We're looking for a talented Senior Individual Giving Executive – Acquisition, to help grow and diversify our supporter base and deliver our ambitious acquisition programme at one of the UK's leading cancer charities.
Working closely with colleagues across the Charity and external agencies, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering multi-channel acquisition campaigns that inspire people to support our cause for the first time. From paid search and social to telemarketing, email and offline direct marketing, you'll help identify new audiences and optimise campaign performance that maximises recruitment and long-term value.
Using data, insight and testing to drive continuous improvement, you'll help shape how we acquire supporters, grow income and build lasting relationships with people who share our mission.
With line management responsibility for an Individual Giving Assistant, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their leadership skills or take the next step in their fundraising career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

About you
We're looking for someone who combines strong direct marketing experience with a passion for supporter acquisition, audience growth and campaign performance.
You will have:

Experience delivering successful Individual Giving, direct marketing or supporter acquisition campaigns across multiple channels

Knowledge of digital acquisition channels, including paid search, paid social, email marketing and lead generation activity.

Strong project management and organisational skills, with experience managing multiple campaigns, budgets and deadlines.

Experience analysing campaign performance, understanding of test and learn techniques, and the ability to use insight to improve acquisition performance and return on investment.

Experience working with external agencies and suppliers to deliver effective acquisition activity.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
