Job Title: Corporate Partnerships Manager (New Business)

Salary Range:£40,000 - £44,000 (Dependent upon experience)

Purpose of the Job:
The Corporate Partnerships Manager (New Business) drives income growth by securing high-value, multi-year corporate partnerships. With new business separated from account management, and as The Felix Project moves through its merger with FareShare to form a larger national food redistribution network, the role requires a strategic, results-driven specialist who can build a robust pipeline, develop compelling propositions and convert interest into significant private-sector income. Working within the wider Income Generation Team, the post-holder collaborates across all fundraising streams to ensure opportunities are aligned and maximised.
The role leads prospect research, pitch development, early-stage cultivation, income forecasting and CRM accuracy, and ensures a smooth transition of secured partners into account management. The role also works with senior leaders, including the CEO and Trustees, to unlock major opportunities linked to the merger and the organisation’s expanding national profile.
Additionally, the post-holder will build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation, engaging with key internal stakeholders such as the CEO and Trustees to identify and cultivate funding opportunities. The role may require evening and weekend work to attend networking or corporate partner event and to support fundraising events.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Secure High-Value, Multi-Year Partnerships – Proactively identify and secure six-figure, multi-year corporate partnerships across various industries.
- Expand Corporate Partnerships Pipeline – Develop and drive multiple income streams, including strategic partnerships, corporate foundations, grants, commercial opportunities, sponsorships, and social value initiatives.
- Develop and Pitch New Business Propositions – Create compelling fundraising initiatives and business cases to attract new corporate partners.
- Leverage Sector Knowledge & Relationship Management – Use commercial acumen to build strong relationships, secure new partnerships, and maximize corporate engagement.
- Manage Inbound Partnership Opportunities – Respond to and convert corporate interest, particularly in corporate volunteering, into long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Collaboration & Fundraising Implementation – Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement corporate fundraising strategies, ensuring alignment with KPIs and organizational goals.
- Support Strategic Partner Development – Assist the Senior Partnerships Manager and Head of Corporate Partnerships in developing key corporate relationships for sustainable income growth.
- Financial Oversight & Budgeting – Assist in forecasting budgets, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate income reporting in collaboration with the Finance Team.
- Maintain & Track Partnerships Data – Keep up-to-date records of funding partnerships, ensuring a structured cultivation cycle aligned with team processes.
- Ensure Compliance & Best Practices – Adhere to GDPR, fundraising regulations, and relevant legislation while maintaining ethical fundraising practices.
- Collaborate on Partner Onboarding – Work with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth transition for new corporate partners.
- Contribute to Corporate Income Targets – Play an active role in achieving the team’s annual corporate income goals.

Salary
The salary for the Lettings Coordinator post is £28,793 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
About you
• Experience in lettings or allocations, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and operational requirements.
• Proven experience building successful working relationships with external partners, particularly within the housing sector.

About the role
As Retail Compliance Manager, you will be accountable for maintaining and implementing retail compliance within our risk management framework, ensuring legislative requirements are met and risks to our people, operations and brand are minimised. Working on a remote-first basis, you will support central trading teams and retail operations to embed safe, legal and best practice ways of working across our shop network and retail activities.
The role will involve occasional travel to our shops across the UK (approximately 1–3 times per month) to support incident management.

You will play a vital role in planning and delivering national student surveys, managing qualitative and quantitative research projects, and translating findings into compelling insight that supports communications and campaigning activity. You will work closely with communications colleagues to ensure research outputs are accessible, engaging and usable across a range of channels.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of research and communications, and who is motivated by using evidence to shape narratives, challenge power and create change for students.
You should have experience of designing and managing research projects, including surveys and other data collection methods, and of presenting insight in ways that resonate with different audiences. Experience of working with communications, campaigns or public-facing teams is highly desirable.

About the role:
As an experienced senior manager with a proven track record of leadership in providing services to women in contact with the criminal justice system and working with partners and funders, you will manage criminal justice projects, work to develop and expand our services and partnerships and manage criminal justice managers and other staff as required.
You will work with the management team to ensure, manage and oversee that the services work within the budget, are complaint with financial regulations, policies and procedures, and meet funding and Advance requirements.
About You:
To be successful as the Senior Operations Contracts Lead you will need the below experience and skills:
A thorough understanding of and knowledge of the issues relating to women in the criminal justice system

A sound knowledge of safeguarding adult and children principles, child abuse, child protection issues and safeguarding

A good knowledge and understanding of organisational systems and frameworks, line management and project management
-
Significant experience, likely to have been gained over several years, of strategic planning and operational management at a service manager level, and developing and delivering services at senior service management level
-
Significant experience of working with women and/or service users with a complex range of needs, particularly within the criminal justice system, in custody and/or community.

Experience of developing relationships with funders/commissioners and achieving required outcomes

Experience of implementing quality assurance frameworks, monitoring, evaluating and measuring impact

Strong influencing skills, enthusiasm, self-confidence, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills , and a can do proactive solution focussed approach

Strong negotiating skills and the ability to build strong and effective relationships and partnerships, dealing with ambiguity and resolving conflict effectively, achieving the right outcomes for the organisation, collaborating and networking

Able to think, act and plan strategically to develop practical and creative solutions to the management of existing and new services and complex problems that may arise while maintaining high levels of diplomacy and professionalism

Adonis Blue Environmental Consultants (ABEC) — the consultancy arm of Kent Wildlife Trust Group (KWTG) — is seeking a dynamic Chief Programme Officer (CPO) to drive excellence, innovation and sustainable growth across both ABEC and wider group operations.

What you'll be doing:
ABEC – Strategic & operational leadership
- Lead the delivery of ABEC’s Business Plan, working closely with the Managing Director.
- Drive new business and market development, identifying emerging opportunities in consultancy and nature markets.
- Optimise project management systems (including SCORO) to lift efficiency, productivity and financial insight.
- Oversee contract delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and to the highest quality.
- Monitor and report on organisational performance indicators, business plan progress and risk management.
- Lead integration of digital systems (SCORO, COREO, CRM, mapping, Natural Capital platforms).
- Align resources, processes and capacity to ensure successful delivery of contracted work.
- Build and maintain strong strategic client relationships.
- Line manage and develop your team, embedding a high-performance culture and clear KPIs.
KWT Group – Cross-organisational impact
- Work with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure financial quality, strategic alignment and delivery assurance for ABEC’s income-generating activity.
- Support or lead on group-wide projects (ensuring no conflict of interest with ABEC delivery).
- Help deliver income targets, including Nature-Based Solutions.
- Audit and review systems and processes across the Group to improve efficiency, integration and return on investment.
- Support group-wide resource planning and operational effectiveness.
- Foster positive working relationships and champion KWTG’s culture and values.
What we need you to bring:
- Senior experience in software optimisation, project delivery or operations — ideally in environmental consultancy or a related field.
- Proven commercial acumen and experience developing new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, analyse and present data clearly.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, resource planning and operational reporting.
- Ability to manage complex programmes in fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to sustainability, ecological principles and the Trust’s mission.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and building collaborative, positive cultures.
- Confidence engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
