The role
We are looking for an energetic, organised and enthusiastic Corporate Development Officer to join our ambitious Fundraising team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in corporate fundraising or B2B account management who is confident building strong, long-term partnerships.
You will play a key role in growing our corporate income by stewarding existing relationships and cultivating new ones. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager and Deputy Head of Fundraising, you’ll help the organisation prepare for significant planned growth and an upcoming capital appeal.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver against corporate income targets in line with our fundraising strategy.
- Identify, cultivate and secure new corporate partnerships, including Charity of the Year opportunities, sponsorships and corporate fundraising campaigns.

Role Description
The Family Matters team provides emotional support, information, and guidance to the families (e.g. partners, parents, adult children, grandparents) of those under investigation for online child sexual abuse offences.
They are often the hidden victims of crime, facing multiple problems and isolated from sources of help and support. This role provides one to one support to family members over the phone, supporting clients with attending Court hearings, liaising with relevant professionals, and advocating for clients where necessary.
Responsibilities:
- To work as a member of the Family Matters Team to deliver outcomes for the Family Matters Programme as agreed with The National Lottery Community Fund.
- To provide information and Trauma informed support at a time of crisis to service users.
- To manage a caseload of complex adult client cases, providing client centred, practical and emotional support.
- To conduct risk assessments / case management.
- To offer information and support to family members regarding the Criminal Justice process during investigation, court hearings, sentencing and beyond.
- To help family members remain informed regarding Child in Need and Child Protection processes.

About the Role
Join us as a Reconnect Worker and help prevent youth homelessness by supporting young people and families experiencing conflict or crisis. You’ll deliver focused mediation and personalised family support across London—working with young people aged 11–25 in schools, emergency placements, and Depaul services to strengthen relationships, improve communication and reduce the risk of homelessness. Your work will be grounded in detailed assessments, collaborative support planning and strengths‑based interventions that help families rebuild stability and stay connected.
In this flexible, fast‑paced role, you’ll manage a small caseload, work independently across multiple locations and build strong partnerships with schools, local authorities, Nightstop hosts and colleagues across Depaul. Thousands of young people were sleeping rough every night, with many areas notoriously dubbed “cardboard cities” due to the visible rise in street homelessness. About the role
The Side-by-Side project supports children in care and care leavers to have the same opportunities as those who have not experienced care.
For many young people, navigating the care system and especially the transition to leaving care can be complex, isolating, and overwhelming. Too often, care-experienced young people are expected to face adulthood before they are ready, without the safety nets of family, friends, and community networks that many of us take for granted.
The project provides a mentoring and befriending service, offering consistent, trusted relationships that help young people feel less alone, build confidence and life skills, and navigate key life changes as they move towards independence.
Side-by-Side supports young people with a range of needs, including those who may be at risk of exploitation, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, and young people living with identified mental health challenges. The project is guided by strong safeguarding practice, built on trust, and delivered through trauma-informed, person-centred approaches.
As a Community Engagement Worker, you will work directly with young people through engagement sessions, group activities and co-designed initiatives. You will also work alongside volunteers, supporting them to safely and effectively engage with young people. This role does not involve acting as a young person’s key worker or holding a caseload. Instead your focus is on enabling connections, strengthening community networks and creating opportunities for young people to thrive across Hertfordshire, Luton and Bedfordshire.
About you
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated individual, to work 21 hours per week that has strong local knowledge and a commitment to community-based support. You will be confident working directly with care-experienced young people, including those who may be at risk of exploitation, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, and young people living with identified mental health challenges.
You will live in or have strong connections to Hertfordshire, Luton, or Bedfordshire, and be confident working across these communities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Build community links: develop relationships with local venues, services, and partners to support young people and Side-by-Side activities.

About the role
The Senior Legacy Manager will lead the development and delivery of London’s Air Ambulance Charity’s legacy programme, ensuring legacy giving is embedded across fundraising and marketing activity and is front of mind across the organisation.
This role is responsible for managing our legacy marketing programme, working closely with the marketing team to deliver compelling, sensitive and effective activity. The postholder will also oversee our outsourced legacy administration partner, ensuring legacy gifts are processed efficiently, compliantly and in line with best practice, through regular performance monitoring and review.
Working across the Fundraising and Marketing Directorate, the Senior Legacy Manager will champion legacies as a vital form of support, collaborating closely with all teams in the directorate. This will include working with the major donor team to identify and develop high-value legacy opportunities and supporting the community engagement team to integrate in-memory and legacy messaging into the community talks programme and engagement activity within the community.
The role also plays a key part in connecting our legacy and in-memory programmes, working with the community engagement team and the Deputy Director to develop a joined up in-memory strategy that ensures a coherent and compassionate supporter experience.
About the person
You’ll be an experienced and confident legacy fundraising professional with a passion for building long-term impact. You’ll be a strong collaborator who can influence across teams and seniority levels, and a persuasive advocate for the importance of legacy giving. To provide holistic support to anyone who has experienced sexual violence and to identify and engage with these individuals on a one-to-one basis, enabling them to access services and make positive, empowering choices.

- To provide support to service users who have experienced sexual violence.

- To provide group work interventions on a 1-2-1 basis where the service user is unable to access groups.
- To lead on providing service users information sessions and informal group activities / events.

About the role
As a Housing Rights Worker, you will deliver high quality housing advice and advocacy to individuals and families with the ultimate aim of helping them thrive in their communities. Your work will be in line with London Hub’s priorities of improving the practice of local authorities and Registered Social Landlords and focussing on households disproportionately affected by the housing emergency. Working alongside people who are experiencing homelessness and bad housing to identify issues facing local communities, you will deliver casework to families to resolve their housing situation as well as engaging with community groups, local organisations and individuals to understand and address the housing issues in East London.
In your community work you will ensure that people with lived experience of homelessness have opportunities to share their stories, give their views and have their say in the design and delivery of Shelter services. Offering day to day support to volunteers, providing learning, shadowing and mentoring and being a consistent role model for our values are also key aspects of the role.
About you
You will have demonstrable experience of working with families and vulnerable people and/or people with multiple and complex needs, within a safeguarding framework. You have experience and knowledge of housing and homelessness advice and advocacy and are able to carry out casework related interviews, maintain detailed case records, advise and support your clients to make informed decisions. You are able to communicate clearly to a variety of audiences and collaborate with others to get the job done.

The team also support the community to address systemic issues that may prevent families or individuals from sustaining a home, providing targeted advice sessions in community settings, with the aim of building capacity within communities to campaign on housing issues.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES
· Develop, deliver and implement a service for children and young people experiencing domestic abuse living in refuge accommodation.

· Provide direct support to a caseload of children and young people experiencing or affected by domestic abuse, working with them to assess risk and support them with safety planning and recovery from abuse.

· Develop and implement clear pathways for this service with mothers/carers and our partners, schools and social care services and with our existing service users ensuring accessible routes to support for those that need it.

About the Service
The post holder will be acting as the health lead for Tower Hamlets SASS, a service which supports survivors of domestic and abuse in the borough.
As the IDVA (Hospital) you will lead on all health-related work within the SASS team. You will carry out risk and needs assessments, safety planning and support planning with survivors who present at the Royal London Hospital and advocate on their behalf. This role will be based within the Royal London and the SASS office.

You will carry out risk and needs assessments, safety planning and support planning with survivors referred to the Royal London Hospital and other health services, and advocate on their behalf with external agencies. A key element of the role is training clinicians around domestic abuse awareness.
About You
We're looking for highly organised and self-motivated applicants who are passionate about ending VAWG. You have a hands-on attitude and be ready to take initiative with a demonstrable commitment to Solace’s feminist approach to supporting women and their children to be safer. You will receive training and support for this role as necessary.
Successful applicants will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on women and children, experience of dynamic risk assessment and providing emotional and practical support to victims of VAWG. As this is a pilot programme where the delivery model may change, a flexible and adaptive approach to your work is important as well as willingness to contribute to programme evaluation.
A relevant qualification in VAWG is desirable.
