Row is a specialist homelessness charity working in East London and the City, deliberately operating at the most acute end of the homelessness spectrum.
The charity reaches around 1,200 individuals (annually) with the most deep-rooted needs; people whose interlinking mental and physical health, and trauma and substance use challenges mean they often struggle to access mainstream support. Providence Row provides a wide range of Crisis and Progression services including showers, meals, advice & support, health and wellbeing services, drug and alcohol harm reduction, psychotherapy, a hospital discharge service, and learning, training and work-readiness programmes, amongst others. In 2025/26, we supported 1,270 people through 36,313 tailored interventions.
About this role
We have some ambitious income targets over the next few years to help deliver our bold plans in support of our increasing numbers of complex and vulnerable clients.

There are many opportunities for the right candidate to develop in the role while working independently and as part of a committed team by using your excellent creativity, written, verbal and persuasion skills to secure and steward partnerships with existing and new supporters, alongside the Head of Philanthropy, and wider fundraising team.
