Yeldall Manor is a Christian residential treatment centre near Reading for men struggling with addiction to drugs or alcohol. We are seeking someone strategic and relational to strengthen and develop all aspects of fundraising for Yeldall Manor, and to lead a new marketing and fundraising campaign. Role Purpose

The Marketing & Communications Officer is responsible for helping to develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications activity across digital, print and face-to-face channels. North Paddington Foodbank (NPFB) is looking for a Triage Support Officer to join our innovative and vibrant team.

You will be the first point of contact for households in crisis situations, responsible for triaging referrals,
assessing eligibility, and ensuring residents are connected to the right support, through Crisis & Resilience
or alternative pathways.

A key part of the role is working closely with the Senior Caseworker, ensuring a strong pipeline from

As Service Manager – Community Services, you will lead the operational delivery of community-based domestic abuse services, including IDVA, triage and outreach support for adults, children and young people. Emmaus Greenwich is a unique charity that offers a home, work and individual support to people who have experienced homelessness and social exclusion. We don’t just give people a bed for the night; we offer a home, work opportunities and a sense of belonging.

Companion is the name given to those who live in an Emmaus community and contributes to the social enterprise, where they support themselves and one another. • Confident in processing financial transactions with essential experience using QuickBooks
• Setting up and making electronic payments
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills
• Reliable, consistent, and methodical in your approach
• The ability to work independently after initial training
• Comfortable working under pressure and in a people-facing environment, with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, expenses, and payments promptly using QuickBooks and other systems
• Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile bank accounts, and manage supplier and customer accounts
• Set up and process electronic payments
• Handle income, donations, payroll inputs, HMRC payments, and credit control
• Provide first-line finance and administrative support across the organisation
• Prepare financial reports, support audits, and ensure adherence to financial procedures
• Assist with small projects and contribute to improving finance processes

Our Family Support Programme

We launched our Family Support Programme in September 2025, initially as a three year pilot working with families across Wandsworth, with aims to be able to expand and continue the service beyond this. This service offers flexible, relationship-based support to families facing a range of challenges, helping them navigate systems, strengthen protective factors, and improve outcomes for children. Operating across extended hours, the service is accessible and responsive, with a strong focus on early intervention, collaboration, and building trust with families.

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our new Family Support Service, supporting families initially across our partner schools in Wandsworth (with the aim of expanding the service beyond this over time).

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative early help service from the outset, working within a small, dynamic team to make a tangible difference to the lives of children and their families. As a Family Support Worker, you will deliver flexible, hands-on, and therapeutically minded support to families facing multiple and complex challenges.

You will build trusted relationships through home visits, school meetings, and practical support - empowering parents and carers to strengthen routines, manage behaviour, improve attendance, and access services. Your role will be guided by detailed needs assessments and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes with each family.

Working closely with schools, health and social care professionals, and other local partners, you will contribute to effective, joined-up support for families. Using a restorative approach, you will help build resilience and give families the tools they need to make informed decisions and sustain positive change.

This role is ideally suited to someone with experience working in early help, family support, or community-based roles. You will be confident working independently in family homes, committed to safeguarding, and motivated by making a real difference in children’s lives. You'll also benefit from high-quality supervision, therapeutic reflective practice, and a supportive team culture that values learning, collaboration and compassion.

We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support. You’ll play a key role in supporting the employee experience, providing top-notch support to all teams in the organisation and be comfortable working in a unionised environment and with all levels of seniority.

In this role, experience of employee relations will be pivotal in supporting the organisation. As a trusted advisor, you will have sound employment law knowledge and be comfortable with challenging conversations, supporting managers with any issues such as sickness absence, holiday queries, capability or a disciplinary procedure. 

You’ll ensure that recruitment costs are kept to a minimum, work with recruitment managers to ensure vacancies are advertised following internal processes and ensure employment contracts are finalised before onboarding starts.  You'll also be confident using IT systems to assign training to new joiners and to existing staff, keeping records of courses and ensuring that safeguarding training is completed.

Bringing your experience of HR and a willingness and enthusiasm to the role, you will proactively seek to continually improve yourself and the role, championing a culture of service excellence, as well as taking ownership and accountability of your workload.

About this key role
You will support the delivery of community engagement activities and help recruit, train and support volunteers at the Aberdulais Community Heritage Hub. Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will play a hands-on role in helping individuals build confidence, develop skills and progress into volunteering opportunities.

You will:

• Support the recruitment and onboarding of volunteers
• Help deliver heritage training sessions and develop learning resources
• Provide one-to-one and group support to volunteers
