The Clean Air Fund is looking to recruit a Breathe London Portfolio Manager to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation whose mission is to use philanthropic grants to catalyse a reduction in air pollution.
The Portfolio Manager leads the scoping, management, delivery and monitoring and tracking progress of all Breathe London projects, working closely with the Greater London Authority, Bloomberg Philanthropies and other key stakeholders, as well as ensuring lessons learnt are identified and shared across the wider Breathe Cities programme. The role will also support wider CAF work and grants as and when required.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in project, programme, or grant management.
Experience in working on air quality, or in an area relating to the Breathe Cities strategy (across data, campaign and community engagement, city governance).
Strong understanding of the political, social and economic context of London, and its position as a high-profile global city.
Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically and to be outcome-focused, with experience working in teams that design and execute strategies on complex issues.
Ability to translate programme experience into practical, accessible learning for different audiences, including city governments, civil society partners and internal teams

The Head of Programming & Creative Producing is a new senior role, working with the Chief Executive to shape and deliver the artistic output of the Philharmonia.
The postholder works hand-in-hand with the Head of Artistic Planning, and members of the Executive team to programme and artistically shape traditional concert programmes at various scales and in various contexts, as well as learning and digital projects and pre- or post-concert activities. The postholder also leads on the development and producing of new performance formats for own-promoted concerts.
A first-rate creative thinker, you will be passionate about working with conductors, artists and agents to create world-class concert programmes, residencies and series, and will be able to draw on your deep knowledge and understanding of orchestral repertoire, artists, and the wider cultural context, as well as an established network of industry relationships to turn your ideas into reality.
Your artistic interests, however, will range beyond the traditional core, and you will be driven by a personal mission to engage different and new audiences with orchestral music, whether that is through music for films or games, cross-artform and cross-genre collaborations, pre-performance debates, schools performances, VR installations, or different performance formats. You will take a producing approach to new performance formats, keenly appreciative of the importance of staging, narrative and flow for contemporary audiences.
You know the importance of equality and diversity on stage in building a future for classical music, and are an active champion of creative projects which demonstrate this. Discovering new artists and musical voices will be second nature to you, just as you will be sensitive to the needs of established artists and composers in shaping a project. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Research and identify future featured artists, composers and guest conductors proactively
Research and develop ideas and concepts for season themes and series
Create mainstage programmes in line with the artistic strategy of the Philharmonia Orchestra in close consultation with the Chief Executive and conductors
Leadership and Management
Lead on chamber music programming, including liaison with players over proposals

We are seeking an experienced mental health manager to join our exciting new project, working with those engaging in gambling harms behaviours and affected others. The role will include overseeing various workstreams to the service, including: crisis de-escalation, casework, psychoeducation workshops and facilitating a space for peer-led activities. You will have a small team of support workers and volunteers to manage.
Your role as a team manager will be to directly support a team of support workers and volunteers in all areas of the service. You will aid in de-escalating those in a state of crisis which is exacerbated or influenced by gambling related behaviours. You will be expected to manage crises and your team, within a drop-in model. You will be expected to hold your own caseload of clients, providing 1:1 bespoke advice surrounding gambling and mental health support. In addition, you will aid in overseeing peer-led psychoeducation groups addressing root causes of gambling and a safe environment for loved ones to build meaningful peer connections. We are seeking autonomous, creative individuals with experiences of working with behaviours around addiction and direct management responsibilities.

What you’ll be doing
As Senior Programme Coordinator, you'll help make sure that support reaches as many young people as possible and that it's delivered to a consistently high standard.
You'll lead a small team of sports coaches and youth mentors, helping them plan great sessions, develop their practice and overcome the day-to-day challenges that come with the job. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To gather the views of adoptive families from within the Yorkshire and Humber region on adoption practice and feed them into the Regional Adoption Agencies in the South Yorkshire area and use these to influence the development of services within Adoption UK.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To develop and implement a procedure which ensures all adoptive families in the region are aware of and have an opportunity to consider and express views on current and future adoption services.
To obtain opinions, ideas and input from adoptive families using social media, feedback forms, forums, meetings as well as other mediums available.
To represent Adoptive families on relevant Boards and Groups.
To provide feedback to stakeholders, including Local Authorities, Voluntary Adoption Agencies and Adoptive families, by attending meetings, forums and events and producing reports.
To support the facilitation of targeted forum meetings and discussions.
To produce reports and presentations on adoption practice across the region.
Support the manager with projects on occasion.

• Personal experience of adoption as an adoptive parent (Essential)

Youth Mentor / Regional Team Lead (we call it Senior Programme Coordinator)

What you’ll be doing
As Senior Programme Coordinator, you'll help make sure that support reaches as many young people as possible and that it's delivered to a consistently high standard.
You'll lead a small team of sports coaches and youth mentors, helping them plan great sessions, develop their practice and overcome the day-to-day challenges that come with the job. You'll also build and maintain strong relationships with schools, alternative provisions and community partners to keep programmes running smoothly.

Building upon previous success in the team (with the likes of Helly Hansen, Ford UK, Yeti and Dryrobe), we are looking to continue to build the scale of partnerships we secure and manage. The team has ambitious income and engagement targets over the next 5 years, and this position is key in helping to ensure our continued growth.
Your role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Partnerships New Business Manager, to join our friendly and ambitious team, to be the lead on new business activity in the team. This role will lead on securing new high-value, multi-faceted, long-term partnerships with companies to support the RNLI’s objectives. This role will build upon recent pipeline development and new business success in the team, through leading on the continuous development and implementation of the new business strategy and plans, further driving improvements and ensuring a sustained focus on pipeline development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching and securing new business at six figure level. You'll ensure we provide excellent management and stewardship of the new business pipeline, provide regular and accurate performance updates against objectives and KPIs, and accurately forecast short, mid and long-term income. You will help to drive creative thinking in the development of proposals to take out to prospective partners.
The location of this role is flexible and can be homebased, but ideally within a commutable distance of Poole, as the successful candidate will be required to travel to Poole and Partner locations on a regular basis (sometimes at short notice) to meet with internal and external stakeholders.
