Overview
The role will provide high-quality administrative, systems, and research support to the Quality Team, enabling consistent quality assurance across the grant-making cycle. About you and the Role
The Tenancy Sustainment Project Worker will provide targeted, practical and relational support to individuals who have recently secured accommodation or who are at risk of losing their tenancy. This is an outreach-focused role, working proactively with people in community settings, partner agencies, drop-ins and other accessible locations to maintain engagement and offer support where it is most appropriate.
The role may occasionally involve contact in or around accommodation settings, but this would usually be planned and supported alongside other services where appropriate. The role will focus on preventing repeat homelessness by helping people stabilise their housing, understand and manage the responsibilities of a tenancy, and build the confidence and skills needed for independent living. Working in trusted community settings and in partnership with statutory and voluntary sector services, the postholder will act as a critical bridge between vulnerable individuals and the support systems available to them.

We are looking for a passionate Relationship Manager - Corporate to join a leading national children’s charity who support vulnerable young people and families through life-changing services. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-value partnerships and play a key role in delivering impactful, purpose-driven corporate collaborations at scale.
As part of this exciting role, you will manage a varied portfolio of corporate partners, driving income growth, engagement and long-term strategic value. You will develop and deliver partnership plans, collaborate across internal teams to maximise impact, and identify new opportunities for innovation and employee engagement. You’ll also play an active role in supporting new business development, delivering creative campaigns and representing the organisation externally to strengthen relationships and raise awareness.

About us
There aren’t many organisations that can say they’ve been serving their community for over 550 years. Croydon Almshouses (CA) can and we’re proud to be the oldest charity in Croydon, rooted in a long-standing commitment to local people and place.
Since 1447, we’ve provided almshouse accommodation to older people with a connection to Croydon who are negatively affected by poverty. For the past 40 years, we’ve also awarded grants to voluntary, community and faith sector organisations, and individuals across the Borough.

Essential criteria:
· Proven experience in a general administrative or office support role
· Experience managing multiple tasks, prioritising workloads and meeting competing deadlines
· Experience maintaining accurate records and handling confidential or sensitive information appropriately
· Experience communicating verbally and in writing effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders

About The Circle
The Circle is a warm, youth‑designed space for 5–18 year olds who may be struggling with their mental health or at risk of crisis. Instead of attending A&E, young people can drop in for calm, child‑centred support, emotional regulation, and practical guidance. You’ll also work closely with parents, carers and professionals to strengthen wellbeing and self‑management.
What You'll Do
Provide in‑the‑moment support to help young people de‑escalate distress
Use age‑appropriate approaches to reduce the need for medical intervention
Lead emotional regulation exercises and deliver psychoeducation
Co‑produce safety and wellbeing plans with CYP, families and referrers
Offer 1:1 support via drop‑ins or appointments
Signpost families to ongoing local support and build strong community networks
Contribute to creative group activities (e.g., art, music, workshops)
Follow safeguarding procedures and risk processes confidently
Keep clear, timely records and gather feedback to evidence impact
Engage in reflective practice, training and team collaboration
What We're Looking For
You’ll bring at least two years’ experience supporting children or young people in a mental health or wellbeing setting.
You’ll also have:
A child‑centred approach
Strong communication skills
Confidence with safeguarding
Ability to work flexibly and manage your own wellbeing
Experience using Microsoft Office
Understanding of GDPR, equality and diversity
